I use my massive muscles to snap the Curse of Repetitiveness in two and kill the Godmodder so incredibly hard that a thousand stars voluntarily commit supernova to avoid seeing its glory. The ripples of power resonate through the very strings of space-time, vibrating into every reality and every plane. The Sigma catches a mere glimpse of this attack, a sight lasting only a few microseconds. But it is too much, and the timestream Sigma resides in crumbles into nothingness.

(Tabbune, when you had [3 to Auriga], was that damage or your Natures Blessing... whatever that is? Also, Sp33d0n, you said you gave a +75 charge boost to "Arugia", am I right to assume that was intended for my char but misspelled? Thanks in advance for the clarification. )

(Also, to clarify, my actual character's name is Nexus. AURIGA (all caps since it is an acroynm) is the augmented reality AI entity that is with him at all times, kind of like Cortana and the Master Chief from Halo. Nexus fights with his gauss weapons and other toys he's collected through his travels, while AURIGA handles the summoning - which is less summoning and more calling in favors via multiverse subspace transmissions from various people he's helped or befriended in various different verses of existence (read also: fictional worlds and settings, verse being short for universe) that he's traveled to as a verse wanderer. It can take time for them to respond and travel to this verse (hence the charge times), and typically they're only willing to help him once. )

(Anyway, I'm letting you guys know this now because from now on I'm taking called attacks targeting either of them literally, so if you target Auriga you are actually targeting AURIGA, not Nexus. And AURIGA is functionally immortal since she doesn't exist outside of Nexus's AR environment - though damage to Nexus's eyewear will render him unable to perceive or communicate with AURIGA, and a sufficiently powerful enough EMP can be enough to wipe AURIGA's local instance from Nexus's portable hardware. She won't die since her core AI is stored on a supercomputer in Nexus's home verse, but it will take time for a fresh instance of AURIGA's personality executables to be transmitted to Nexus and written to his local system, during which she can't message any of Nexus's contacts. Of course, destroying Nexus will also remove AURIGA from play. )

(Also the two lines "Establishing battlefield control" and "Battle control online" are basically separating my IC from my OOC. Anything between these two is IC dialogue describing AURIGA and Nexus. After the second line is an OOC summary of my actions this turn.)

That being said...

ESTABLISHING BATTLEFIELD CONTROL, STAND BY

  • Nexus misses Frassia by a few microns, and receives a death glare in response*

Nexus: Oops! Not bad guy, my bad.

  • Frassia scowls and gestures at Sigma. Nexus turns to look and his jaw drops.*

Nexus: SWEET BLACK FUCKING SABBATH!!! That has got to be... *glances back at Macross Elysion* well not the biggest robot I've seen I guess, but still pretty damn huge. Hey AURIGA what's the ETA on you-know-Who?

AURIGA: Hang on, there's some sort of power surge... hold a minute... might be able to use this to our benefit, I can create a rift to make it easier for him to lock onto our temporal coordinates. Rerouting power to fold generators now!

Nexus: Great! Just let me know when he gets here so we can get started on getting the Elysion back in action. In the meantime... yeah not sure Misaka-chan is gonna help me much on this one. *shoulders railgun* For now we should work on support until we can get the guys going again. I'll see what I can do here *pulls out bag of gear, rummages and pulls out a few assorted onmyo talismans) Oh hey! I forgot Roku & Beni gave me these guys the last time I saw them. Hey AURIGA! Keep broadcasting our coordinates for him... I'm gonna use these to boost up some of our allies. *Notices Frassia casting boost spell* Ally, got it. Thanks!

AURIGA: Affirmative, master! Continuing subspace transmission!

Nexus: Ok, now how'd this go again? Something something vajra skanda...waitaminute that's not it... Oh wait, here it is! *Throws vajra talisman at Frassia* Ok... om abira unken sowaka! Adamantine Raiment, kyuu kyuu no ritsu!

BATTLE CONTROL ONLINE

Nexus uses Vajra talisman on Frassia, increasing her Defense by a respectable amount.

