- Name: Lamar Davis
- Age: Iunno, 20s?
- Species: human
- Appearance: Here.
◊
- Alignment: Alliance(for Chamberlain Planet Gangster Family or CPGF)
- Personality: He is loyal for his homeboys back in Chamberlain #21, especially for those in the CPGF and he's actually really approachable when meeting other people, provided if they are not his target or rival gang member. Unfortunately, he is very dumb, constantly getting himself penniless or nearly dead, one wonders if he is a death seeker of sorts.
- Skills:
- Leadership, though how questionable it is is up to air. Shooting stuff, sneaking around
- Powers and Abilities:
- Quoted from the man himself, "Fucking your bitch for 3 hours long and not busting a nut" and "a 9 inch dick"
- Weapons/Equipment: A good ol fashioned pistol and uzi.
- Backstory:
- Lamar have viewed the core drill as the very thing that could potentially give the CPGF the very edge it needed to not only get back into the game but rise above it since he viewed the Federation coming over and banning them as taking away their very soul, though of course he never actually experienced firsthand on what the core drill can actually do.
- He tried various things, from trying to 'acquire' it directly or earning enough money to buy them but all of the scheme ended up as failures(with the first one being that he bought what he thought was a core drill for 200 dollars from some kids and turns out it was just a really elaborate science project involving tin cans and a microchip from a LEGO robotics starter kit. He didn't really know what a core drill actually looks like.)
- Eventually, Frank got tired of trying to acquire pure power with his buddy and just wanted money to leave the thug life behind. It was his luck that he met Michael(after trying to repo his fatass son's flying SUV)who got him into the bank robbery game. Currently, they were planning to steal from one of the richest Federation bank but even now, they managed to rob a jewellery store and a small bank in the Alamo Moon, making them living well-off already, especially Frank who is now living on Los Xantos.
- Meanwhile, Lamar joined up with the Alliance to try and cop the legendary core drill and is willing to do what the Alliance told him to do to get it, though of course he still does some criminal side activities, in fact he will try and get the Alliance dude to join with him. Also he's not so much loyal to the Alliance as much, viewing them as means to an end and he was thinking of turning on them once his gang is powerful enough, because "Imma gangsta type of dude."
- Any previously established relationships?
- Frank, his buddy, though he didn't seem him as much anymore due to both of these guy's changes in their lifestyle. Beyond that, he don't know anybody on the Alliance yet.
- How did he get to Daedalus, our starting point?
- "Hey, you wanna get on the good side of the Alliance? Go break this guy out of jail."
- "Yeah, sure, homie."
Also, Strat, could you play Frank, Michael, Trevor and Lester as NP Cs? I'm only really interested in playing Lamar but this guys could possibly be a wild card in this whole political rebellion stuff.
http://www.last.fm/user/sgtpendulum Yo, check out what I'm listening, it'll be heat, brah :^)Ud, seriously, stop trying to make FNAF characters happen. They're never going to happen.
Just pretend I wrote something witty here, okay?I'm not reading the sheets for now because I have some news. After two semesters of waiting, I finally got a job at the school's radio station! I'll be working twenty hours per week, and although that means staying from 7AM to 5PM on school on some cases, it's not that big of a deal. However, I don't know if I can GM things during that period. Now don't worry, I'm not canning To Boldly Go. I'm just warning you guys my posting rate will be severely slowed down as I get used to this. Just a warning. Right, back to sheet writing.
Oh damn, that's kinda cool. What song you gonna pump on that radio?
http://www.last.fm/user/sgtpendulum Yo, check out what I'm listening, it'll be heat, brah :^)- Name: Kamina Jiha
- Age: 23
- Species: Human - Teppelin Native
- Appearance: Just who the hell do you think I am?!
- Alignment: Alliance (Leader of "Team Gurren"—which is only him, at the moment.)
- Personality: Boisterous, rash, and overly cocky, Kamina is a pride-filled man who hungers for greatness and oftentimes acts as if he's already attained it. Highly confident in himself and his ideas, he can often make reckless and sometimes bone-headed decisions that, whether by pure luck or skill, work out for him. Determined, Kamina will push himself to every possible extent to do what he feels is right, and is greatly loyal to any friend he makes. He can be a bit pervy at times, and can make a few stupid mistakes, but overall he is greatly empowered by what he believes in— in more ways than one.
