The Zakurilla raises its hands over its head and slam them down unto its foe below. It'd almost beat its chest in primal victory afterwards but it decides not to. And instead smoothly resumes a cool and aloof attitude, moving out of the dead zombie trooper's body as if nothing happened and picking up its machine gun. However, it doesn't assist Domon yet, instead watching how he does.
Its monoeye does turn to the watching Graze in a "try me" look but it otherwise waste its turn deciding to get some water or... something.
As for the Lion Pourpre, it raises its left arm as protection, being sent reeling backwards but drastically reducing the damage due to it being a more armored part of its body. This does get the lightsaber out of its body, and it stares at the Graze before glancing at the Devil Gundam Jr, apparently reprioritizing which one is a threat and which one isn't.
However, unlike the Zaku, it actually try helping Domon, raising its beam rifle and once again taking a stand. However, it doesn't really try to be precise, taking the odds of a desperate late strike from a wounded meatbag into account. And also including in the odds of Domon's high-speed fighting causing it to miss. It simply aims, waiting for a pause in Domon's efforts before shooting at the back of the DG Jr, basically cooperating by not cooperating.
Maul senses the presence of folks parked up to fight him and he lowers his body and arm to raise three slain Gjallahorn troopers from the ground before lifting them up, also taking the precaution of picking up a rifle and tucking it to his side via the elbow.
As he runs forward, their human shield bodies grotesquely float in front of him, ensuring that they get shredded by the initial wave of attack. Maul laughs, finding pride and joy in the disgusting tactic, even as some bullets still reach him, bloodying him in the chest and arms.
He doesn't let the pain stop him, and throws his dual-bladed lightsaber like a beyblade to try to kill as many of the soldiers as possible. Then, still running, he slides down and decides to give slugthrowers a try as well, letting the Force guide him as he raises his arm and fire careful bursts with his rifle. He has to restrain himself from going full-auto like any Sith would, because it wouldn't help him.
As for Mal, he says nothing. There's a malicious glint in his eyes... Like the Neon-Zon Officer was a bit too successful at digging through to drag out the part of him he meant to hide. He simply closes his fists, then unclench them, switching out to a confused expression that's very well-acted on his part.