(NOTE: Only has 3 each of the Might, Skandra, Vajra, Star-Sight, and Healing talismans, including the one he just used on Frassia)

AURIGA continues to broadcast subspace coordinates. She absorbs the Holy Light gifted by the admins and channels it into her onboard fold generator, boosting it's power to generate a small but visible rift in space-time. The Whooshing Sound gets louder.

Main:

Nexus: Uninjured. Omnyo Talismans: 3 Might, 3 Skandra, 2 Vajra, 3 Starsight, 3 Healing AURIGA: Code integrity 100%. Currently transmitting coordinates for ??? (whooshing sound)

Entities:

Macross Elysion/Delta Squadron/Walkure: Temporal Phaselock, out of action.

Whooshing Sound: 80/100 (Prevously 1/100, Increased time from 5 to add additional power. +75 from Holy Light, +1 from AURIGA's subspace transmission, +3 from Frassia)

Time to get complained at for being unable to do my job right!

Fraissa does something new! 3000 damage.

Pack Lion attacks Sigma for 5000, as does the Thunderbat, Chaining onto the Weapons Platform and back to Sigma. Fruit Treant applies barrier to the Thunderbat. Manasite Slime attacks Sigma and the Weapons Platform for 3000 a piece.

Rofella attacks the Weapons Platform for 10000.

Infinity detonates himself, damaging Sigma.

The AG Machine prepares to Counter Sigma.    Mate, you aren't countering us unless you go second.    12000 preemptive damage.

Aarik cripples the Weapons Platform, lowing it's total HP to 60000.

D 4 C uppercuts the Weapons Platform for 10000.

The Party... doesn't appear to do anything.    Really? Come on, now.

Xcano continues failing to notice the Godmodder is dead. The Black Cloud stifles his attack. 1500 damage.

Yes, I mauled your name Auriga. Sorry.

Auriga guards Tabbune.

One action only!

Speed and Fira use a Flare Volley on the Weapons Platform for 3000.

So you think you can stone me, and spit in my eye...

Hunter fires up the Helix Cannon upgrade for VIXIV. 7000 damage to the Weapons platform.

Sigma attacks the AG Machine. I expect it to look something like this.

Sigma uses Control: Dominate on Fraissa. Dark Tendrils fly through Fraissa, then leave with no signs of physical damage. Her colours then invert. She is, for 5 turns unless you lot do something about it, a [??].

That was quick.

Out of nowhere, a red ribbon appears, spinning at an extremely high speed, before slamming into Sigma. Quick posts go!

((Auriga: Piono's given permission, we need the DPS, and you don't have anything on the field, so, do you mind taking over Piono's entities (Hank and John)? If you don't, I'll take them, but everything you've tried so far has been limited by the rules, so, the boost should probably be helpful.

Alpha: Do Sigma's charges activate immediately as they max out, or a turn after, or do we have to scan for that info?))

+1 to Auriga (only because of that To Aru reference), +1 to Tabbune and +1 to Spirit.

?: 88/? (Tabbune twice) Hint: —

??: 41/? (Tabbune) Hint: —

   Entity Pool:    40

Shadow smirks.

"Really, huh? Well, it just appears that you're that special of a case, then. I haven't seen anything like you guys before. Omitting some Gundam, of course."

He blinks, and raises an eyebrow, gaining a small, equally-conspiratorial grin that highlights his fangs.

"Is that so? Huh...well, your secret is safe with me. I do have influence over them, after all..."

Neo hands the parts over to Gamma, and nods, an uncharacteristically-prideful gleam in his eyes.

"It was not problematic at all. I will point out that this was some of my best work. And I did not even need to use any of my precision instruments."

He tilts his head.

"I am responsible for overseeing the creation of a great deal of technology used by the Aspects and their allies, if I did not make it personally. I do not mean to sound too prideful, but I believe myself to know the inner workings of the technological world as easily as an organic individual would know how to breathe."

He watches Gamma rapidly swap the parts, and blinks.

"I must admit, that is highly commendable speed and precision. I am impressed."

