UTOPIA
From the splitting heavens dropped Invincible, having had his fill with fighting mooks and diving headlong into a real conflict. With superior sight, he took stock of the scene still far below as he approached and changed his angle, aiming to smash feet-first into Sukuna from above while the King of Curses was restrained Mara.
Apex Batman
Cap’s eyes widening at the device in the Batman’s hands, he rolled to a better vantage point. If Killer Moth’s weapon immobilized the villain, the Captain would chuck his shield at the batarang, aiming to knock it clean out from his hands while he was—probably—also fighting off Jason’s attempt at retrieving it. "Salazar! Blow that thing up!"
Godwyn
His fingers twitched, and Nero lifted his face from the floor, finding the battleground changed. He spat out some of the blood dripping off his nose and seeping into his mouth from a cut over his brow and struggled up to his feet. Leaving his sword where it lay on the ground next to him, the young man gritted his teeth and scowled. Around them, the library warped, deteriorating into a putrid wasteland, and amidst it, his gaze found Godwyn and, upon him—
"There you are, you little golden prick!" The words forced their way through clamped teeth. While William forced the conjoined demigods to live through some old memories, Nero used the Devil Bringer to grappled towards Godwyn’s head (after Zero’s arrow) with the intent of leaving the duo with some new memories. He’d attempt to wrap his legs around Godwyn’s neck and start pummeling the recently-tangible Miquella; or, if not, then Godwyn’s head itself, throwing fury-enhanced blow after reckless blow until he was knocked off.

The Merfyn brothers are jumpscared by Nagadilotep showing up. Mark's just glad he's giving a hand. As for Nick, he just inspects his knife while replying to Luin.
"Was here from the start, got lost somewhere in the middle, but at least I made it to the end. This is gonna be something worth telling my kids down the line."
"Please don't jinx us by mentioning your search of a partner and having kids."
"Let's just fucking kill this thing for breaking your legs Reiss."
"Right."
Mark's arms are twitching. He's priming himself to use that spell again, but he'll need a tiny jumpstart before that. Adrenaline's pumping through his system. Amidst their charge he asks Nagadilotep to-
"Bail me out if I'm in too deep! Those two are going too focused on doing magic to save my ass!"
Speaking of, Nick stays back and creates the air platforms again. He's making sure they aren't as fragile as last time through additional dust and debris reinforcing its outer body. Mark runs across them to get behind the Nergigante to attack from above. He throws his chains around an appendage to pull himself closer and while doing so, spinning his blades to attack like a buzzsaw.
Reiss intentionally detonates some of them to get a boost. This zooms him through the sky. Using the rapier as the nose, the air cone he forms from the speed he's moving in glows blue — having enchanted it with a penetration spell. By the time he's within the Nergigante's range, he's basically a projectile that will try to curve and slash at their ankles.

Apex Batman
"Seven!"
Seven springs to life, coughing as Salazar revives him. He looks himself over, mentally confirming which 'self' he is, then...
"Go, qi-controlled SCISSOOORS!"
He throws his scissors at Apex Batman. They spin through the air before suddenly circling around him for a bit of Confusion Fu, then straightening to catch the Batarang between their blades and fly back to Seven with the target in tow.
Ainz trusts that all the people trying to stop Batman from throwing the Batarang will succeed. "Boosted Maximize Magic: Reality Slash!"
Swinging his hand, the skeleton overlord launches a rending wave of magical energy at the O R B . It cleaves through space itself to bypass all defenses and guarantee a successful hit if the target can't move (which the orb presumably can't).
...Huh. Reminds you of something, doesn't it?

Godwyn the Golden
Alas, Shinryu is too powerful and stubborn for Law to teleport him to safety with Shambles, but what happens next ensures he won't be interfering anyway.
Sephiroth sharpens his mind, closes his eyes, and...
The moment Godwyn's pillar of light erupts, he opens his eyes. Seeing where he is now, he strikes with a rending energy blade of his own at the demigod's back.
THE DUEL
Suddenly turning around and sidestepping Sephiroth's attack, Godwyn rakes his axes against the ground one after another, sending retaliatory waves of light toward the SOLDIER. After rapidly launching several dozen, he dashes forward for a physical attack, making a pillar of light erupt where his axes strike the ground in unison.
Sephiroth cuts through the waves in a blinding storm. He begins to speak, not pausing for a moment even as Godwyn's furious assault bears down on him. "You called that drill-" Law repositions him to intercept Godwyn's dash with a stab from behind "the embodiment of our-" Godwyn turns around and parries the stab with an electrified horizontal sweep, sending Sephiroth skidding back several meters from the impact, but still there is not even a momentary pause in Sephiroth's sentence "-wishes and hopes."
Sephiroth puts up a Scintilla barrier. "You sought to shatter it-" Godwyn lunges forward and cuts through the air diagonally with his axes, smashing through Scintilla without a chance for its counterattack to trigger, but Sephiroth quickly sidesteps "-and in doing so, shatter our dreams." Sephiroth and Godwyn both dash backwards and swing their weapons so fast their arms become blurs, launching flurries of energy waves that clash with each other in midair.
"But the dreams, even shattered, still exist."
Per Sephiroth's earlier instruction, Iron Man and N fly back in as soon as they see the projectile spam, contributing their own projectiles through repulsor blasts and machine gun fire respectively on Godwyn's left and right. The combined assault overwhelms him, letting Sephiroth land a number of cuts.
Undeterred, Godwyn sends forth a massive lance-like beam of energy, pushing through Sephiroth's blades of darkness and carrying the one-winged warrior away through the air. Sephiroth wrenches free and returns to the ground, moments before it detonates like an exploding star. "And I have put them back together in a new form."