- Skills:
- Skilled Fighter Pilot: Ever since he first took a joyride in one during his early teenage years, the young man has been exceptionally proficient with operating small-tier space ships. In coordination with his other abilities, this makes him quite a skillful pilot, especially in a dogfight.
- Quick Learner: Although he might appear brash and reckless, Kamina is fairly observant and can quickly discern what does and does not work while facing an enemy. Learning how to utilize weapons and vehicles also takes him little time in mid-action, as he'll continue to try until he gets things right with sheer tenacity. He will even sometimes take the strategies of others and rework them for himself.
- Swift Reflexes: Quick to react, and with good hand-eye coordination, the man is able to dodge as fast as his ship can react. He's fairly accurate with his attacks and precise with them as well.
- Physical Prowess - Kamina is naturally fit and athletic, making him no slouch in regular hand-to-hand combat.
- Motivator - When things look their darkest, Kamina does not give up hope. He tries his best to keep others inspired and hopeful even at the worst of moments, and never lets a smile leave his face, even when, inside, he is wracked with worry. As such, he can often prove to be fairly charismatic.
- Powers and Abilities:
- High Latent Spiral Force - Being a native from Teppelin, on top of his already determined personality, naturally gives Kamina a high capacity for Spiral Force. Even so, he doesn't fully know how to properly utilize it, so far only using it to make his ship more powerful in dire situations. He still requires the use of a Core Drill to even access it.
- Hot-Blooded Fighting Spirit - Seemingly going hand-in-hand with his capacity for Spiral Force, Kamina simply does not give up on something if it's serious enough to him. He'll keep fighting, no matter the injury, until he's either bested his enemy or died trying. At these times, his Spiral Force is nearly limitless, continually pumping through him for as long as needed. Once the fight is over though, he'll become overly exhausted, to the point that he won't even be able to pilot his own ship.
- Weapons/Equipment:
- Village Nodachi - A sword from Kamina's home village. Although primitive and not very practical in this day and age, he keeps it on him at all times.
- Core Drill - A classic relic from Teppelin, this was given to him by his father before he'd left the Village.
- La-Gurren Cruiser 3000 - A light-class fighter ship in dark red and orange, armed with dual light-ammo machine guns and two missile launchers. The cockpit is designated more towards the back end of the vehicles, and is raised slightly, [[http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/gurennlagann/images/7/71/Lagann.png/revision/latest?cb=20130720014102
fashioned similarly to a head.0] One powerful jet engine is behind the ship, with two turning jets on the bottom and tops of the slim wings connected the sides of the ship's body. The ship's body, although fairly small, can hold a maximum occupancy of at most 3 human-sized people.
- Backstory:
- Kamina, born to the village of Jiha 23 years ago, lived a fairly mediocre life underground. Jiha, a colony of "diggers", who specialize in carving subterranean tunnel routes to and from adjacent colonies, contained a high number of people who were content in simply remaining underground, in spite of establishing contact with the rest of the known world. Many who lived in Jiha often died in Jiha, never daring to head out to the surface or even to Tengen City in fear of the unknown. When Kamina was still a child, his father would tell him stories of the world's past, as well as stories of the worlds far beyond their own. Places where the surface was not a wasteland, and instead, bountiful with life and nature, and no one had to live in a city for protection. One day, when Kamina was 8, his father decided to leave the village. Still too young, Kamina was scared to join him, and instead stayed for another 8 years. Over those 8 years the young Kamina matured with a fascination of the outside world. He was never content with simply "digging" for the rest of his life. He heard stories from passing suppliers and merchants who some times stopped by Jiha, though stories about the majestic Tengen City did nothing for him. Instead he wanted to hear about places among the stars, where spaceships could freely traverse the galaxy in the span of days. By the time he was 16, he took the village chieftain's nodachi and the only keepsakes of his father, his red orange cape and his Core Drill, then left to find his father on the surface.
