I don't remember the first trope I saw, but I do remember the first work page I read — Siivagunner back in 2016.

Either Pint-Size Powerhouse or Suspiciously Similar Song under its old name of Jimmy Hart Version

I didn't click on any of the tropes back then, but the first page I viewed was Cupcakes.

The first trope page I saw was either Tempting Fate or What Could Possibly Go Wrong?, I don't remember which one was first.

Zettai Ryouiki, back when it had examples.

Something I found after I wanted to search up hilarious examples of "The Writer's Barely Disguised Fetish"

Oh, god, I want to say it was one of the general Lit. Class Tropes, like Character Development, because I was searching for writing stuff a lot back then.

It might have been The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything. All I remember was that I discovered the website through Deviant Art back in 2015.

first one i saw was Absurdly Spacious Sewer. first one i clicked on was Disproportionate Retribution (love the page image for that one).

"Stop Having Fun" Guys, back in 2008.

The true answer has been lost to the mists of time, but my best guess is Steampunk.

I saw it by searching Google for something involving Ace Attorney, saw the scary image of anime Redd White, and decided to click.

Ironically, it appears that image was removed from the page.