"A wizard is never late, nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to."UTOPIA - DEICIDE
Sarah is grabbed by a whip of darkness before she can try to continue capitalizing on Mara being outnumbered. She stays trapped, being flung upwards into the sky... but teleporting, the lights of Limit Breaker, her special transformation that help her reach 100% of her strength, flickering as she breaks free out of Shadow's grasp, coming in from below him with the momentum of the throw to add to it. She'd try to kick Shadow in the chin with her kick, having sufficient force to her to hurt even an Aspect or God.
Should she succeed or fail but still pass by him, she would grab on the tip of Shadow's head before using it to spin vertically, overpowering her momentum as she attempts to slam her knee into the back of his neck. Doing so, she flips backwards, turn off Limit Breaker and raise her hands to the side, using her electromagnetic powers to influence photons into coalescing together into two orbs of destructive power, which she slams together to create a beam, attempting to have it slam into Shadow's back. This moving around shield her from Neodyme's metals.
Rainmaker attacks next, the towering metal giant, a Corrin from an alternate world that has been drastically changed and empowered by a million years of tragedy, comes in. Having eaten countless beings across the eons to seize the power to kill Fate, he swings an heavy blade, Null Yato, at Shadow's way, empowered by the power of Vegeta's Ultra Ego as he attempts to cut Shadow in half with an upwards swing. The metal hit him, but this fuels his Ego, and doesn't stop him for now.
As for King Sukuna, he keeps pounding away at Mara's barriers, teleporting all the while and dodging Neodyme's metal. He'd taunt her about that, but his face, as with Sarah's, is blank. He has no way of enjoying this godly fight by virtue of being under Miquella's control. But his instincts are still there in some way - after sizing up Mara's strength with her barriers and letting her size up his strength, he suddenly thrusts his arms back, all four of them, and flickers in the light of Limit Breaker before thrusting them forwards all at once with a palm slam, trying to surprise Mara with exceedingly potent force at a sudden point to throw her backwards.
He then sees Plato coming and just cross his lower arms in a sigil Mara could find familiar - joining his hands together, with his pinky fingers and thumbs curled up and pressing against one another whereas the rest of his fingers are raised while doing so. Enmaten. And his upper set of arms are pointing at Mara and the incoming Plato, while the lower mouth on his belly speaks in Sarah's voice. Dragon Scales. Recoil. Falling Twin Stars. Cursed Energy build up around Sukuna as he prepares to fires his move.
And then, as he prepares to unleash a Dismantle that's been widened in range to cut the world, Invincible interrupts Sukuna, whose senses or fighting instinct are made dulled by Miquella's control, allowing him to hit and interrupting the aria. But irritation or surprise doesn't twist the King's face as he simply reach for Mark's leg, attempting to lower Mark before trying to pummel him with his three arms. Halfway through, he try grabbing Mark's arms and holding them up, allowing his remaining hand a free shot at trying to punch Mark's defenseless body.
Eventually, they slam into UTOPIA's district with enough force to level it clean off, shearing off every building in sight, reducing the district to a wasteland and creating a devastating shockwave that break windows across other portions of the city, though Sukuna get back up from that wall more or less immediately.
With Sukuna gone, Vampire Hunter D steps up to Plato. He's a very tall, thin, exceedingly pale man with long black hair, skin as pale as moonlight and sharp features, holding unto a sword with a skull for a hilt and a long, hair-thin blade. Which emanates a Killing Aura comparable to Sukuna's World-Cutting Dismantle. And that's because D, out of everyone gathered here, is the strongest of the bunch, with power surpassing Beerus, which helps him cut straight through Neodyme's metal binding.
So that means this single slash could be bad if it hit.
As for Beerus, the Godbuster slowly being taken apart by the rampaging Croque Shells prompt him to hang back and watch. Hakai he says, holding his arm out, attempting to more or less delete Croque's constructs simply by ordering it, engulfing them in purple energy and annihilating them. Nonetheless, she does succeed at taking the Godbuster apart, dealing important damage to it and causing it to screech, either due to the metal buckling beneath the attack or because of the pain of it.
It fires its next attack out of these holes, attempting to eradicate the Croque Shells with a million thin beams of destruction. Croque will only need to worry about it - Beerus is pinned down by Neodyme's metal.
No lifting feats?
Batman
Is in a really troubling fucking situation.
The Nuclear Batarang was in itself a decoy - a tool that Batman wouldn't use. It was merely a way to distract the whole gang from the other, smaller tool he held in his hand. A way to trigger Amanda's explosives early, wiping out the group (perhaps) at the cost of his own life. It was likely that some of them would survive but at this point, Batman would much rather die than live in a world where Miquella's vision could not come true.
And so, has everyone struggled to try to get off the fake nuclear batarang, Batman prepared to flip the switch he needed to destroy everything. And then, and then, as he felt it be stolen from his hand by Seven...
Fucking cocoon silk enveloped him.
No.
Batman fell, finger eternally locked into place, and as he did, he did not concentrate on Jack's flames singing him or the mauling that Jason had given his other hand for the batarang. No. He did not - he instead looked backwards at who had gotten the drop on him, who could have pinned down Batman without needing to teleport from above out of nowhere. And who could have done it but
fucking killer moth
Millions of years spent fighting the fucking Joker over and over and over again. Thousands of years of torture at the hands of Darkseid. Millions fucking riddles solved just barely in time to stop the Riddler from slipping methampetamine into Gotham's water supplies. Thousands of Poison Ivy mind control due to her getting a kiss on him at a party where he wasn't aware of her presence. Millions of fistfights against Killer Croc. Billions of bullets miraculously dodged. More coin flips from Harvey. He'd been exposed to the sun's heat by Firefly. Had to fight off a possessed evil Superman. Had deal with Damien being a brat fucking over and over. Had so many sword duels with Ra's Al Ghul he could probably make himself a new fortune just selling the swords he'd used over and over.
But who was the one who fucked him over at the moment that mattered the most? Deathstroke? Owlman? Hush? The Court of Owls? No. It was fucking killer moth.
YOU?! FUCKING YOU?! KILLER MOTH?! HOW DID YOU-HOW ARE YOU- Batman foamed at the mouth, literally. Before just stopping and laughing. A laughter that sounded way too much like the Joker's to be fake. That was it. The final thread of Batman's sanity had been destroyed. And it wasn't after a grueling beatdown or anything like that, it was after he'd been beaten for good in something KILLER MOTH had done.
... Hahahahaha. You know what? It's pretty funny, Walker. It's... oh my god. You? I could never anticipate it. Batman chuckled as the orb blew up overhead due to Ainz's efforts, Nymbulda and the Snow Mitai, and he seemed to calm down, as if quietly accepting the fact that in the end, he'd lost everything. And as the orb explodes, its fragments quietly rain all over the room, coating it in multicolored lights.
CLAARRRKKKKKK! CLAARRRRRRRRRKKKKKKK! TEAR IT DOWN! CLARRKKKKKKKKKK! ANNIHILATE EVERYTHING!
Batman suddenly spat, foam popping out of his mouth as he screeched to the heavens.
SUPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN! Batman yelled, laughing hysterically.
Batman's voice could not be heard by anyone without super hearing, of course. But that's what he counted on. That across the cruel heavens, there'd be one person who could hear him. Swoop in. And just... destroy it all. Fuck it. He didn't care they'd agreed to deal with the gods in different ways.
Shut him up! SHUT HIM UP NOW! Waller yelled from her comms.
Beelzebub
is having the worst fucking day of his life. Dragged through hell - safe from other attacks besides the one that Satani used, draining Chaos and preventing him from using it. He watch as endless memories of his friends harass him, letting the overwhelming guilt gnawing at the back of his mind take in strength. It's nothing his own dreams haven't shown him time and time again but it's still more than enough to get Beelzebub to just scream, and scream, and scream...
Until, by the end of it, he's left laying on the crater, the skull at his side, eyes gone blank and wide. He's still alive, but completly out of the fight, mentally broken, unable to put up a fight. It's up to the fighters to decide if they want to kill him or not but either way, they turn around. The orb should be huh... Shadowheart looks confused. Where is the orb.
You gotta drop the domain, little evil wizard guy - we can't break it in from the insid- And then someone does just that, shattering through the Domain's outer shell and blasting the group with a powerful blast of his repulsor beams, blowing Shadowheart and Kusakabe off their feet and sending them sprawling. Right after that, a Macross Missile Massacre try to engulf the entire group, missiles coming in endlessly from above.
Floating over the group's heads, with falling shards around him, is Adamas, back into the fight with more weapons than ever - including weapons mounted unto his shoulders. His body is unnaturaly deformed and twisted - not solely because of the weapons, which seem to have grown out of his body like giant tumors, but because his eyes are glowing yellow in the light of the Absolute Solver.
MIQUELLA'S WILL SHALL NEVER BE OVERCOME! Adam Asbolute Solver screams, his mouth and jaw tearing open to reveal his tongue twisted unto itself, shedding off its exterior to reveal a flamethrower, which he blasts the entire battlefield with, trying to kill off the whole group by charring them to shreds.
Godwyn
Then I will shatter them again. Godwyn leaps into the air and smashes one axe into the ground, making a glowing web of cracks that explode into light under Sephiroth, knocking him airborne. I will break them down further and further until they are nothing but sparkling dust— Godwyn leaps up to intercept Sephiroth. He raises his other axe to strike, letting Sephiroth raise his sword defensively, only to slash again with the first axe, sending him through the air —the echoes of a memory of a brief fancy.