- At some point, after wandering for days in the wastes of Teppelin with no sense of direction on where to go or what to do, and finally using up the last of his food and water, by some matter of pure, dumb luck, found a dust-covered, busted spaceship, marooned in the middle of the desert. He also found his deceased father inside of it. As if fate decided to cruelly mock their dreams, his father had died on the verge of attaining his. However, Kamina did not break. He decided from that moment on that he'd live on, to surpass his old man and find his place among the stars. He'd find some way to make this planet, and those like it, a place where they didn't need to rely on a city, underground or above, to feel safe and protected. Whether out of determination or desperation, he jammed his father's Core Drill into the keyhole of the ship. Suddenly, it sparked to life, repaired, and transformed. After burying his father, he immediately began practicing.
- For months, Kamina spent his time practicing his ship-flying and living off the land. He'd found a small oasis in the middle of the wasteland, where some wildlife gathered. Any pirates or bandits who would attempt to take him on would soon learn not to, as the young man was a worthy adversary even without the use of his ship. He unknowingly fueled the ship with his own energy continually day after day, living for close to a year on the surface of Teppelin. Finally, when he was good enough to use his ship proficiently, he decided to make one more stop before leaving Teppelin entirely — Tengen City. Docking in Tengen City was the now-18 year old Kamina's first encounter with civilization since he'd left his village. It also didn't go so well. With no currency to his name, the young man quickly found out how a 'civilized' world works; he had no license, nor registration for his ship with the Federation. He'd have to take proper courses and file in some papers for such rights, as well as permission before he could leave the planet. To do any of that, he'd need to 'work' within the city. And, to do that, he'd need residence, and file for citizenship, and a lot of other, mind-numbing red tape to get stuck in. So, instead of dealing with all of that, he hightailed it. Not his brightest move. Barely losing pursuers from Tengen with his unregistered vehicle, he escaped into space, once again with no direction or aim, lost to the wheels of fate once more.
- Daedalus Mission:
- It's been 5 years since then. Kamina's made a meager living as a freelance gun-for-hire, aiding in the protection of cargo that can't be legally transported — nothing he wouldn't morally agree with, however. He's become an ace pilot, easily accustomed to the lifestyle of a by-all-means mercenary. Even so, he continues to remember his dream, and his home. He heard words of a revolutionary group, an Alliance looking to make an impact on the currently-run government. Maybe, if he can get in good with them, he could get together a group that could help with his planet, and others like it? That is when he established "Team Gurren", deciding to help on a mission to free some "Prisoners" as his first, real assignment for the Alliance.
- Relationships:
- Simon - Kamina has only one, real relationship from his past — a younger boy by the name of Simon, who he considered his brother in all but blood. He bid him farewell when he left for the surface, and hasn't spoken to him since. He sometimes wonders how the little guy is coming along...
Woo, that took a while...hope the backstory isn't too much...or his skills and abilities.
EDIT: Congrats Strat!

I'm a ghost, you didn't see me."Caller, do you have a request?"
"You know exactly who we are and what it is we want... Strat."
"I, uh, I don't know what you're talking about."

Name: P'Li (Plee, lanky/shooty/'splodey/zakka 'umie, 'umie)
- Age: Unknown
- Species: Human
- Appearance: A very tall woman with an eye tattoo on her forehead.
- Alignment: Alliance
- Personality: Due to a very traumatic childhood, P'Li wants nothing more than to see the Federation burn. She is very attached to the idea of freedom, and will oppose tyranny wherever she can. However, her bending skills require great concentration and a calm mind, and so she is reserved and detached even in the heat of battle.
- Skills: Having traveled with the mekboss for some time, P'Li is able to translate for him when needed znd occasionally steer him towards a more prudent decision.
- Powers and Abilities:
- P'li is a master firebender, able to control fire at will, but it is her abilities as a combustionbender, able to manifest the Spiral Force as a destructive beam of heat from her forehead tattoo, that grabbed the Federation's interest. Firebending can be neutralized by extreme cold or attacking certain pressure points, while blocking her forehead will stop her from combustionbending.
- Weapons/Equipment:
- A large metal plate covering her forehead, preventing her from combustionbending.
- Heat-resistant clothing
• Backstory:
- P'li was kidnapped at an early age by the Federation, seeking to study and replicate her combustionbending for their own use alongside training her as an assassin. She spent much of her time in a top-secret biological weapons development facility perfecting her art and plotting revenge against her captors until escaping alongside Badzog. Impressed by her destructive abilities, he allowed her to journey with him. The two spent some time travelling the galaxy, but were recently recaptured by the Federation.
