Kroq-Gar immediately lunges for the opportunity to track. Snapping his jaws to catch their attention. It seems odd still to work with Warmbloods, and plus looking back at Apothea and the others... It will give them something to do. Once he had gotten their attention he spoke up.
"I have a lead... Whoever this is was armored. I'm gonna take my chances..."
He would however not wait up for them as he was hot on the trail, the Sand Seal following along as he made his way to the platform leading to the cliff crevice below... If there was no way to descend the rock face, he would gladly start climbing. But he had no clue for those behind them.
"It ends here... And goes down."

AwawaRefia shakes her head. "I already have plenty of friends—no, they're the family I want. But I'm..."
She hugs herself tightly. "As long as my mother can beat any of us alone, she can beat all of us at once."
"There was one person who was actually more powerful, but I haven't seen them around at all..."

The figure seated on the throne is a giant cartoonish lion wearing a cape in a typical Slouch of Villainy. His condescending eyes glare down at Laxin when he enters.
"Hrrrm..."
Hmmm, sorry about that, but I'm a wee bit concerned with that Troa. I'd rather check at home and all. I'll stick around to see if anyone's injured or in need of help before leaving since it's only fair.
She also nods to Torunn and finally lowers Limit Breaker.
We're fine. Your father and I fended it off.
Nautolan picture belongs to Bonesmarinated on twitterThe big ball o'drones impacts Alpha Man cleanly, burying him in his employer's dolls. The heap pulsates several times, violent light pouring out of the cracks, before exploding in a colorful, but no less forceful shockwave accompanied by another loud note, sending wrecked drones flying everywhere, potentially hitting X.
—
As Vergil comes closer, the Karve abruptly banks sharply in a maneuver that would likely be all but impossible to the average jet, its nose now facing Vergil directly. It then becomes readily apparent that the dragon head is not just for show - like dragon breath, a torrent of burning napalm is sprayed from a flamethrower concealed within the ornament. If Vergil gets hit, the sticky inferno will be difficult to shake off.

Inside the Yamato, meanwhile, the winged drones accompanying Myo are quick to capitalize on the Doctor's brief moment of weakness, trying to riddle him with rapid-fire plasma sprays. The mad mechanist's voice comes out of what seems to be the most advanced one of the lot, donning a seraphic six wings:
"Seizing the ship takes priority, but if possible, try to seize any nonhumans alive. The rest of the traitors can get the luxury of a quick death."

Reiss doesn't really have much storage space so he returns empty handed, unable to steal stuff from the chest. Kroq-gar seems to be luckier however as he follows him.
"There's a load of supplies I found nearby. Remedies, food, supplements, should last someone a while here."
He can't really find a direct way down the cliff without breaking his legs again so he waits till the others pick up on something he can't right now.
realThor flashes a grin at Sarah and claps her on the shoulder.
"You worry too much, Sarah. That version of Troa won't be harming anyone else again," he replies. "Believe it or not, you can afford to relax and not throw yourself into every alternate Sister-related matter that comes up, Surely, there'd be no harm in enjoying a feast with your old friend."
Torunn smirks.
"And you stayed for the feast, maybe you could convince Uncle Loki not to engage Argo in a second prank war. Wouldn't you want to prevent that potential headache before it can even happen?"

Sarah grins sadly and shake her hand. It had to be her, warping away after falling from the light. And besides, there's nine other Sisters and, well, I'd rather address that problem, see? If there's some evil Xir empire out there and they deem us "enemies", they're probably going to keep sending them our way and it'd be devastating if an attack happens on Earth... or other planets.
She listens to Torunn and laughs a little, though it's a bit hasty and it dosn't seem like she listened all the way in. I'll tell Argo and you tell Loki, aye? Easier for us.

Nautolan picture belongs to Bonesmarinated on twitterSeraphim actually looks sympathetic. So does Bell. The two know all too well the fear of a nigh-invincible, abusive mother.
"You could... tell us about that person, and if we see them around we can inform you?", Bell suggests.