Godwyn comes hurtling at Sephiroth, ready to spike him down.
"And yet you cannot silence that echo for good-" Sephiroth's form cracks and breaks like glass before he reappears at Godwyn's left flank "-can you? The dust will remain-" Sephiroth plummets downward with his sword out in a reverse grip. Godwyn blocks with his axes, but Sephiroth's force still brings them both hurtling down "-an iridescent stain on your pure gold tapestry." They hit the ground, kicking up a dust explosion, then break away from it in opposite directions, two streaks of light and darkness. "Or rather...the gold is the stain-" Godwyn immediately just calls down lightning directly on Sephiroth's head, which brings Sephiroth down to one knee, but doesn't stop him from talking "-a stain that has spread over the canvas." Sephiroth summons a swarm of Shadow Flare orbs that surround Godwyn. "Overwriting a brilliant work of art-" Godwyn prepares to lunge again, Sephiroth makes the Shadow Flare converge on him and explode, causing him to falter "-all of its details and intricacies-" Sephiroth lunges in turn to capitalize on the falter with a flying sweep, but Godwyn moves out of the way like a puppet yanked aside by strings "-with a single, uniform, eye-searing color."
Both warriors blessed with foreign strength pause, gathering their strength. "Without the other colors—the colors that represent conflict, struggle, and free will—all you have is an unsightly yellow wall."
Godwyn sends a swarm of holograms to all strike Sephiroth down at once, but he charges through with an Octaslash, his blade a flicker, dispersing each one before it can even swing. "Any connoisseur could tell you that painting such a piece and calling it the perfected form of art is nothing short of delusional and pretentious."
"A wizard is never late, nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to."MIQUELLA - PART 2
Godwyn does not spare any more words for Sephiroth, nor does Miquella. Godwyn simply drops an axe, raises up his freed hand, and gathers Miquella's divine light into it, condensing it into a single, brilliant spark. He lets this spark drift gently toward Sephiroth, before it erupts in a cascade of spheres and pillars of destructive energy. A mocking mirror of Sephiroth's Flare magic.
And then Godwyn has to turn around and is hit in the mouth by an arrow, piercing through the back of his jaw as Zerenis carves his body open with more hits, opening up space-cuts wounds all over the demigod. And that is when William goes in as well, grabbing Godwyn's freed hand, which he'd used to drop the "Flare". And as the Domain engulfs them, Miquella's eyes sparks in interest before William's gambit goes through - in an instant, Miquella is exposed to everything that William had endured. Which, at first, only serves to convince him of how righteous his cause is. For who wouldn't after seeing this?
Still, this stuns him, making him tangible, unwittingly so as Miquella prepares to answer William. However, the pain of it, while hardly discomforting to Godwyn, proves very much so for Miquella, who screech in pain at the sudden exposure. But disturbingly, he doesn't do so to the Malenia part - seeing himself driving his fist into his sister bothers one who has lost his love little, and instead, Miquella seems confused by what William is showing him.
Yes, I would. I have no need for my Blade anymore. What are you trying to show me? That this suffering is making you stronger, you undignified little shell of a man? That there is merit in oppression? If so, then unto you, I will reserve a most delicious form of it! To only you, I will gather all the misery in the universe! Miquella says, Godwyn's grip solidifying on William's hand as the puppet god try to crush it beneath his own.
Miquella smiles. You meant to show me merit. But what you've shown me is much greater. Allow me t-
Nero's fist impacts Miquella right in the face
blood spurting out of the God's surprised face as a massive crater is punched into his face, eyes opening wide in shock and rage as they almost pop out of their eyes sockets. And as he still hangs unto Godwyn, who briefly seems to be inert, Nero lands blow after blow to Miquella, shattering the latter's golden headband as his angelic face is twisted with bruises and blows one after the other, spilling ichor unto his white robes as his four arms desperately try to fend Nero off, only to instead swat at the air in nothing but uncoordinated rage.
The final hit removes Miquella from Godwyn entirely, sending the demigod ragdolling uncontrollably through the air unto his own Gate Of Godhood with enough power to cause it to crumble beneath the impact, heavy cracks spreading unto the material from Miquella's point before the entire monument goes tumbling down unto his head. But then Godwyn returns back to normalcy, attempting to grab Nero and William and smash them to the ground, sending them into the Tower itself before returning to Miquella's side.
But before he can, a bright beam of light explode from Miquella's location as he reveals himself, vaporizing the ruins of his own gate of Divinity - destroying Deus Ex Machina in the process beneath his own wrath. His wounds are, sadly, healing fast - for he is a God. But while the physical wounds are healing, the mental ones are going to be forever scars. And as Law lands unto the ground with the others, he prepares to comment on that.
Prepare, because Godwyn decides he's had enough of this - he raises his hand and invokes the power of the Absolute Solver, redirecting the Tree of Life's water pipes to have them converge altogether right beneath the Tree of Life's top structure. Then, he has the water erupt, engulfing Law and disabling his power. The violent stagnant water attempts to engulf everyone unto the battlefield in a powerful vortex, allowing Miquella time to reattach to Godwyn as the latter take flight over his own water tornado. Which Law, as a Devil Fruit User, cannot swim in.
Godwyn then lets red lightning engulfs his hand, allowing it to build-up slowly in his hand... And fling it like a javelin at the water, impacting it with enough violent fury as to disperse it entirely not only across the rooftop but across all of the pipes of the Tree Of Life, boiling hot steam engulfing the battlefield as well as Godwyn's red lightning still lingers in the air, crimson sparks building around the steam as the demigod walk through it, body mutilated, but still standing.