"My strength is not my own, I've been blessed with power beyond my mortal body!"
Raex shouts gleefully as the lava around them erupts, splashing against the templar's armor to little effect.
"You match me step for step! Your compliments reflect your strength!"
Yet, as Raex's body didn't give up, the steel of his blade buckled against Gram, a high-pitched whine passing from the sparks, spindling cracks like the earth surrounding them emerging on Raex's blade. Pulling away from the blade lock with a sudden jolt, Raex clasps the nearly broken edges of the blade, a golden light surging from between his fingers to seal them.
"Your blade is not mere steel."
Raex commented, looking Gram up and down with a curious, awed expression. The quaking ground settled, and the templar's gaze lifted from Adam's legendary blade to study the destruction of their brief spar, but it was only the beginning. Clenching a fist, Raex suddenly appeared on Adam with a burst of speed that cracked the air, attempting to clobber him with a strong blow!
"Your dexterity and speed next!"
THE CAIRO TRAGEDY
Reddie Mercurie smile at seeing how ineffective her lighting was, although that daring smirk of her was riddled with anxious edges. She had no idea how one's flesh was so tough as to endure Force Lightning that way, but it made little difference to her either way. That Mawgrim had proved himself a tough customer either way, but she would not be able to progress in her goal if she were to be stopped by what was, as proven, a being of flesh and bones.
Reddie moved in as the group readied themselves to get the Ork's attention. Not a gambit that'd work if they were to attack him from everywhere, so she went their way so far, pulling out her blaster and lashing out with a series of bolts that she knew wouldn't do much.
That said, she had noticed he'd reacted when the youth with the shadow aimed for the eye. So she aimed that way - using the Force to guide her shots in a bid to try to irritate Mawgrim into walking over to try to kick her ass.
Yuji left out a horrifed yet muffled scream as Radahn sailed past Mawgrim. Aw shit, sorry man! I-'' And then Radahn comes right back in, for an attack that proves dissapointingly ineffective. Damn! They threw everything they had at him and he barely even moved the whole time! How much of a terror was that guy?! For sure, Yuji would need to lock in and use some Black Flashes.
The Youth thus spent his turn psyching himself up, attempting to get into The Zone where he could start using them. He knew he could. And he knew that Megumi had done it twice by now and that he wasn't about to be left behind so easily!
The sparks of black would dance by his side once again!
As for Megumi, he eyed the situation, having been blown away by Mawgrim's attack. Right, ineffective, as he'd presumed. If he'd gotten involved back at the Poacher's battle, against them... Well, they wouldn't have enjoyed it very much, that much he could say. But Megumi's Black Flashes had invoked a daring spirit to him, and thus he turned over to Radahn.
'You! The armored one! Use your gravity power to send me up into the sky and keep it on me! I'm going to try something!
That something was channeling his poor mangled Bull's might into himself. With Radahn's gravity magic, which Megumi just saw at play, his goal was to be sent into the air and use it on himself to start running full-tilt like an adolescent meteor, running along the air, building up momentum and crashing into Mawgrim.
That said, due to the build-up required, Megumi wouldn't even start running now, instead waiting, hopeful that the Starscourge would comply with him.
Adam
Is summarily punched in the face and sent flying through the lava by Raex, having underestimated how quickly the latter could punch! Ah, a mistake he shan't do again, he thought as he crashed his calves into the ground, carving deep trenches into the ground for enthusiastic WW 1 soldiers to throw themselves into, should any of them be around.
Ahaha, your dexterity is a match for mine! But let's see if your speed is comparable!
Adam stopped and reached forward, reaching for his sword before the ground at his feet shattered as he became a purple blur, speeding forward to reach his sparring partner in a way that dispelled the lava around them. A deceptively simple attack, following a clear pattern, which someone of lower speed could thus anticipate easily... but Adam meant to put his training to use!
As soon as he'd reach Raex, Adam would stop by stomping the ground hard, stopping a few meters short of what he calculated to be Raex's attack range, hoping the knight would try to use his reflexes to intercept him. Should he, Adam would try to shoulder-slam into him mid-recovery, with the intention of paying him back for the punch!
How noble is your eye! Yes, my sword is no mere steel! It is forged in the frustration and anger of those oppressed by beings who flaunt their artificial might! And it suppresses them, as to force them to use their muscles!
Nautolan picture belongs to Bonesmarinated on twitterEstraole
Raex watches as Adam careens through the lava, a brief look of concern on his face before the purple elf corrects himself, planting himself like a tree in the ground even as he continues skidding. It was, frankly, impressive, and a move the templar would steal. So focused on the bit of fun this spar was, Raex rushed forward to meet Adam without thinking and was punished for his lack of foresight with a stern shoulder that cracked into Raex's armor.
Adam could likely hear a few rib snaps as Raex is sent careening away, similar to Adam, unfurling in the air to create some drag to slow his pace while in midair. Adam's summary of Gram's capabilities was of immediate interest to Raex, his eyes widening with gleeful surprise.
"The power of angels within a blade? Show me!"
He demanded, suddenly surrounded by resplendent, golden power encompassing his armor in a luminous wireframe. An area of focus for this divine strength welled within the palm of Raex's vacant hand as the templar crashed into the ground, the massive plume of rock and lava unable to douse the building light.
Emerging from the floating debris, Raex rushed to Adam's location in the blink of an eye, raising his blinding fist with righteous, divine fury. He swung hard, hoping his power was not too much for Gram to handle!
Adam
smiles readily as his foe admires the power of Gram. But what swordsman wouldn't?! In a multiverse of endless possibilities, it was so frustrating to find powers or abilities that robbed one of any flesh to scorch, gouge, slash or stab through with a sword simply due to making their user beyond such steel. Gram was a gift given by the gods to slay a foul mage, and he'd used it as his weapon so much that he could make a new Gram out of the dead blood of his enemies.
Certainly Raex seemed like someone who had an answer of his own to present to such problems - and secretly Adam wished to see which of their solutions was superior. His eyes widened beneath the angelic fury unleashed by his opponent however, and a fierce smile adorned Adam's smile. An ally blessed by the very heavens?! How fortuitous! Combined with that strength and speed, Raex certainly made a worthy ally, and one who had just made Adam's jaw very sore on top of that!
Yet now was not the time to gawk. For the very power Adam admired was about to slam into him!
RAEX OF- where did he come from? -THE FURIOUS HEAVEN! I ACCEPT YOUR CHALLENGE! Said Adam, raising his sword high over his head and taking a step forward before bringing it down forward unto his opponent. Not with the aim to kill, but to match his power!
Nautolan picture belongs to Bonesmarinated on twitterEstraole
Raex's fist smashed into Gram, unleashing a shockwave that echoed a resounding clang of metal meeting metal at unfathomable speed, leveling the area around them flat against their feet. Despite being at the epicenter, Gram has created an eye of the storm amid this expulsion, much to Raex's awe.
Raex pushes with all his earthly might in addition to the incredible divine power granted to him, his arm quaking as he desperately attempted to push Gram to its limit, believing with all his blood there had to be one. Raex felt his divinely ordained strength dim, the blinding light encompassing the pair sweltered by Gram's incredible ability. When all settles, Raex's hand is still glued to Adam's blade, a hard breath passing the templar's lips.
"Incredible."
He said, pulling his hand away to observe the vast destruction he'd just caused. Sheepishly grasping at the back of his head, Raex chuckled.
"Forgive me, it appears I got carried away. This place regenerates, right?"