When Gamma flops down in relief, Neo sits by the medic, and stares down wordlessly over his face, staying completely still in looking directly into Gamma's eyes, though eventually giving one slow blink, accompanied by a sound like a camera's shutters working.

"...do you require any sort of refreshments?"

He doesn't flinch or even so much as blink again as Gamma throws up his arms.

"...I take it that means you are quite pleased with our efforts."

He tilts his head.

"Were I told to, I would have transmuted the metal into titanium, or even something stronger. As the current situation mandated, all I had at hand was assorted wreckage and debris from the battlefield. Spent casings and cartridges, dismantled mech remains, and the like. If I had known I was to 'operate' on a 'patient', I would have transmuted a higher-quality material beforehand."

He regains his pleasantly-prideful look in his eyes.

"...I must say that I am honored by your praise. I am glad to hear that Alpha will make a good recovery. He is a great man."

He hesitates, then blinks.

"...if you can consider him one. Like me, the subject is fairly ambiguous, due to our non-biological nature."

The Guardian of the Plains rears up and glances off into the distance, frowning slightly.

"Earlier in thisss war, I honessstly could not have cared lesssss if Alpha were to be injured...of courssse, in my defenssse, that wasss after he had ssstabbed me above the eye in an attempt to blind me, so my previousss attitude wasss not exxxactly unfounded..."

He glances down at the recuperating cyber-warrior, a small smile playing across his serpentine features.

"...but then I sssaw how honorable he truly isss...and I am glad that he shall recover. Both ssseeing how he wasss quick to care about and defend Lady Kai and noticccing the effort he had put into pursuing sssaid tassk did well to essstablish hisss true chivalrous nature."

Fury blinks, and tilts his head.

"Well...if you're referring to Spirit, they may look rather pretty, but they're not really a girl. They're kind of a special case, being half-plant, and all. They're sort of not either."

Spirit is, as Fury says, a bit of a special case. S/he's rather on the ambiguous side, being a humanoid plant entity and all. The lack of defining features makes things even more foggy. S/he considers themself not leaning to one side or the other, sort of not either, really, a genderless being. S/he prefers 'they' over 'he' or 'she'. The fact that s/he, by themself, can produce seeds and fully-active plant life even complicates gender in a botanical sense, as that is essentially a form of asexual propagation on the plants' behalf.

He smiles.

"Besides, Spirit's harmless. They'd only really lash out if someone close to them was in danger. I know Spirit's in love with Kai, which is great, so that means Spirit's found someone that means the world to them. I know Spirit'd do everything to protect Kai, but I know they'd do their best to avoid doing anything that'd risk bringing more harm to us."

He blinks when he's clapped on the shoulder, and looks confused. When he hears Gamma's instructions, he immediately jumps to his feet, giving a stern salute.

"Sir, yes, sir! He won't leave my sight!"

He looks to the conversing Armors, an equal look of incredulity on his face. When Beta walks up to him and gives him that information, he folds his arms, raises an eyebrow, and puts on a small, smug grin, accenting his fangs, though there's a slightly-visible amount of surprise in his eyes.

"Well, honestly, why wouldn't he? I mean, I'm obviously one of, if not the coolest Aspect, and I've been nothing but kind and helpful this whole time. Of course, that might just have to do with previously having the absolute crap kicked out of me by a brainwashed Goddess, causing me to mellow out, but who knows? If he likes me, then that's a big compliment, right? He and I've both got a great taste in friends, I can tell you that."

Shadow, listening to his younger brother, rolls his eyes, smirking.

   "Yep, classic Fury..."

Fury looks up to the Guardian.

"So...whaddaya' say, big guy? Want to help me look after our fallen friend here?"

The guardian chuckles, and lowers himself to the ground, giving Fury an amused look.

"I would like to do nothing more...if there wasss anything elssse to do, for me, thisss would ssstill take precccedenccce. I owe Alpha at leassst that much for his noble effortsss."

Fury grins, and scoots over to the great serpent, patting his head.

"You're a good snake, Guardian. You're real honorable. I can see why Spirit saw potential in you.

The Guardian smiles.

"Oh, you are jussst too kind..."