Killer Moth's Coup De Grace stuns Nymbulda, who blinks a couple times before putting her hands behind her head and entering a more relaxed pose.
"That..."
Before she stabbed her lance into the ground and bashed her shield against her chest in a warrior's salute.
"WAS PERFECT DUDE! When we get out, consider yourself a friend of Nymbulda. Mister Moth.
Heh... the bat being stopped by a moth. That is pretty funny-"
That's when shit began to hit the fan, and they were told to shut him up. Her enthusiasm dropped, a face of excitement that this was over replaced with...
Something neutral.
"Shut his racket right?"
There was a pause, vefore she took a deep breath. Then, she immediately snapped, lunging forward like s crocodile propelling itself out of the water. Her teeth found purchase of his throat, and tightened. She didn't try to cut through his flesh, but Nymbulda was definitely just using the sheer psi behind her bite to put him into shock, looking over the tangled man grimly.
Casper
Casper wakes up groggily, layed atop Beezlebub's side as he scratches his own head. He sees how out of it they are. Dazed and probably, scared? No.
Just given up.
Casper sighed, and immediately began to sit up.
"You get blasted with enough nightmares... you think they'd be telling you something. Stop moping. Can't fix it."
He fireman carries Beezlebub off the ground, using his own foot to feel himself up. Same clothes too. Not torn or ruined.
"...sorry dude. I'm taking you with me. Minimum wage too. But hey you can spend it on actually solving your problems for once instead of making them worse."
This was just as Adamas came in, and Casper kicked away the skull, looking to the fire heading their way.
"Hey Beezlebub. I'm gonna help you. You just gotta promise me something."
He dropped Beezlebub as mist consumed him, and reappearing was a beast lizard-like. It's body was covered in cephalopod-like skin, short arms and elongated body. The tail was frilly, as were its body covered in thin wavering spines and crest of tissue. It's eyes focused on the incoming inferno, and opened its mouth. He couldn't eat the total blaze heading his way, but he was at least siphoning some of it before it came their way.
Resulting in a fiery golden glow.

Were it not for the intense circumstances, Jason would've doubled over from laughter at the sheer absurdity. Out of all the villains who could've possibly arrived to throw a wrench into Apex Batman's plans, it wasn't Scarecrow or Bane or Penguin, but Killer Moth. Were Crazy Quilt and Condiment King's schedules all booked up? Had Kite Man finally decided to go "Hell no." for once? And now Nymbulda was actually praising the bumbling would-be supervillain as if he'd just pulled off a stunning rescue instead of making the mother of all lucky shots at the most convenient time.
But this was hardly a time for laughter. No, it was time to stop Bruce here and now while they still had the chance. Permanently. Jason quickly attempts to seize Apex Batman in a chokehold, moving to wrap one arm around the corrupted Dark Knight's neck while his other hand traps his head in a vice grip.
"You left me no choice, Bruce..."
Assuming his grab had been successful, a raw scream bursts forth from Jason's throat as he moves to snap Apex Batman's neck like a goddamn twig with a single twisting motion of his arms.

The Maxx seemed to know a concerning amount about him, which riled up a pile of questions, but he picked the foremost important one from the top of the stack: "That’s a mask?" Spider-Man nearly had to physically restrain himself from pulling on the Maxx’s face out of curiosity. He pondered his warning. Odd or distant. If they were around his apartment…one of the neighboring tenants? The old couple next door were friendly enough, if a little eccentric, but if there was a cause for concern there…Spider-Man made a mental note to watch for anything weird next time he saw the Brocks.
Enemies? "Well, you don’t fight crime without earning a spot on a few people’s lists, right?" He lowered his voice, as though talking aloud. "I don’t know how many would know about your Outback, though, or even know how to communicate with the things in it…"

He begins to walk, albeit slowly.

UTOPIA - DEICIDE
UTOPIA
"I should, shouldn't I? I'll do so soon.", Fate responds to Shadow and Neodyme. Had Plato not run off to go help Mara, he would've at the very least greeted Shadow and Neodyme back properly. Maybe there'll be time for that later.
Fate listens to the rest the Aspects tell him, not responding until after they've teleported away.
"Plato used to feel the same way about mortals that you two do.", he mutters. "It's a shame he chose to encase his heart in coldest ice."
-
Mara's senses are stronger now that her power is not being suppressed, meaning she instantly knows when Shadow and Neodyme join the fray.
"Fighting alongside you? Didn't think I'd see the day." , she says as Sarah gets ensnared, now able to get out of Sukuna's attack range by dissolving one of her barriers and leaping out, leaving the other barriers to violently explode in front of King Sukuna as he goes for his Limit Breaker attack. Plato arrives now too, forcing himself to a stop near Mara and the Aspects. He growls ominously at the opposing army.
"Remember, Uncle. They're brainwashed. I've fought that one before, she would not be doing this out of her own free will." , Mara points out, referring to Sarah. Plato's growl calms down a little bit.
"I wasn't planning on killing them either way unless necessary."
"I know, but your anger might've given our allies the wrong idea so I wanted to clarify. They don't know you as well as I do." , she chuckles. Huh... she actually took Shadow and Neodyme into account.
"You've fought that one before, you said. Is that the Scarlet Witch you always mentioned?"
"W-no! Sarah's someone else!"
"Well you can't blame me for assuming, she's red all over too."
Mara groans for a bit before turning to the Aspects.
"Alright now, show me how an Aspect fights." , she says to Shadow and Neodyme as she herself gets ready for combat again as well.
But then she pauses when she sees what King Sukuna is about to do. She holds out her arm, black energy gathering below King S-
Invincible interrupts King Sukuna just in time and Mara halts whatever she was just about to do. Plato looks down at her.
"You were about to use that? Now who needs a reminder not to kill?"
"Hng... that one's the exception. We can kill him. He's turned an entire nexus realm into a hellscape."
"Well, it looks like I'm going to have to deal with someone else regardless.", Plato says as his attention turns to Vampire Hunter D.
"Good, I'll deal with Sarah." , Mara grins as she rushes towards her again, blades ready to swing. Round 3!
Plato narrows his eyes a bit. He can immediately tell that Vampire Hunter D is immensely dangerous.
When Vampire Hunter D cuts through Neodyme's metal binding, the ground suddenly moves underneath Neodyme and Plato, literally moving them out of the way of the slash before it can actually hit them.
"You must be ready to move at a moment's notice. There's no guarantee the three of us will be able to defeat him. Do not assume victory is inevitable.", Plato advises Neodyme. Despite having seemingly been a little dismissive at first, it's clear that he's willing to help the Aspects stay safe as well. Maybe Fate was right about him.
Plato then stomps the ground and has molten magma erupt out of the ground around Vampire Hunter D. The magma will instantly cool and temporarily trap him inside a cocoon of hardened magma.
Something like this shouldn't be difficult for the enemy to just slash his way out of. But containing him this way isn't Plato's intended plan. He's hoping that the heat being trapped in the cocoon with him will make Vampire Hunter D all woozy, less quick on his feet, less able to concentrate.
... that, or poison him with the volcanic gases with the hopes of making him pass out. Mara'd be able to heal him afterwards.