Name: Mekboss Badzog Grimdakka
- Age: Unknown
- Species: Ork
- Appearance: Wuddaya need, 'umie?
◊
- Alignment: Alliance or whoever pays him more in loot or in teef
- Personality: All orks are abrasive, violent and straightforward. Belonging to one of the sneakier clans and a long history of dealing with many other species has made the mekboss imore cunning than the rest of his kind, being able to understand otherwise unheard-of tactics like negotiating, retreating, sparing enemies and stealth. Being eight feet tall and half as wide helps when these fail.
- Skills:
- As a mek, Badzog can understand any technology thanks to his genetic knowledge of mechanics.
- As a large ork, Badzog can take command of any group of smaller orks, who will accept his leadership after the previous leader is removed from power.
- Powers and Abilities:
- Can fix/improve any piece of technology so that it works better, though it may be prone to explosive failure if a non-ork uses it.
- The greater the amount of orks under his command, the larger he grows.
- Weapons/Equipment: He doesn't start with any except his eye, but can build the rest.
- A bionik eye that allows him to see through disguises and invisibility, be it technological or spiritual.
- Any weapon he picks up can be made to fire faster, hit harder and be all-around better, though drastically shortening its lifespan if he's not around to maintain it. Vehicles and mechanical devices are similarly enhanced.
- The mek's tools allow him to repair and build weapons and vehicles in the field.
- A slowly-recharging tellyporta that allows him and nearby allies to teleport.
- A kustom force field extending in a wide radius that deflects incoming fire.
- A tankzappa to temporarily neutralize enemy vehicles and electronics.
- Projectiles used by his weapons can be painted to achieve different effects such as high-velocity, armor-piercing, fragmentation, increased accuracy, increased rate of fire and even invisibility.
- Backstory:
- It is unknown what Badzog got up to before his meeting with P'li, though it is safe to assume it involved a great deal of violence, explosions and bad language. He was captured by the Federation and transferred to the same facility as P'Li in order to discover how he could obtain results with weapons and vehicles deemed impossible by their best scientists. Though happy at first to produce weapons and explosives, Badzog's captivity came to an end when the guards attempted to separate him from a rokkit launcha he'd been building in his cell using bedsprings and a spark plug. The resulting explosion blew a hole in the wall separating his cell from P'Li's, who quickly seized the opportunity. Managing to communicate with the ork with broad gestures and grunting, she persuaded him to remove her restraints and joined him in putting the hated facility to the torch, releasing other experiments in the process. Her family long since executed by the Federation, she travelled with the mekboss, learning his language and trying to teach him firebending, all attempts at speaking normally ending in dismal failure. The two travelled far and wide until being recently recaptured by the Federation and sent to Daedalus.

I'm considering using either Zelda(with Link as a Federation captain and Midna as an Alliance rebel) or Fullmetal Alchemist(with Long Yao and his bodyguards searching the universe for the key to immortality).
I'll have a more fleshed out idea for one or both later today, hopefully they'll be good.

No, their capital is Koyukon, a Coruscan-like planet.
Hey Fal!
I'm gonna be producing an interview program, but everyone on the radio has to do a 1-hour 'mixtape' of song to be put on the radio. I made an one-hour block with a lot of shit from the 80's. I put Weird Science in there at one point and that's 6 minutes long.
Gonna be reviewing sheets tomorrow!
- Name: Colonel Ricco Horner
- Age: 20
- Species: Xenomorph
- Appearance: Ricco's shiny black form stands at a relatively short 7'10", his ridged head giving him away as a member of the Warrior caste. Aside from a few scars along the top of his head from an improvised rebel explosive, he appears the same as every other Xenomorph in his caste. When representing the Federation in official matters, he stands upright with his full height in order to appear as imposing as possible. When off duty, or simply when he can't be bothered to give off his best impressions, he reverts to the hunched over posture more commonly used by his species. Hunched like that, he stands closer to six feet.