The Aspects (and Protoh and the Guardian) watch Gamma and Aarik set up their stage. Fury looks impressed, smirking.

"Huh! That looks pretty great!"

The group then watches in awe as Gamma suits up, Aarik starts the concert, and they begin their attack plan. After everything's over, Fury snickers, and, briefly leaving the Guardian to watch Alpha for him, climbs up to his feet in order to walk over to Aarik and clap him on the shoulder, grinning 'ear-to-ear', so to speak.

"Hey, that was great! I had no idea you were so good at music. But, lemme' tell you something..."

He glances around shiftily, then leans in by Aarik, cupping a hand and whispering into his ear.

"I think I've seen Fira get jealous of Shadow and I when we played some music. Apparently she takes that kind of stuff way seriously, and I don't think she really enjoys being 'upstaged'...just between you and me, right?"

He grins to Aarik and Gamma, gives them a thumbs-up, then returns to the Guardian's side in a flash of orange flame.

Shadow frowns, narrowing his eyes.

"...hey, what's up with the scans? Some of them are damaged, and we completely missed one! That's it, I'm calling foul!"

In one fluid motion, he whips the Pummel Gun from its holster, flicks it into the air, catches the trigger guard with his finger, quickly spins it a few times, and then fires two slugs at Sigma's 'head', aiming for whatever sort of optic sensors the hulking machine uses. That's then followed by a set of strong, thick, woody roots lurching from the earth and binding Sigma's legs together as Spirit decides to aid the effort from a distance. The other Aspects each contribute a turn to trying to remove Fraissa's corruption.

Plus three to Tabbune.

(Auriga: +3 to your charges, split as you like.)

(Everyone: I got a request. In 2 turns, Sigma is going to use some of his skills and deal area damage... which is gonna wreck my dps. I need you to break the Domination so I can use my Scepter to protect some of my entities.)

(Speed: When is Spring's Bloom gonna be ready? A tiny fraction of my life depends on it being ready soon.)

Fraissa shapeshifts into some sort of monstrosity, but still remains vaguely humanoid. Her skin turns into a gray-ish cream color. She then approaches Xcano and attacks him. Argh..!

She then raises her Scepter and summons her Mana Elemental.

The Manasite Slime leaps to Fraissa and covers her "head", trying to calm her down. The Fruit Treant applies it's barrier to itself. The Pack Lion attacks Sigma for 5000. The Thunderbat also attacks Sigma for 5000 and deals 3000 damage to the Weapons Platform. The Scaled Bear attacks Sigma for 3000. Rofella attacks Sigma for 12000 if the elemental is summoned, otherwise, 2000.

16/?? Situational Help (+3 Infinity, +3 Auriga, +1 Consumer, +3 Sacred, +3 action): Probably going to counter the Lacerate + Omnidirectional Beams + Skill 2 combo next turn.

1/?? Situational Help (2).

+1 to Auriga, +1 to Sacred, +1, to Infinity.

@Speed: I'll take care of the health and stuff for Sigma, alright? Just worry about the rest of the field.

Sigma .readme
Moments earlier...

Gamma looks back and forth between Fury and Spirit.

Huh. I did not know that. I mean, I've heard of something similar before, but I never really got to meet them, just a quick, "Hi, how are you, let me look at your wolf friend."

Yes, I'm fully aware of Spirit's unique case. However, as Gamma said, the two never actually had a real conversation or got to know each other, they really just said hello to each other. And besides, as demonstrated before, Gamma's memory isn't exactly the best.

But still, that's good to know. However, I know what it's like to lose someone that important to you. It wasn't a pretty time for me. I was... different for a little bit. Then I met Aarik. In a weird sort of way, he helped bring back the old me. Did I say that already? Back to my old point, though. If a being that's literally a god reacted the way I did, I'm pretty sure a good portion of us wouldn't survive trying to calm that tantrum down. But then again, I suppose that when it comes down to it, we all deal with grief in our own ways, and like you said, they wouldn't let that happen, anyways.
Present Moment...

Grinning from ear to ear, Aarik looks at Fury.