smiles as the godly energy parts before his blade, the untouchable attack brought low before its heaven-rending edge. Such was the fate of any vile sorcerer, abomination or whatever else stood before him and laughed seeing they were being defied by a "mere stick". Still, for it to take longer than most to subdue demonstrate to him that Raex is a true equal.
Why, by the looks of it, as Adam glanced around the scorched world, he realized they very well might outlive the very earth around them.

"DIABOUND IS ALSO STILL AROUND."
Kaiba pauses, eyes going wide. Diabound? Bakura's monster? Isn't that full-on confirmation that Zorc is alive?
"Seto?", Mokuba asks, a little worried about his reaction. Noah raises an eyebrow at him instead. Neither of them know what Diabound is, hence their lack of concern on that.

Beruka laid within the air, Minerva, ever trusty, being currently in the midst of transporting the owner across the sky. There was, initially, no deep purpose to Beruka's journey besides scouting out for food, materials and other goods. But the deeper truth of it was that she had felt a call. Something that reached deep within and embraced her Nohrian heart unconditionally.
She was too weak - that much was too obvious to tell. She couldn't hit Sukuna even once back then! He'd toyed with her! Her current powers and skills were clearly not up to par. And there was frustration within Beruka, because she felt her limits, even though she pushed on harder and harder, would still far well short of Sukuna's power. And her Shepherds and friends, even if they sufficed, would not be left to fight and win a battle she sought to conquer on her own.
Only a weakling would allow herself to hang back as her husband's puppetered body was pummeled, slashed and, maybe, eventually, put out of its misery. She trusted in Corrin's will, but Sukuna was a devious being. More fearsome than Garon or Takumi in his cunning and power. And Beruka needed, if anything, the latter if she wanted to triumph in battle. So, what did she do?
Well, she sought out more of it when it came. And accepted the call when she felt it, taking a small bag with her and tying some cloth around her face to reckon against the high winds. Which suddenly faded as she approached the temple, flying down to it and leaping down Minerva, looking almost enthusiastic as she landed by the door of the temple.
There, she looked up at the structure, and tentatively lifted a finger to push against the door.

Kaiba glances down at the Duel Disk for a moment, then points at it.
"That Duel Disk is connected to Kaibacorp's systems. It contains the data of every card ever played. Keep it, and you can summon a Dragon Master Magia to fight whenever you please. The Solid Hologram system I've developed is life-like enough that you'll be able to physically fight it."
He turns away.
"But you'd best keep it in one piece. If you break or lose it, you'll have to pay for a new one like everyone else. As for myself, I can create a new one with the materials I have on hand, so I'll still have two."
"Uh, Seto? We're getting a transmission through now.", Mokuba says.
"Who is it from?"
"Industrial Illusions."
Kaiba sighs.
"... let's get this over with.", he grumbles as he activates his own Duel Disk. A hologram of a fancy-looking man with long hair
◊ appears before him and Reyna.
"Kaiba-boy! I have to say, I'm truly pleased with the results!", he snickers. Kaiba just looks comically annoyed by the man's presence.
"Such a sour mood. You should be happy. You're the only person in the world with a physical copy of Dragon Master Magia now~", he says. The man then turns to Reyna.
"And you are the one who came up with this new style of playing, are you not? Do allow me to introduce myself. I am Maximillion Pegasus, and I am the creator of Duel Monsters."

Little would Klug know that he's currently being watched.
This has to be the guy. Julius can practically taste the magic seeping from him. Or rather, from the tome he's carrying with him.
He considers his options. He shouldn't try to take it by force, that's just going to risk someone else hearing the battle and potentially ruining his plan. If the boy has any reason to doubt his intentions at any point, then he could ruin the one chance he has. So, as much as he hates it...
Julius walks into view. He has some of his hair slicked back a bit more to appear more casual. His eyes go wide as he turns to Klug.
"My, could it be? Are you a fellow mage like myself?", he asks, his voice much more breezy and casual, but still refined. He probably sounds like how the real Julius once sounded before his first contact with the Loptyr tome.
"Oh, that book... I can tell it's something special. I'm curious... can I know what it is?"