THE ARENA
Speaking of Fate, he's now floating normally again, his body having stabilized. It'll still take him a while to regain his power though. He's put down the coffin besides him.
He then pauses when he senses something odd. Something he's rarely sensed before. It's enough to make him turn his head despite not actually having eyes to look with.
What appears to be a child has entered the area, fuming in rage and wrath. Their mouth is far wider and more fanged than it has any right to be. Its three eyes are all narrowed, glaring at a single path towards the portal and not paying attention to anything else.
Omagi is livid. They're a Mirage, and Mirages survive on fear energy. That accursed light, however, had given them a sense of peace at the cost of the energy they had created over time. That light had almost killed Omagi. By the time they'd regained their awareness, they had half-faded away.
The normally reclusive, dangerous creature is so infuriated that they had come out of hiding with the sole purpose of inflicting the worst possible pain upon Miquella for daring to threaten their life.
It walks past any people still present on this side of the portal. It walks past Fate-
CLANG
Omagi winces as they hop back and hold their knee in pain. They'd been so narrow-sighted that they had ended up hitting the coffin as they walked.
Growling lowly, Omagi then kicks the coffin before balling their fists and continuing on towards the portal. Fate would've reacted to this sooner but had been distracted as he had witnessed Omagi's eventual fate.
That kick had sent a wave of energy through the coffin. Maybe from Omagi, maybe from whatever the coffin is made out of. Regardless, it echoes throughout it, and...
As Fate suddenly realizes what was going to happen, he found that it already had. The sound of skin snapping as if torn apart rings out throughout the coffin as the Divine Guardian's eyes had opened, revealing a cosmos behind them.
"... oh dear.", Fate mutters. In his current state he can't do a thing to prevent this from going further south, so he backs off a bit for now as the coffin's lid begins to move for a moment... after which its suddenly atomized on the spot, the furred figure inside slowly beginning to sit up.
"... Quis... me excitavit!?" (Who... has woken me!?)

THE BATMAN
The Annoying Dog, of all people, has a ton of Hopes and Dreams to give to Vanilla.
Incapable of hearing Batman's scream, the Annoying Dog is momentarily confused by what Waller asks. But it jumps at Batman anyway, and if the Batman tries to attack him...
It'll use Batman's Special Attack to deliver a devastating counter that may just knock him out. Or at least leave him dazed and vulnerable for what Vanilla is preparing to use.

BEELZEBUB
Satani is definitely planning on killing Beelzebub, even if Andras would prefer to keep him alive to make him suffer more. Satani knows what the consequences are for badly thought out revenge plans. He has felt those consequences himself once.
But before he can make a move, the missiles bear down from above. Satani's wings move to cover him, protecting him and Andras' body against the assault.
The flames, however, do not hurt one bit. For flames are his domain, his power, and as such he manages to move his wings further, aiming to cover the entire group from the fire, as he doesn't know if they are vulnerable to the flames or not. The only one he doesn't cover is Beelzebub. If the madman were to burn to ashes, that's just fine by him.
There are no grand verses this time. He focuses his all into protecting Andras' allies from as many missiles and flames as he can. Each devastating hit would only serve to harm Andras further though.

GODWYN
The Roaring Knight looks instantly when Miquella screams in pain.
And when it sees proof that Miquella can be hit as the latter is getting a brief beatdown and is removed from Godwyn...
The Roaring Knight suddenly begins to glow, false images of itself floating around it before dissipating again.
The sky behind the Roaring Knight glows an ominous dark red, flowing into a dark purple, then a dark blue, like the depths of the ocean.
Ironic given what's about to happen.
Godwyn makes his move and begins to flood the area with erupting water from the Tree of Life. Hydraxon is engulfed, but even these inhumane currents prove incapable of slowing him down while underwater. As such, he swims around and tries to save anyone who isn't capable of dealing with these currents, Law included. There should be debris floating on the water now, so Hydraxon tries to bring everyone to one, both to escape the currents and the lightning and steam that are about to make being in the water deadly unless stopped.
The Roaring Knight is engulfed as well, but it doesn't seem to care. Harmful energy particles will be pulled towards it, threatening to hurt Miquella and Godwyn if these particles hit them along the way. More and more of these energy particles come in and they come in faster and faster.
Until they stop, the Roaring Knight bringing its arms together as if it's about to-
It ROARS monstrously before re-releasing all of those energy particles wildly, aiming to have them utterly annihilate the lightning 'javelin', burst through the steam and assault Godwyn and Miquella with their power.
Regardless of effectiveness, the energy particles will then violently explode, after which the Roaring Knight finishes off its attack by slashing in front of itself, sending a red air slash towards them with the power to cut straight through them if it hits.

Galvadoll is flummoxed and staggered by the waves, but Hydraxon is able to get her stable enough she simply activates her flight and bursts out of it; glaring daggers at Godwyn+his incestuous pal.
"Getting real tired of you bouncing back." she growls, aiding the Roaring Knight by pulling off Doll's attack from earlier but amped up. Namely summoning several Dark Energon swords and flinging them one by one at Miquella.

"...You're seriously going to spare thi-" Doll is interrupted from fuming and cursing at Casper by Adamas' untimely arrival. She raises a barrier up to protect herself plus one other (let's say shadowfart) until the flames pass, at which point she glares at Adamas.
"Right, you again." she says, sounding more annoyed and tired than anything as she materializes a solid chunk of Dark Energon and throws it at Adamas; aiming to make it explode on him.

