[up] He seems to strongly resemble a kid she used to know. It's possible that that's the only reason she's keeping him around.

Actually he pretty much doesn't whine at all this episode, and actually is helpful and useful. Also, the case is much more interesting this time, and unusually based in reality compared to the standards of the genre.

Basically this.

Some complaints are legit like 'lol Sakurako, where are you taking that skull' while others are interfering and he needs to get over himself.

There are hints of deep personal reasons between the two as to why they stick together.

The magical girl transformation is still goofy.

You act like her taking the skull home with her would have been a bad thing.

Okay, this episode is less annoying than the first. I still don't think the studio really had any idea what they were doing with their budget, though, because it was still only okay.

You should really check out The Perfect Insider.

I'm in love with it already.

[up][up]

Well, there are laws against that sort of thing after all; respectful disposal of human remains and all.

Second episode was much better because it felt much less of a need to make the male lead Sakurako's keeper, while the mystery was more interestic and realistic. Still depended on one huge coincidence for the resolution though.

Young Black Jack 02: Ahahaha! Oh God, it just keeps getting sillier. I think I'm going to stick around with this one.

The Perfect Insider 02: Maybe I missed something but when Moe yelled that it was Magata and not a doll, why did the head guy feel the need to turn off all P1s instead of, I don't know, having the security personnel catch up to the slowly moving cart and pulling her off of it?

Why is Garo so ugly? It'd be fairly decent if it was on model more than half the time

[up]x2 Have you forgotten how deathly afraid of her her co-workers were right before that?

[up] Co-workers, yes, but shouldn't the security personnel be trained to handle dangerous criminals? I mean they've gone to all this trouble, surely two military guys with tasers shouldn't have been too much trouble to get. On top of that, the head guy doesn't even consider ordering the guards to go after her before resorting to a total system shutdown...

Thee only reason I can think of is that the security personnel were t that great in the first place and that everyone was super spooked by what just happened.

I know I was. But yes, they should have pulled her off so I'm waiting to see what the next episode will do.

Sakurako episode 03: Wow, they somehow managed to tie another case to Yuriko. Maybe give some other side characters a chance?

Its pretty good.

Third episode was boring in comparison, people not knowing what the hell is going on.

Just watched Osomatsu-san. Holy hell it was great. As expected of the director of Gintama. And that OP is so damn good.

I know. I watched all 3 released episodes. My stomach hurts during the Bath Quiz part.

So far I'm only enjoying Gundam, Osomatsu-san, Haikyuu, Noragami, Soukyou no Fafner and Subete ga F. On the fence with Concrete Revolution. Sakurako-san and Comet Lucifer are on the verge of being dropped.

Only ones I'm following are Osomatsu and Monochrome. Oh, and the Shingeki spinoff, because it's mildly amusing and chibi Armin is totes adorbs.

Hacka Dolls are actually pretty funny, and I like how each episode has a different setting, it doesn't feel formulaic.

Also, for a show supposed to advertise something, the Dolls just keep failing every time.

I'm enjoying the three fantasy LN shows this season.

It's trashy, but it's fun.

This season fantasy LN adaptations are way better than expected, that's for sure.

There are a few reasons of personal preference why I really don't want to like Concrete Revolutio, but man am I buying what this show is selling. Really hoping all this buildup will go somewhere satisfying, the handling has been so competent and smart thus far that it feels like it actually might. Easily up there in the top three new shows of the season. Still, something about it makes me completely forget about its existence for the rest of the week, only to be reminded of it when it airs.

While I did find the first episode mildly entertaining, all those jumps back and forth in the timeline pissed me off. After hearing that the same thing happens in the second episode and beyond, I kind of lost interest in watching.