"Oh, don't worry about her. She's an enemy who I encountered on a mission." The young man waved that off with a small smile. Despite her still haunting his dream at times, it never held any power over him, not even during his recovery from the Nohr excursion. Nowadays, it's becoming increasingly rarer for him to see her in his dreams. "Once I remembered what I was fighting for with a little help though? I managed to overcome a limit I didn't realize was there."
"Amelias." Charlian got off the bench and knelt on one knee in front of Amelias, staring her right in the eyes as he spoke in a firm, but not harsh, tone. "I want you to understand how impressive you've been, so I'll tell you everything from my perspective. Not only have you been gathering allies all on your own with little to no support, you've also been fighting alongside us in a form you're not entirely familiar with and a machine that's not completely your own, all the while performing very well in combat."
"On top of that, you still found room in yourself to care about other people and show real compassion. Not many people who fight in a war can say that... at least not honestly." The Replicator's voice allowed little room for argument, but the genuine smile on his face made it clear that he's saying this because he genuinely believes it. "Some people will tell you that's a weakness, but it's not. There's just a time and place for everything."
After that heartfelt elaboration, Charlian let out a small sigh and chuckled as he sat back on the bench. "'Appropriate measures for the situation' is what my friend would probably tell you, and... I'd agree with him." The young man craned his neck a little to look at Amelias (since he's much taller), before his smile settled into a more serious expression. "So... Amelias. What do you fight for? Is it to kill your past and let out your anger?" Despite the somewhat pointed question, his tone isn't accusatory at all, but rather inquisitive.

Beruka
is nearly swarmed by the monsters in what looks like a complete wipeout for her. Why, all she can do is to basically fall back and protect herself...
... To better envelop herself with liquid metal, flowing around her to form a thick bubble, upon which the demons get stuck, failing to get through before Beruka has the bubble explode into a mess of spiky to tear them apart easily. Once that's done, she dispels her liquid metal, letting it flow back into her shadow by way of mimicking it as she look up.
She isn't even surprised - by this point, what hasn't she seen?
If this is meant to be a taste of the power I am to acquire, I am left sorely waiting.

"You... really mean that, don't you?" Amelias replied, blushing from the praise as she looked away. "...I appreciate hearing that."
Some of the tension leaves her as she sits a bit more normally instead of seemingly trying to make herself smaller.
"What do I fight for?" she said, as if wondering that for the first time herself. "I would be lying if it isn't partially to kill my own past but there's another reason."
She sighs as she looks at him properly.

Raex's statement was addled, the sting of defeat, a lingering shame heavy on his heart after Filia's escape. Situation VIII
Somu
"What-"
CRACK.
Somu's head bent at an odd angle as the full impact of the kick hit his body, and for a moment, it looked as if he had just outright died.
And, well, he had. For a few seconds, he would be what many would consider dead.
But the Node in his body wouldn't accept that- spending the stored Vis that would otherwise be quickly leaving his body, Somu was forced back into life with a mix between a gasp and a yell.
"Hahaha, HA that hurt!"
Somu seems to just laugh as his body mends itself, spitting some blood out before making a Motion Aspect-assisted leap backwards as his left arm- made of a void-hewn metal -locks back into place as he starts to rapidly combine and prepare various Aspects to both mend and augment his body.
"Well, if Death can't make any meaningful impact..."
...then what can?
It went unsaid, but Somu thought it all the same. Whatever they were fighting, it certianly wasn't normal.
Not... normal.
Hey, wait a minute!
"...then this'll have to do."
Somu began calling upon the primary Aspect of his arm, pulling the eldritch power forth into something usable that crackled in shades of violet and midnight. He popped up from behind Venti's shield, as his power grew to a crescendo.
"Try and shrug this off, ya big green brute!"
Somu let out a grunt of effort as his arm warped and grew into a giant mass of void-metal tendrils- surging forth to try and impact Grimgor. If they hit, the Greenskin would find some of the energy that made him him sapped- taken and absorbed by Somu's arm.
The man looked momentarily winded, but he gritted his teeth and pushed himself further- straining the Node in his chest as he directly called upon the Aspect of Healing and channeled the resulting Vis into Venti to heal their wounds.
"Drains energy, huh..? I wonder if my arm can outpace his axe, then..."
Somu's arm restructured itself- becoming less angular and bestial and more sleek and humanlike in its form. Somu drew his sword with his other hand, and moved to stand beside Venti, forming a heavy runic barrier- a yellow-hued shield of half-transparent light -with his void-wrought arm.
"Go on! Try and kill me again, it won't stick!"
Somu yelled out after Venti's challenge, aiming to further incite the Orc into attacking the two of them.
