But at the same time, he specifically designed her to be Ainz's counter. What a great friend that is.
Actually from what I read that's sorta a coincidence. Shes designed to have no true weaknesses as having holy powers negates her natural undead weakness to holy spells. Ainz just got really unlucky when that she got mind-controlled. Still bad luck, heheh.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Previews for ep 11:

What is up with this pacing? Even though there's still 2 episodes left, it looks like next episode will adapt 2 chapters again like ep10. I hope all this rushing isn't a sign for a Gecko Ending
2nd Drama CD spoilers about loyalty to Ainz:
Narberal tells some random noble who's in love with her that she only likes strong people. Momon, however, is an exception to that and she'd be willing to do anything for him even if he hypothetically was weak, even if it was something she was incredibly opposed to like "Marry that dumbass noble that's hitting on you.".

Also, a side story (I think it's Volume 8 side-story. I forget)
The homunculous maids actually freaked out and burst into tears of despair in front of Ainz when he told them they'd get a day off every month. The thought of spending a single day NOT working for Ainz literally made them cry.
Well, I'm not sure if it'd be an actual factor in the story, but since Ainz is a lich, it'd be easy for them to pass it off as him once being a human then becoming a lich. The other Supreme Beings wouldn't have that sort of excuse, though. I also imagine that Narberal's comment could be changed to "Even if he was human" instead of "Even if he was weak", too.

Were getting their. Besides several powerful individuals having access to resurrection magic their is at least 2 groups that stand a chance against Ainz. One group even has an individual said to be stronger than Shaltear & has been called the New World's true Overlord by the author. The second group is lead by an ancient dangerously genre savy individual who completely under Ainz' radar allowing him to slowly gather resources & intelligence that will without doubt allow him to match wits & fists with Ainz & the Guardians.
Also though I might add that I recently discovered a 40 vol light novel series that lasted a while so just guessing this series might have a lot of story to go through. Which is not really a bad thing when you think bout it though, heh.
You should probably put that second sentence in spoilers.
Iguarvaji being reduced to a Gilligan Cut was pretty funny. The last episode I dislike how much they rushed it and cut out so much, but here the comical effect of them cutting out a bunch of stuff was actually funny in a good way (probably cause unlike Brain Unglaus, Iguarvaji is an unsympthatic dumb ass so him being reduced to a Gilligan Cut is hilarious. Also, Brain is an important character so cutting out so much on him was very bad for the future of the series, I think). I wonder if that was intended.

Actually yeah this is pretty alright character wise. In the novel he mopes around cause of his failures until he meets Climb & gets his mojo back even doing better in his rematch. If theirs a second season he could just simply go that route while taking a bigger level of badass due to techinqually being weaker in the anime.