- He wears the outfit of the Officer's Corps of the Stormtroopers, with a number of pins and ribbons on his left breast. The back of the uniform has a set of neatly cut holes fit for Ricco's unique physiology, namely his dorsal fins and tail. The outfit itself is a blue and black dress uniform for his rank not unlike this one,
◊ tailored to fit his skeletal frame.

The back of the uniform has a set of neatly cut holes fit for Ricco's unique physiology, namely his dorsal fins and tail. The outfit itself is a blue and black dress uniform for his rank not unlike this one,
- Alignment: Federation
- Personality: Ricco generally tries to give off an air of stoicism while performing his duties as an officer, but ultimately he is a kind soul. He cares for the men under his command, tries to aid the civilian populations where he's deployed, and genuinely believes that his and the Federation's goal is to bring a quality life to all species. He is calm and collected, even under duress. He does seem to rarely trust those outside of the Federation, taking a bit of a "holier-than-thou" stance towards them. His prejudice against anyone foolish enough to claim allegiance to the Rebellion in his presence is strong.
- Skills
- Leadership: He's had a long time working in the Stormtrooper corps to hone his ability to manage men. He probably couldn't lead them blindly to a certain death, but he can certainly make the average soldier believe that he will come out of the next battle alive under his protection.
- Bureaucratic Clout: His successes working in assorted units during his earlier years have gained him an certain level of fame within the Corps, and he's willing and able to use this to his advantage. He could easily get stationed on a ship and have it steered in whatever direction he needs, or requisition all but the heaviest ordinance, as long as he can claim it to be mission-critical.
- Charisma: Seemingly as if born with it to combat his monstrous appearance, Ricco does well in presenting himself as an affable, friendly person.
- CQC Training: Alongside his natural prowess, he's spent the time to become trained in a couple of mostly-non-lethal martial arts programs during his tenure.
- Powers and Abilities:
- Xenomorph Physiology: Ricco's alien body carries with it many benefits. He is considerably stronger, faster and (physically) harder than most species, can detect pheromones, and is capable of scaling walls with ease. Sleep is needed in much longer intervals than humans, as is the need to consume food. He has natural weapons in the form of claws, a bladed tail and his pharyngeal jaw (though he is loathe to use the latter). There is a downside to his physiology: acidic blood. Not only is it a danger to anyone standing next to him or anything he's standing over, the high-pressure nature of his circulatory system causes Ricco to exsanguinate at an accelerated rate. His uniform is specially treated to withstand it, but most ships or space stations he is stationed on aren't so lucky.
- Weapons and Equipment:
- Ares 41 Stealth Beam Pistol: The pride of the luxury firearms line from the Ares Arms Corporation. Small, sleek, powerful, and guaranteed to fire 10,000 shots between recharges.
- Armat Battlefield Systems M41A Pulse Rifle: A limited production rifle that uses explosive-tipped kinetic rounds. Originally meant to be a rifle issued to Stormtroopers in instances when laser or plasma based weaponry wouldn't be optimal, it was discontinued due to a high production and maintenance cost. Ricco happened to enjoy it greatly during the brief period he was issued it, and as such purchased one privately. Includes an underbarrel fragmentation grenade launcher, complementary.
- Backstory: Ricco isn't aware of the exact nature of his birth, but he's aware that he was born of a human "parent". This is a bit of a sore spot for him, as most aren't aware of the exact nature of Aliens inheriting characteristics from their host species, let alone identifying their heritage on spot. Nevertheless, he regularly receives worried looks from those who are aware. At the tender age of 5 months, he was shipped with a number of others to a Federation facility to train them in both preliminary military training and in galactic culture and etiquette. He graduated from his "class" after a year, assigned a name (of which he's unsure as to why the name 'Ricco Horner' specifically), and was conscripted into the Stormtrooper Corps immediately after. A few years later, after a number of uneventful stations used as experiments in Xeno-integrated corps, he came into the spotlight after partly stopping an assassination attempt on a Council-member. Afterwards, he was assigned into harder and harder positions and seemed to come out of them, against all odds, with more accolades. As of 3438, about halfway into his natural lifespan, he was given the rank of Colonel, and assigned the comfortable position of one of the overseers of the guard complement on Daedalus as a thanks for the valorous work.