Killer Moth just kinda awkwardly scratches the back of his helmet, not having anticipated Batman having a Joker Moment. Or being praised.
Course Batman starts calling for Superman and well, he's not known to carry Kryptonite on him so assuming the others haven't somehow already killed Batman he'll try and shoot him with the regular bullet shooting guns in his suit's wrists.

The Void Between Worlds
<...>
<Well, this certainly sucks.>
Floating in the endless void between worlds was a speck of red. A fleeting dot of crimson in a place where eyes could not decide color, much less space- a place where nothing was meant to exist.
So why did something exist?
In a place where nothing logically should, things still remained- matter could not be created nor destroyed, only changed- those that made something from nothing pulled from here.
Entire worlds and ruins remained, but people did not. Little had the sheer force of will to remain existent where logic and the rules of the universe failed.
Yet... a few things did.
Often things with the sort of will that could ruin worlds- the determination, so to speak, to change the whims of fate itself.
...such things remained here for good reason.
<I wonder how much time it's been.>
<Well, not like 'time' exists here, in any case, but...>
A crimson glow rested among the ruins of what looked to be the empty hall of a church. Upon the floor sat a red-hued amulet in the shape of a heart.
No, not that kind of heart. A real, anatomically correct human heart. Despite being made of... presumably some sort of metal, it seemed to almost... beat. Not physically moving, but the light shifting in such a way, and giving off such a feeling... as if it was alive.
It was slightly cracked, allowing that crimson light to seep out more. It seems like even its will could only last so long...
<Of course, sooner or later, he was bound to figure out I was the problem.>
<Removing me and rending the world asunder... Ah, the price I pay for thinking I could ever control them.>
<This cracked vessel will only contain my dwindling Determination for so long... And then I, too, will cease to exist.>
<Without a vessel to command... I suppose my days are numbered. In a way, I suppose you won, in the end...>
<...and I lost. Blinded by my own ways... Ha...>
The amulet slowly dimmed its light, and that is how it remained.
For an uncountable amount of time, for time did not exist.
Though... something caused it to drift, even if slowly.
Perhaps it knew. Knew where it could start anew, begin a new life-
Prove itself.
<...>
<...who..?>
Consciousness came slowly to ______.
It couldn't even remember its own name, could it?
Nor what 'it' was.
<I feel... so weak.>
<So... powerless.>
<I must have been something once, yet I am unable to remember something as simple as my own name...>
______ pulled itself up.
They could barely stand.
They? Yes- they used to be someone. And yet, as they looked down, all they saw was a monochrome reflection- pale grey skin, dark clothing, black hair... They were sure their face bore no visible eyes, covered by hair... yet in spite of this they could see clearly.
<My name, my name... Who was I? What was I?>
<I can't help but feel... like I was something terrible.>
<But I can't place a finger on what...>
______ forced themselves to their feet. There was a light in the distance... With nothing better to do, they began shuffling towards it with what little strength they have left.
______ had been walking for a while, ever so slowly approaching that light in the far distance.
<I can barely move... is it this place, or is it me?>
<Perhaps it's both.>
<I have no way of knowing, but I must keep moving...>
<For I feel like my will is the only thing keeping me whole.>
They continue onwards- towards that distant light.
Months later.
As ______ had traveled, the light had only gotten brighter, until it was the only thing they could see.
Eventually, they came to the point where it originated from-
-and smacked into a barrier.
<oof->
<...what's this doing here?>
They reached out to touch it, and for a moment, they just stood there. They looked down at the amulet around their neck, the light waning. For some reason, they knew it was important.
<There's not enough time for me to find a way around...>
<I'll have to get through.>
______ checks for anything on themselves they could use as a weapon.
...unfortunately, all they seem to have is the clothes on their back, and the amulet around their neck.
Regardless...
They pull their fist back.
<Take a deep breath and focus.>
<Shine my light onto my vessel, and focus it into a point...>
<...and then release it.>
Crimson light flashes in their hand- before they punch forward, their fist impacting the barrier.
Cracks spiderweb out, but they're already starting to heal.
So they focus again, and strike with all of the power they can muster.
The cracks spread more- another hit should do it...
<Whatever happens next, I'm in this for the long haul.>
<This could be any number of places- including those that would kill me instantly.>
<But I didn't come this far just to quit now.>
With a final strike, the barrier shatters in that one spot- and ______ goes tumbling in from the follow-through.

Hearing that, Nymbulda's eyes moved from the screen to him, her glare going from passive to...
Fascinated. A light grin formed on her face as he could hear a light purring rumbling in her chest.
"Say... you wanna...."
A mischievousness, a glint of something playful. Before her eyes went panthurine, Denji feeling something deeply wild about her gaze. It was not chaotic, or mad... but it was the look a predator beast gives when sizing something up.