Thanks, but I'm not done here. Ya see, this was just the set up.

Gamma's voice crackles in through the radio.

You ready?

You know it!

Slamming a slider all the way down, a trigger embedded in the cutaway pops out. Aarik's grin becomes a bit more maniacal.

Oh, yeah. It's also a gauss cannon.

Still looking away, Aarik fires off a few shots, each shot letting off a heavy whump. Looking as though they missed, Gamma shows off the hovering feature of his new armor and intercepts each shot in succession, causing them to ricochet off of an invisible Energy Shield into the Weapons Platform for a total of 25,000 damage.

I wonder if that Galvix guy would want to take a ride in this...
Sigma chuckles as a red mist begins to cover the field.

Let's see how you like this. Control: Cull.

The mist begins to vibrate and shatter, damaging the entire field.

But wait! There's more! Control: Banish!

A portal to a pocket dimension opens up underneath Xcano, closing after he falls through.

That's what you get for being so oblivious and doing the same damn thing over and over again. That's what's generally accepted as the definition of insanity, you know.

Suck it, troper!

Hooray. Update Time. Time to maul your actions!

Hugmaster Kathryn Someone controlled by Consumer has reentered the field, dealing 7000 Absence Damage!

Shadow pulls Eye Scream on Sigma with the Pummel Gun. 3000 Damage!

Spirit assists from a distance. 3000 Damage!

The others attempt to drop Fraissa's Corruption! 3 Turns executed!

¯_(ツ)_/¯

Fraissa does... That. Wound to Xcano.

Manasite Slime reduces Control: Dominate down to one turn. And that one turn... Is this one, I think.

Fruit Treant uses barrier on itself. Pack Lion does 5000 to Sigma, as does the Thunderbat, chaining onto the Weapons Platform. Scaled Bear does 3000 damage to Sigma.

Elemental is summoned. You'll need to remind me what it does, though.

Rofella does 12000 damage to Sigma.

Jon does a generic attack to Sigma. 3000 damage.    I almost pity your unoriginality.

Xcano does an attack on the still dead Godmodder.    You aren't fooling anybody, friend.    750 damage.

Speed and Fira use their power to bend the metal to their wills. 3000.

Hunter fires the one missile he has at the Weapons Platform, nearly destroying it. 12000

Damage to: Alpha & Co., Aarik, Infinity, AG Machine, D 4 C, Hunter, Inari, Leishi, All Aspects, The Guardian and Brontosaurus, Jon, The Water Elemental, Solar, The Greens, Fitzgerald, Hank, G, Lex, Xcano, Rofella.

That's a lot.

Then a portal opens up under Xcano. Dark tendrils grab him. Then a large tendril stabs him in the head.

Insteunt deuf.

Everything, I think. Battlefield time.

So... Fraissa is not dominated anymore? 'kay.

Fraissa uses her Scepter to heal herself by 1 and the Pack Lion by 5000. She then attempts to add 1 charge to the Anti God Machine's Mana Laser. If she can't, she heals Rofella for 3000.

The Fruit Treant applies it's barrier to the Manasite Slime. The Pack Lion attacks Sigma for 5000. The Thunderbat attacks Sigma for 5000, and it chains to the Weapons Platform for 3000 damage. The Scaled Bear attacks the Weapons Platform for 3000. The Manasite Slime attacks both the Weapons Platform and Sigma for 3000 each. Rofella casts Spring's Bloom, giving the Thunderbat 1500 more HP (as well as healing it for that much), a Charm Shield, and summoning a Floral Wolf with 3000 attack and 5000 HP. Rofella attacks Sigma for 14000 (I think you forgot to summon the Elemental?).

Fury nods.

"Ah, got it. We Aspects really are interesting to chat with, if you've got spare time. Since, well, we're literal Gods, and we've traveled just about anywhere at least once, we've got a lot of information."

He adjusts the collar of his coat, smiling.

"Anyway, yeah, Spirit's really nice. Probably the most fun to be around out of all of us. They're just a big bundle of excitement, and they're always quick to make friends, as you've seen. Also...ah, well..."