- He is well known within the Stormtrooper Corps itself, and has met some of the members of the Federation leadership, as well as being aware of the more notorious members of the Rebel Alliance. Aside from drinking with his men, though, he generally keeps to himself while off-duty.

- Name: Ridley
- Age: Over 100
- Species: Modified Zebesian
- Appearance: A large, purple, reptillian creature that humans might call a dragon, with piercing yellow eyes and a bladelike tail.
◊
- Alignment: Alliance
- Personality: Despite looking like a giant monster, Ridley is actually quite intelligent and well-spoken. He's known for using intimidation to get what he wants, and due to his love of fighting can come off as sadistic. To him, the average soldier is expendable cannon fodder, though this is largely because Zebesian cloning has made him take common soldiers for granted. He also doesn't mind civilian casualties, but towards those he deems worthy he has a twisted sense of honor. He will allow strong foes to escape with their lives if he feels he did not defeat them fairly, even at expense to himself or his allies, and will spare those of a scientific mind like himself. In addition, he's known to recklessly charge at enemies in pursuit of a worthy adversary.
- Skills:
- Master Biologist: Ridley is well-versed in the biology of every species on Zebes, as well as many species in the galaxy, including all intelligent species. He is more than qualified to give medical advice or treat wounds, though Zebes neither has nor cares for medical licenses or doctorates so legal practice is largely out of the question. He also knows the procedures to, given appropriate equipment, clone organisms, alter genetics or reshape the body.
- Polyglot: Thanks to his age and intelligence, Ridley speaks most modern languages fluently.
- Tactician: Despite being a commander of Zebesian battalions, his view of soldiers being expendable and his own recklessness and bloodlust overshadow his tactical skills. He is a good strategist beneath it all, but rarely demonstrates this.
- Powers and Abilities:
- Enhanced Form: Unique alterations have made Ridley into the picture of a mythical dragon. He is possessed of superhuman strength and endurance, teeth and claws that can rend metal, and the ability to fly at half the speed of sound. His tail is a whip-like, prehensile blade as tough as titanium, he can breath small clouds of superheated plasma, and his eyes are bioluminescent.
- Regeneration: One of his most terrifying modifications. By consuming organic matter, Ridley can rapidly heal his own wounds. Eating any living thing will do, though meat produces the best results. With enough meat, extremities will regrow in minutes. His multiple redundant organs will be restored from scattered tissue. Even his brain will repair itself, leaving him with only minor memory loss at worst. This is the ability that has kept him alive for so many years, and the reason he is so reckless. Decapitation or vertical bisection are still fatal, however, as is destroying most of his brain.
- Weapons/Equipment:
- None. Ridley wears no clothing and doesn't have pockets, though he can carry things with his hind limbs while he flies.
- Backstory:
- Ridley was cloned and designated Unit T863. He was assigned to be a test subject to a team of scientists, and though it was a pipe dream, he hoped to one day join them on the other side of the glass. So he studied, he learned, and he survived. They tested many strange things on him, and more than once he nearly died. In his free time he read all the books they would allow him to, learned what he could of science. One day he demonstrated a genetic sequence that made a Zebesian's natural arm-blades three times as sharp. He was promoted shortly thereafter. In the decades to come, he slowly transformed himself into the infamous purple dragon of the galaxy. When Zebes joined the Alliance to protect their ways of dangerous science, High Command named Ridley their representative in the organization.
- Any previously established relationships?: He has an odd kinship with Kraid. Though Kraid is a non-intelligent Zebesian bioweapon, Ridley seems to understand him and treats him in a strangely brotherly fashion.
- How did he get to Daedalus, our starting point?: Zebes sent four Silver-type soldiers
to help intercept the prisoner transfer, led by Ridley.
Alrighty, think I've put together something solid!
- Name: Link
- Age: 25
- Species: Hylian
- Appearance: In traditional Hyrulean stormtrooper garb
◊
- Alignment: Federation(the Royal Family of Hyrule, particularly)
- Personality: A deeply idealistic individual, Link truly believes in the Federation's value, and is thus willing to work zealously to further the Federation's objectives. Though somber in the presence of opponents, Link is a friendly, kindhearted guy, more than willing to crack a joke amongst friends or lend a hand to those that need one. Whether on the ground or in space, Link faces his enemies with courage that borders on rashness. He is a strong believer in the importance of sleep.