Hisoka may be surprised to see two figures, wearing dark, concealing clothing, milling about in town, one seeming surprisingly small and young, and the other rather gaunt and pallid.
◊
After a moment, he may come to recognize the pair...isn't that the Undead Mercenary who convinced him to quit the Assassins after their duel, and the kid Mage who's always close by him? They seem to be searching for something, or someone, judging by their glances about, and the fact they seem to be deep in conversation with each other, though they're quiet enough that it's inaudible unless Hisoka were to be actively tuning in on them.
Jorrvaskr
Isengrim and Daimion exchange a glance, and then look back to the Asgardians.
"It may be different in other worlds, but in ours...eh, the apple didn't fall far from the tree, unfortunately."
"Who knew that pairing a sadistic, vain, monstrous God of Evil with a vicious, primal Faerie would result in anything but the most charming and noble individuals?"
"He definitely has his parents' worst qualities. Pride, vanity, and jealousy on his father's part, a very short temper and an enjoyment of hunting Humanoids for food on his mother's."
"He is capable of shifting shape, between two forms. His usual form is the Lord of Crocodiles, a humanoid crocodile with a horned, feathered headdress, but he also takes the form of a monstrously colossal crocodile known as the Smiling Death."
"If you think this is beginning to sound like an Antherion situation...I'll admit I have my own suspicions about Mornach. Never met her, but considering she's an Archfey, most likely Unseelie, given her aggressive nature and the very fact that she apparently viewed Set as the ideal mate to sire her offspring...it does add up. Cold Iron isn't any more effective against Sebek than any other metal, but some particularly powerful Antherion breeds lack that weakness to begin with, and the son of a God and an Archfey - some of which can indeed be called Godlike in power in and of themselves - would likely not fall under the same rules as his lesser kin."
"It is strange, though. Despite his half-Fey nature, Sebek has no love for the Faerie, and in fact, his entire clergy is composed of Werecrocodiles, also known as the Spawn of Sebek, who are Natural Therianthropes, possessing a weakness to Silver, and breeding true amongst themselves as a rule, but nevertheless possessing the ability to Afflict their victims with the curse by biting them. It is either a blessing or a curse that few of their victims survive, then, as the Spawn of Sebek hold no real overwhelming enmity for Humans...but they do find their taste nigh-on irresistible."
"For the son of a likely Antherion to lead a cult of Therianthropes...given the enmity between the two groups, it's quite surprising. The reason Malar has tried to kill Sebek on occasion? He seeks to usurp the worship of Sebek's Spawn, as Malar detests the fact that he doesn't yet command the worship of every breed of Therianthrope."
Sirius doesn't immediately answer Loki, still rubbing his head with his paws, but he eventually opens his eyes once his headache clears up a bit, giving Thor a sheepish look.
"Sorry, Mister Thor...was it..."
He perks his ears up, his sheepish look twisting into an impish smile, tilting his head to the side.
"...distracting?"
He then looks back to Loki, eyes glimmering with curiosity.
"Those Dragons sound really cool! But also really scary, if they live in Muspelheim. That's where the Fire Giants live, yeah?"
Hrimnir nods.
"In our world, the grudge between Dragons and Giants means that Dragons and Fire Giants would typically not be caught dead in each other's company, unless one was seeking to subjugate the other as a vassal. Direct cooperation? Not completely unheard of, but extremely rare. Usually, at the most, you would get a very temporary, begrudging alliance of convenience that either party would seek to end as soon as they could."
Utopia
Shadow blinks away from where Sarah counterattacks, shaking his head.
"Sorry, not keen on getting nailed by that. But good to know you can teleport too!"
He blinks, glancing up, and notices that Sarah's managed to...accidentally steal his hat, which he'd still been balancing on top of his hood, when she tried to grab his head. He glares.
"Oi! That's got sentimental value!"
He senses Null Yato coming his way, and parries with the Black Blade,
◊ his personal Divine Katana, formed from a single sheaf of paper, folded to an impossible degree, forming a monomolecular cutting edge. He attempts to engage in a Blade Lock with Rainmaker, with the aim of overpowering and disarming him, either through forcing Null Yato out of Rainmaker's hands, or sundering the sword apart.
"Drop it!"
He then glances back at Mara, ruffling his feathers as he scowls, any sign of his prior amiability toward her from the day's earlier encounter now tempered with a healthy, powerful dose of distrust and contempt into sharp-edged cynicism and wariness.
"Don't get used to it. I have so many reasons to hate your guts right now, not least of which being the fact I'm aware you've been chumming about with a certain parasite, and I'm still beyond outraged by what happened to Seraphim, but I know letting you die is the single worst thing that could happen to my friends, and I'm not about to put them through that."
Neodyme shoots Mara a surprisingly contemptuous, judgmental glance for someone who's usually so out of touch with their emotions.
"...despicable."
Neodyme blinks as they're shifted from their position by Plato in time to see Vampire Hunter D slice through their staples.
"...ah. That sword is very sharp indeed, if it can cut through metal that I have reinforced with my Divine Alloy. I wonder if it is nearly as sharp as my brother's..."
They see Plato's plan, and nods.
"Let me assist you."
Neodyme channels molten metal into the magma, reinforcing the structure with a shell of condensed armored slag.
"I aim to incapacitate, not to kill."
They glance back at Sukuna, narrowing their eyes at him.
"...but this one would not be out of place in Shadow's prison."
The Aspects blink as Invincible suddenly Leroys in and tackles Sukuna.
Neodyme nods as Beerus is restrained with their staples, and narrows their eyes.
"Hopefully that will hold. If not...I shall try again. I wish only to keep them from harming others until we can restore their minds."
—
The Aspects blink as they sense Omagi appearing in the Gateway to Utopia, and they exchange a surprised glance...which turns to shock and terror when the Negative Guardian wakes up. They frantically glance over to Plato and Mara, raising their voices to make themselves heard.
"Uh, guys...? Really bad thing just happened!"
"Someone has awoken the Guardian of Negative Energy in the Arena side of the Gateway...by accident!"
"Life isn't a fairytale. There isn't always a 'Happily Ever After' waiting for you at the end of the road." ~ Isengrim Heath-StalkerUtopia - Sarah V Mara round 3
Sarah is left briefly without any opponent for a while. She still prepares to blast Shadow in the back due to his decision of facing down another opponent while she's still out there but, seeing Mara fighting, a smirk goes up on Sarah's face. Even through the mind control, she sees the opportunity to do something she'd longed to do.
Throwing Shadow's hat at Mara, Sarah waits for Mara's reponse before crashing down on her with a downward kick if Mara try slicing through it. If Mara avoids it via some other way, then Sarah instead forms an energy blade using light around her hands before dashing into battle, attempting to use them to safely interact with Mara's blades without being cut, trying to part them with her hands before she goes for a upwards kick on Mara's chin.
The impact of the blow is suitably colossal - Mara is without any balancing nerf and armor for sure but Sarah's unbound strength is that of a goddess. And she'll launch Mara enormously far up into the air if she succeeds in doing that, the blow causing shockwaves that could successfully cause the others discomfort at best, be actively hit at worst.
Should this succeeds, Sarah will go after Mara, attempting to grab Mara by the arms to drag her towards Sarah's legs, which she will stretch afterwards, attempting to basically tear off Mara's arms right off her body.
Nautolan picture belongs to Bonesmarinated on twitterUtopia - Sarah V Mara round 3
Mara's response is... to catch Shadow's hat and put it on. It's now clumsily sitting on her helmet.
Yeah she plans to give it back, hats aren't her style, but hey, she wants to have a bit of fun.
She does end up getting up-kicked by Sarah in response, flying up fast and sending Shadow's hat flying again. Ouch... alright... she hadn't fully taken into account how big the power jump would be now that Sarah can fight at her full power.
Sarah then manages to catch up to her, but Mara's ready, encasing herself in barriers to avoid the grabs before pushing to send her barriers (with Sarah potentially stuck behind one) flying all around before exploding.
Regardless of how much (or how little) this fazes Sarah, Mara will then create a barrier above herself to bump into, stopping her ascent, after which she pushes with her legs to propel herself downwards again.
Plato casts a powerful wind nearby to deflect any potential debris that may come their way from this fight.
In the year 202X, all is devastation... Soon, any last shred of hope had by the saintliest optimist shall die and decay.Sarah V Mara round 3
Sarah's slightly dulled battle senses make her fail to block in time as the explosions go off. But whatever damage she bores out of them, it's either not that much or has been healed off as she goes on the offensive, flying off and raising her fist. Right, the barriers.
Sarah attempts to engage Mara in hand-to-hand, each blow causing the air to shake and rumble, disant shores seeing increasingly large waves emerging as even farther storms dissipate. And should Mara try to rely on her barriers, Sarah would fire off eight beams of light from her back, each attempting to attack Mara from a direction at once - one left, one right, two overhead, two from downwards, one from the back, all while Sarah kept hitting, her blows precise jabs that were meant to put maximum pressure.
Nautolan picture belongs to Bonesmarinated on twitterUtopia - Sarah V Mara round 3
Mara, still falling, grins as Sarah goes for her. She accepts this challenge, though makes use of all six of her arms to parry. Sarah was already fast back in the Arena, and given the stunlock Mara'd almost been trapped in earlier she's not going to give Sarah a chance to do that again.
Punches hitting each other at rapid speeds, resulting in multiple impact waves that come in faster than what most here can see. At least she's not just some power bruiser, Mara figures. She can tell that Sarah's hits are specifically aimed.
They're approaching the ground rapidly now. Time for a change or pace, otherwise they'll both eat concrete.
In the year 202X, all is devastation... Soon, any last shred of hope had by the saintliest optimist shall die and decay.Sarah V Mara round 3
Eating concrete would be bad for anyone but Sarah trusted her durability and her regeneration. That would be what happened if she was still herself - but the tool for Miquella instead saw an opportunity to damage her enemy, no matter the damage to herself. And so, Sarah's punches would suddenly become grabs, as she attempted to grab Mara. Should she succeed, Sarah would then try grabbing Mara herself by wrapping one hand around her throat while grabbing her shoulder with the other, attempting to hit the ground and drag her along with the ground, leaving a potent trail unto the ground of Utopia.
A trail with which Sarah tried to use to basically literally drag the Divine Guardian into the mud.