He smirks good-naturedly.

"I wouldn't hold it against you, but, well...like I stated before, Spirit and Kai are...a bit more than friends. They're Soul Mates. They've had a good amount of bonding across this entire war, and now they're practically inseparable."

He raises an eyebrow.

"What's surprising is that Spirit's the first Aspect out of all of us to have fallen in love. Before them, there was no evidence to suggest there was even a chance of that happening. Absolutely nothin'. It's a completely unique occurrence. What's also unique is that Arkus is the only Aspect out of us to have a full title and even a surname. His title, of which he'll be sure to remind you, is 'Archmage Arkus Edaine, Aspect of the Eldritch and Arcane'. He's usually just considered the Aspect of Magic, though. Anyway, back to Spirit and Kai..."

He smiles, looking in Spirit's direction.

"...I wish the best for those two..."

He grins softly.

"...they make a pretty cute couple!"

Ah, okay. That makes sense. There was a more pressing situation going on at the time. ...but Gamma has a bad short-term memory? Huh. Never knew that...

Fury nods.

"Spirit's probably the most innocent out of us, and the most in-tune with their emotions. That includes both the positive and the negative sides. Spirit does their best to keep those in check, and their Captain of the Guard helps with that, since he's like a mentor."

He blinks.

"...did I mention Spirit rules a kingdom?"

He snaps back to the conversation at hand, and frowns slightly.

"Oh, you have? That's...pretty bad...I don't really know what to say, except...well, I'm sorry...I can imagine that'd have been terrible for you..."

He gives a sympathetic smile.

"Hey, if meeting him helped, he's a good friend. That much is obvious, right?"

He blinks, and nods, looking apprehensive.

"Really? Wow. I think I can agree, since I've seen some of the times Spirit lets their emotions get the better of them...a whole new side of them comes out. The results usually aren't pretty, but Spirit focuses well enough to vent that raw emotion toward the enemies, instead of friends or allies. It's still kinda' scary."

He smiles, and nods, running a hand through his quills.

"Yeah, no use worrying over that. Spirit's fine, Kai's fine, everything's fine. We don't need to focus on such a dark topic."

Fury, who had just teleported off, hears Aarik, and immediately teleports back.

"Eh? What's that about?"

He cocks his head to the side, and scratches the back of his neck, puzzling over Aarik's statement, then blinks when he hears Gamma's voice, and jumps back a bit when Aarik throws the slider. He looks excited, and grins back in the same way, showing his razor-sharp teeth.

"No. Fracking. Way! You can't be serious! A Gauss Cannon‽ Hidden in a sound system‽ Where do you get these awesome toys‽"

He raises his finger, about to answer Aarik's musing about Galvix, when, just as he opens his mouth, as if on call, the Aspect of Electricity himself immediately strikes down on the scene, grinning just as energetically.

"OfcourseI'dLikeToRideThat! AreYouKidding‽ ThisIsAwesome! I'dLoveToTryItOut! It'sAGiantWeaponsSystem,ForCryingOutLoud! It'sEvenGotAGaussCannon! AnEntireWeaponThatHarnessesMyElement? It'sLikeItWasMadeForMe!"

Fury blinks, shutting his mouth and lowering his finger. He snickers.

"Welp, there's your answer!"

Shadow narrows his eyes, and frowns.

"That's it...I really need to figure out what he's hiding..."

Shadow has Neo attempt a definitive scan on Sigma, while Spirit tries to tighten the roots' grip on the mech's legs, in order to snare and immobilize him. Shadow swings the Rugged Robo Wrecker, sending a volley of explosive shockwaves toward the machine, and Galvix charges the attack with electricity. Arkus sends a flurry of arcane blades toward the Weapons Platform. Meanwhile, the Guardian attempts to encircle and constrict Sigma, trying to crush both parts, and the Brontosaurus lunges forth and throws its weight onto the Weapons Platform.

Meanwhile, a small shimmer appears in the air above Sigma, as if the very fabric of reality were destabilizing...

...and another heap of metallic scrap and junk pours out onto Sigma's head. But something about this appears to be...different...and, judging by the perplexed look in Neo's eyes, this has nothing to do with him...