- Skills:
- Link is trained extensively in the art of combat, and he is capable of figuring out how to proficiently use most weapons very quickly. He is an especially skilled swordsman.
- Link is a skilled horseman, and also knows how to ride motorcycles, sail small boats, and pilot certain Federation ships.
- Link is an excellent fisher and plays the ocarina.
- Powers and Abilities: none, he's a regular Hylian.
- Weapons/Equipment:
- Master Sword: Link's most valuable equipment. The Master Sword is a custom blade containing a personal AI, Fi, that provides Link with valuable information on his environment and opponents. He can also use his sword to dowse for the location of any person or object Fi had previously scanned. It can also be used as a normal sword, and can reflect energy attacks.
- Hylian Shield: a traditional Hylian shield crafted from nearly indestructible metals.
- Collapsible Sniper Rifle: although a lover of traditional combat, Link sometimes finds it necessary to use more modern strategies. In those situations, he uses this.
- Ocarina: nothing special, just an instrument.
- Backstory:
- Link comes from the planet Hyrule, a Federation aligned planet governed by the theocratic Royal Family of Hyrule. The Royal Family claims to be the descendants of the planet's gods, and as such are able to control society totally(loyalists would argue that this is a necessity of holy benevolence). The planet is the homeworld of five intelligent species, Hylians(a humanoid species which dominates the planet), Gorons(an asexual species seemingly composed of living rock), Zora(an amphibious species), Deku(sentient plants), and Twili(a species driven from the planet long ago)
- Link was born in the little town of Kakariko, to a loving mother and a father far away on Federation assignment. Though the young Link knew very little about his father, he developed a deep admiration for him and his work, and became determined to follow in his father's footsteps. In pursuit of this dream, Link traveled to the capital of Hyrule at the age of 12, and joined the knight's academy there, where he learned the traditional practices of Hylian soldiers. Upon graduation, Link joined the Hyrulean Stormtrooper Program, a decision that allowed him to travel all across the world in service of his nation. Link's passion for the Federation's work proved quite beneficial, and he quickly traveled through the ranks, even earning a nod from the Queen of Hyrule herself.
- Recently, the Federation sent out a request for extra stormtroopers in Daedalus, to ensure the safety of a prisoner transfer. Eager to show off Hyrule's value, the Royal Family sent Link and his unit to assist.
- Name: Midna
- Age: 19
- Species: Twili
- Appearance: This.
◊
- Alignment: Alliance
- Personality: Midna tends to act disdainful towards others, seeing allies as tools until they prove themselves in her eyes, at which point she jeers less, and can even become pleasant to be around, given time. Those who fail to receive her respect are the subject of her contemptuous mocking, and those who wrong her will never cease to be hated. Although she seems whimsical, she is driven by an impassioned grudge.
- Skills:
- Midna is a skilled thief, well versed in the arts of picking pockets and locks.
- Midna is a talented mimic, and can use this talent along with some of her powers to create very believable disguises.
- Powers and Abilities:
- Flight: due to the nature of her species, Midna is capable of flight in most environments(unusually heavy gravity would keep her down quite easily), and she rarely touches the ground.
- Disintegration/Reintegration: the unusual physiology of Twili allows Midna to break down her body into individual molecules, small enough to easily travel past any obstacle with even a minuscule hole, and then reform her body. She cannot hold this disembodied form for very long, as her body will begin reconstructing itself instinctually.
- Shapeshift: after disintegration, Midna can reshape her body in the appearance of someone else, an ability she combines with her talent for mimicry to create extremely believable disguises. She can't stay in such a disguise forever, and after 12 hours of use her body will naturally begin to revert to her true form.
- Prehensile hair: Midna is able to use her hair as a giant extra hand, which she uses in combat to grab and throw her enemies, or simply to carry objects that would otherwise be too heavy for her body.
- Weapons/Equipment: None
- Backstory:
- Midna is a member of the Twili, a species native to the planet Hyrule. Many generations ago, the species lead a war against the Hylians, the dominant species on Hyrule. Eventually, the Twili were defeated, and the Royal Family of Hyrule exiled the species, sending them on a one way trip to a moon on the other side of the solar system. In exile, the Twili evolved, changing from tall blue humanoids into diminutive imps, on the border between physical and energy life forms.