This time the grab succeeded, and it results in Mara getting dragged along the ground. After a few seconds of this there's a sudden unexpected move.
Mara's armor detaches itself from her, resulting in Mara sliding out of Sarah's hold while the armor stays stuck to her.
Mara rolls backwards to get back on her feet, turns to Sarah and snaps her fingers, resulting in her armor exploding violently while Sarah's still holding it.
In the year 202X, all is devastation... Soon, any last shred of hope had by the saintliest optimist shall die and decay.Mara V Sarah
Sarah was not expecting this, and she makes a mistake - she believes that, by crushing the armor beneath her fists, she could prevent Mara from returning to it later. Needless to say, the explosion surprise her, engulfing her entirely violently enough that Sarah falls to one knee, shaking her head in surprise, on top of the damage and sudden shock.

Mara is upon her instantly, grinning devilishly as she attempts to pick Sarah up with one arm and start delivering a beatdown with the other 5. Hey, someone as tough as Sarah would take a lot of punishment to knock out, right?

Jack got there sort of late, but between kinda having kept watch prior and gathering context from other commentary in the fight, he can piece together what's happening and what the top priorities might be. Namely, that the orb needs to be destroyed... He'd do that himself, but he's 90% sure someone else is already on that. Hopefully they've also handled communications between each other too - while he isn't aware of any radios or similar devices they might be using, it's so much of a basic asset to use that he's sure they have something.
Which really only leaves him with one thing to do, turning his attention to Apex Batman again after the Snow Mitai knockback attack, and promptly noticing the radioactive sign on the batarang. It could be a fake sign, but the way its wielder is holding it and preparing to seriously use it, writing that thing off as an intimidation move is far too risky. It might be a smaller scale thing, like a depleted uranium batarang without the depletion, or it could be something more explosive. And if it's explosive, radiation symbols usually indicate... well, nukes.
...Well. Jack did suspect he wouldn't be walking away from this one. He waits for just a moment to get a clear opportunity, relying momentarily on Jason's grapple fight to keep Apex Batman's attention off of himself, then...
{WHO DECIDED THAT?}
He proceeds to launch himself at Apex Batman as quick as he can, hoping to get into melee range before the potentially-a-nuke batarang can be thrown. His solution to a potential nuke being thrown? Deliberately set it off while it's still in Apex Batman's grip, fully aware that neither of them are likely to live through it, with the additional caveat that Jack positioned his body so the potential blast would have to go through him before it can threaten any of the other fighters. And hey, if it's not actually a nuke despite appearances, that still puts him next to Apex Batman while being on fire and having (probably) effectively confiscated Apex Batman's last resort weapon, a combination that has its own merits for hopefully obvious reasons.
Kuveli pauses her use of the flamethrower and backs up a bit, since that charged Chaos attack might pose a threat to her, plus she can't quite shoot freely without risking damaging a teammate. She contemplates her next plan of attack, then tilts her head as though hearing someone suggest something to her... Trying to stay somewhat less in focus, she moves slowly, putting the flamethrower away and retrieving Acceltra Prime again.
Then, she turns her head up to check for her chosen target. Should she see the Orb intact - that objective they were meant to be breaking given Beelzebub was more intended as an obstruction / defender of it - she'd promptly unload a whole clip of microjets at it, hoping that the missiles are enough to destroy that orb without relying on further assistance. Should that not be enough, well, hopefully either Shadowheart or Kusakabe have something to get it sorted, and also actually realize she's focusing the objective.
The discus finally clears. Zero inspects his arm and body. His left arm is in an awful state, enough of his flesh grinded away that he can see both his Radius and Ulna bones at the same time. As for his body, it was further back thus shielded from some of the impact, but there's still some unsightly jagged rips running across his chest, traces of blood dripping out and turning into smoke. He doesn't get much time to react though, as the field of golden light snags his attention, and then he's teleported out of the line of fire of what was clearly a very dangerous attack.
"...Nice save, whoever that was."
He figures he should not reengage directly into the pillar of light while it's still active, and is thus fine hanging out on the debris for a moment. Since he's been badly damaged by now between the axe wound, other bits of built-up strain, live flaying a moment ago, and other such beatdowns and stresses, now would be the perfect time... For a snack break, of course! Whipping out you know what a sandwich is
◊, he stuffs it in his mouth and holds it there for now, fiddling with a couple of other pieces of equipment in his territory, then refocusing on the food once he's got his next gear sorted out.
As Zero munches on his choice of snack, some of his more grievous injuries heal themselves back up. Not completely, but enough to make it easier to keep fighting as normal, what with not having to worry about running out of arm or having that axe wound break into his organs or whatever. It does take him some time, so he's not very useful for attacking purposes until finished, though once he eventually is done eating, he moves to his next weapon of choice. A deceptively simple-looking bow and arrow
◊, albeit upscaled to like four times the size of a normal bow and arrow.
"A rifle would be better for this, I know. It's just more comfortable for me to do it this way. Less pressure to aim."