Plus three to Tabbune.

Consumer, I'm not super-familiar with Hank and John but I guess I can help them out a bit. Also keep in mind the entity AURIGA is summoning now is only going to take one action, but I'm charging him a lot because he's going to un-stasis the Macross Elysion, so there's your DPS. A whole friggin lot of it. I mean have you SEEN how big these things are?

Also, Sp33don, regarding actions, we can charge and still act that turn, right? What are the rules regarding that? The reason I'm asking is because AURIGA and Nexus are essentially the same character, I merely play them separate for roleplay purposes - it's a bit more interesting than having a character talking to themselves, since Nexus is about as antisocial as I am and doesn't really know anyone else here. AURIGA is basically meant to be a navi character for Nexus, and she basically handles the summoning/charging parts of Nexus's turn while Nexus takes actual actions. In the end though it's still meant to be single action each turn between the both of them.

Anyways from what I've seen of Tabbune's posts she charges +3 per turn so I assume that's the limit; however I am only self-charging +1 per turn because Nexus is taking an action. The rule I'm following is: +1 to charge with a concurrent action and +3 if not acting - action being an attack, or a direct healing/buff ability. Also, per Consumer's suggestion I am taking command of Hank and John. They will not act this turn so that Nexus can heal the both of them (since it'd be one action per each were we to go strictly by the book)

If there's anything my characters due that is pushing the rules at all let me know and I will go back and retroactively apply the proper method.

Anyways, on with the show!

ESTABLISHING BATTLEFIELD CONTROL, STAND BY

  • Auriga charges additional power into the spatial beacon as the Whooshing Sound grows even louder and more distinct. It honestly sounds like some sort of gigantic piece of machinery internally scraping as it cranks away at this point*

AURIGA: He's almost here! I can detect his signal at the edge of the known universe!

Nexus: Good, so he's locked in temporal coordinates and just needs the coordinates for the spatial dimension shift. Keep at it!

AURIGA: Yes master!

  • Nexus turns to survey Sigma, as he does he becomes aware of Hank and John standing beside him*

Nexus: Oh, hello! You guys must be the help. Good, I'm gonna need you to help me keep the big guy distracted until our guest arrives. But first things first... you guys are pretty f%^&ed up. Lets fix that, shall we? Om abira unken sowaka! Amaterasu's Respite, kyuu kyuu no ritsu! * Uses healing talismans on both John and Hank. They are now much less f@#$ed up (read also: healed 3-4 stages, or however fully Sp33d decides is appropriate. Keep in mind these talismans happened to be a gift from a certain exorcist couple during Nexus's journeys as a verse wanderer, and are by no means unlimited. Nexus only has one of the healing varieties left, so he can only heal to full one more time.)*

AURIGA continues to summon whoever is making that Whooshing Sound. She adds +1 of her own power this turn, and channels +3 from Tabbune and +1 from Consumer, for a total of +5, bringing the entity charge level to 85.

BATTLE CONTROL ONLINE

Nexus: Uninjured. Omnyo talismans: Healing 1, Vajra 2, Might 3, Skandra 3, Star-Sight 3

Hank: Dakka 1/2. Madness 5/5. Uninjured (restored from Moderately Injured by Healing talisman)

John: Respawns 4/5. Windy thing 1/6. Lightly Injured (restored from Deeply Wounded by Healing Talisman)

Macross Elysion: Still phaselocked. 0/100

Whooshing Sound: 85/100 (increased from 80/100. +1 from Self, +3 from Tabbune, +1 from Consumer)

Sorry, I've been doing things all week...

Okay. I forgot about updating. Sorry.

Xcano can't do anything because he's in another dimension. He's effectively dead. But not actually dead. It's my fault for being unclear. But when you come back you're still Moderately Wounded.

Jon throws potions at Shadow. No I'm not fielding it. If you want to field it, use the 75 charge you have.

Fraissa heals herself and the Pack Lion.

Fruit Treant give a barrier to the Manasite Slime.