- Midna was born in the Twili colony, the child of a leading figure in the isolated politics of their colony. Not long after her birth, the Federation took control of the colony, and life for Midna and her family took a turn for the worse. The moon's main function was changed, from a simple self sustaining colony to an industrial mining operation, and Midna and her species were forced to either labor or look for a life elsewhere. In this environment, her parents worked themselves to death, and Midna survived through criminal acts.
- As soon as she was old enough, Midna took a ship heading off the planet, and flitted about the galaxy until coming across an alliance outpost. She has worked with the rebels ever since.
- She is traveling to Daedalus with some of the Alliance, in case her talent for subterfuge proves valuable for sabotaging the prisoner exchange.

While I try to think of a way to rationalize my character(s) being there, what sort of place is Daedalus, and just how public is this hostage exchange? Public enough to be the destination of an educational field trip?
GM: AGOG S4 & F/WC RP; Co-GM: TABA, SOTR, UUA RP; Sub-GM: TTS RP. I have brought peace, freedom, justice, and security to my new Empire.First things first, an update. Since I am still unsure if I'll be able to thrive in the rocky road that is my first week with a regular job, I have asked darksidevoid to be my co-GM, seeing as he's been quite involved with the planning stages and from what I've seen in previous R Ps, he's a great writers. This isn't a """"co"""" GM position, he's as much of a GM as me.
Onto the sheets!
@Nitrous: wouldn't Stormtroopers look like Agents? Just to sell the illusion. Or at least the machines would make it so the humans see that.
Some questions were raised about the prisoner exchange. When I said exchange, I meant it as a 'prisoners are changing from prison to prison', not a 'Federation and Alliance do a prisoner exchange'. The Federation don't deal with no terrorists.
@Tojin: WIP, so contact me when it's done with a link to the sheet.
@Vox: sounds good. Maybe a few of the prisoners being sent to the new prison were responsible for the death of a bunch of Goual'd's, and Ba'al is basically going "look at how civilized we are, we're letting you keep these murderers alive"?Or maybe to meet a Council member who's there, waiting for the visiting prince? Also, present-day Earthlings are a part of it, yes.
@Meanken: do you have any idea on who this high value prisoner might be or may I roll the dice and give you a random character? Otherwise, sheet accepted.
@Locoman: great! You have any idea who these friends of his might be?
@sgtpendulum: Accepted. Are any of the NP Cs coming with Lamar to Daedalus? Maybe Trevor with his stack of explosives which he totally didn't steal from a mob boss on Kromulon 7? Also, Kamina has the same mission as Lamar, so I doubt the Alliance told more than one person to break prisoners out and didn't tell them about each other. You two better start talking.
@lightdarkhero: Accepted! Seeing as Lamar has the same mission, you should start talking to sgtpendulum about what the plan might end up being.
@Chabal: P'Li could be a pet project from Peridot that she lost when the whole Phazon incident came to be... which is a good way for me to get a council member on the ground. How about that?
@wikkit: Accepted. Which Council member do you want Ricco to have saved? Maybe Bruce Wayne?
@kage: Accepted. So is Ridley going to stop the transfer on an order from Zebes- which I suppose they didn't tell the Alliance about?
@Falkon: Accepted. Seeing as Midna is with the Alliance, you should get talking to pendulum and lightdark, as their players were also sent by the Alliance to Daedalus.
@darkside: Daedalus is like your typical metropolis, and the prisoner transfer is somewhat public. As in, some people are aware that a prisoner ship is docking in Daedalus and then these prisoners are being put on a convoy and sent to the highest security facility in the planet, where they'll be sent off to another planet a few hours later. If you have your contacts, you know about it. But so as to distract the population, the Federation scheduled the visit from the faraway prince to that day. Both routes take place in completely different areas of Daedalus' capital, Sopulo, so the two don't bump into each other.

Heh. I like the sound of "These rebels are responsible for the deaths of my hated political rivals good buddies, And That's Terrible."

I think it just a result of trying to explain how to get Springtrap in. I think I would just depict Mike as a guy who is basically very unlucky.
DAMMIT MARK, STOP HITTING HELPY!!