Pack Lion attacks Sigma for 5000. The Thunderbat attacks Sigma for 5000, chaining onto the Weapons Platform for 3000. The Scaled Bear attacks the Weapons Platform for 3000. Rofella casts Spring's Bloom on Thunderbat, then attacks Sigma for 14000.

yes.

The Party performs one final Scan Volley.    ENOUGH! I'LL TELL YOU! JUST DO SOMETHING MORE ACTION-EY!

The Guardian destroys the Weapons Platform. I don't think he can attack twice.

A totally unrelated massive pile of metal crushes Sigma for no reason at all. (Is the charge expended now or later?) 3000 Damage.

Carla? Rosetta? Someone unknown still controlled by Consumer throws the RN Gesus Railgun at Sigma. 4500 damage + absence boost.

Auriga heals John for one stage. If you want to heal them both to full...

CHARGE. John  Hank.

Thanks again Piono.

Speed and Fira apply shocks directly to Sigma's core. 3000 damage.

Hunter fires up the Helix Cannon. 7000 Damage directly to Sigma.

Sigma deals 10000 damage to the AG Machine and the Brontosaurus.

Sigma .readme

Grinning, Aarik presses a small button on the body of the guitar, causing to split in half longways, revealing the small generator (which looks curiously like an arc reactor), as well as a Wave-Motion Tuning Fork hidden inside the neck.

Then hop on in.
Sigma just gives what can best be described as a blank stare to Jon.

I... Ungh... I think I just had an aneurysm from sheer stupidity. That shouldn't be possible. I have circuits, not blood vessels. How are you able to do this?

Sigma simply steps on him out of annoyance and hatred, then kicks him so hard, he becomes A Twinkle in the Sky.

And now for the main event! Control: Reanimate!Details:

A humongous cloud of pitch-black smoke gathers, twirling around a mysterious figure forming into a terrifyingly familiar shape.

Ladies and gentlemen, it is my honor to reintroduce... Walpurgisnacht!

The cloud immediately breaks, revealing the massive witch. Its appearance is extremely similar to when it was first present, the only notable difference being that all of its colors have become a bland monochrome.

Now. Let's get this play started!

With a loud clanging, the gears that make up Walpurgisnacht's body start up and begin turning. At the same time, two Dark Magical Girls materialize out of thin air, dancing around, giggling.
His mouth wide open, Aarik looks at Galvix.

I'm letting you choose the target. I- I can't decide.
The lights of his eyes flickering back on, Alpha groans as he slowly gets up in a sitting position. The Armed Armors currently present gather around him.

   Are you alright?

Unnggghhhhhh... Yeah. My... everything... hurts.

It is... an expected side effect.

Yeah. Now I know what you went through. How many times has that happened to you, again?

Exactly 27 times. Although, none of them went to the extent yours did.

How bad was it?

By the time it was contained, 60% of your inner mechanisms had been converted into the inert metal. If 5% more had been converted, you would have expired.

... Then I'm glad Gamma's such a great medic.

It wasn't just him.

What do you mean?

One of the Aspects helped out a lot. I think his name was Neo. Anyways, he was the one that got the metal Gamma needed to replace your stuff.

Alpha looks over at Neo.

Huh. Thanks for that.

WHAT THE *bleep* IS THAT?!

Gamma's voice can be heard clear across the field without any help. Everyone looks at the resurrected Walpurgisnacht that they had somehow missed during all of the excitement.

Oh, for the Progenitor's sake, not again...

   You know this one?

Yeah. Let's just we're *bleep*ed.

Wow. Didn't even try to sugar-coat it for us.

That was the sugar-coated version.

Oh. That bad, huh?

Yep.
Action Summary:

Sigma attacks Jon twice and uses Control: Reanimate, summoning Walpurgisnacht (Reborn) to the field.

Walpurgisnacht (Reborn) Stats:

40,000 health

Dark Magical Girl: Every time Walpurgisnacht (Reborn) is attacked, anywhere between 1-3 Dark Magical Girls with 3,000 health and attack will spawn. Dark Magical Girls currently on the field: 2.