"Fine.", he says, no longer crossing his arms. "I have a hard time imagining what a good mother must be like. But I know they exist. I wouldn't want her to be separated from her children."
"In that case, maybe we could look out for other people who we think could help you?", Bell suggests.
"We're on the run, so don't expect us to go talking to said people on your behalf. But we can let you know of people who we think may be helpful to you if we see some."
In the year 202X, all is devastation... Soon, any last shred of hope had by the saintliest optimist shall die and decay.Refia nods. "I'd appreciate that."
She closes her eyes and clasps her hands together, spreading them out to create a phone-like device with only one button.
"... I really need an actual phone." She hands it to Seraphim. "Use this to call me if you find someone, alright?"
"A wizard is never late, nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to."Seraphim looks surprised as he catches it. He then looks it over like it's something completely foreign.
"This is a phone?", Bell asks, looking just as perplexed.
"Mother doesn't use phones, this is the first time I've ever seen one."
Azathoth grabs it from Seraphim for a moment, feeling its edges. Since he can't see, this is probably the only way for him to learn about the shapes of new things. He accidentally presses the button and jumps in surprise, almost like a cat.
In the year 202X, all is devastation... Soon, any last shred of hope had by the saintliest optimist shall die and decay. He stares up at the massive gate, raising a hand to his face. Laxin is bombarded with flashes of his visions, this gate, or rather what lay beyond, was what he sought. His feet began to move before he willed them to do so, pushing into the facility.
He eventually ends up within the large room and takes immediate notice of the lion on the throne.
Laxin looks up to the strange being, having never seen anything like it. He doesn't take kindly to its condescending glare but bites his tongue. He continues to take steps forward, his eyes wandering throughout the massive chamber. After a few moments, he comes to a stop and centers his gaze on the lion.
He clears his throat, his thumb twitching with anticipation on his lightsaber.
"My visions, they've guided me here. You harbor knowledge, and I have come to learn."
Thor simply nods, knowing there was very little chance he could actually change Sarah's mind once she had decided on something.
"Very well. Just know that you don't have to face this all by yourself, Sarah. This empire committed an act of war against Asgard, after all. I'd make a rather poor king if I didn't ensure they could never threaten my people again."
Torunn just shrugs. At least she tried convincing Sarah to stay.
"Fine by me. Now, I'd better get going. Someone has to make sure Brunnhilde doesn't guzzle down all of the fine wine before Mother and Father can have any," she remarks. "Say hello to Niko and Sandra for me!"
With that, she walks off to the dining hall.
Sorry Torunn! Another time for sure though! she waves her off and looks at Thor, apologetic.
Who said anything about doing it alone? I'll warn my sisters to face it with them. And it's because of that that I'd rather warn as soon as I can, lest they send another goon squad helmed by one of the alternate us. So, without further ado... see ya!
Sarah warps out!
Nautolan picture belongs to Bonesmarinated on twitterSeraphim takes the phone back from Azathoth.
"Well, I was planning on sending you info through the tree roots, but I guess this is easier.", he says as he pockets it.
"I suppose we'll be parting ways for now then. The three of us need to stay on the move.", Bell says.
"If a being named Mara questions you about us, please deny knowing us, and be sure to block your thoughts with magic if you know how to.", Seraphim says. "That's the only thing we ask in return for our help. It's also for your own protection... Mother is incredibly dangerous."

A mental message gets directed to the lion to speak to Laxin.
The message tells him to make Laxin feel at ease. To clarify that its intentions are not hostile. It will teach Laxin what he needs to know, granted that he grants it a small favor in return
Upon coming home, Sarah would find that Argo and Demo aren't there.
She may be momentarily worried about this, but looking around would reveal a note on the table.
'Argo and I are off for our annual trip. I hope you've had a fun time in Asgard, since it's been a while since you've seen Thor and the others. Sandra and Niko are in the Arena at the time I'm writing this, but I trust that they'll be safe. We'll see you again in a few days.'
'Love, Demo.'

With that, she spreads her demonic wings and flies away.
The lion glances backwards at whatever is behind him, before turning to face Laxin.
"Warmaster, you stand before the Great One," he declares. "They know what you seek, and have called you here for an alliance of mutual benefit. You will receive their gift of travel across space and time, but in exchange, you must pursue the missing half of their power."
Once on their own again, the kids resume moving as well.
Astil, edge of the forest
Near the hills bordering the forest, an enormous circus tent has been set up a few days ago. As the tickets and folders that had been spread around the past few weeks had suggested, this is the Funtime Circus, a magical place for kids and grown-ups alike.
The regular show, for all ages, had just ended. And not long from now, the special show, for children only, would begin. Funtime Foxy
◊ stands outside, putting his bombastic voice to good use as she makes an announcement to the people in the area.
"COME, ONE AND ALL! TO THE GREATEST CIRCUS SHOW YOU'VE EVER SEEN! THE CHILDRENS' SPECIAL SHOW IS ABOUT TO BEGIN SOON! ENTRY IS FREE IF YOU BRING A TICKET OR FOLDER! DON'T MISS THIS SPECIAL, ONE-IN-A-LIFETIME EXPERIENCE! PARENTS MUST WAIT OUTSIDE THIS TIME AROUND, BUT WE HAVE RESERVED ACCOMMODATIONS, AS WELL AS A FREE BARBECUE BANQUET! COME HAVE FUN AT THE FUNTIME CIRCUS! YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS THE SHOW!"
He raises her arm, after which he points to the entrance of the circus.
"TICKETS AND FOLDERS ARE TO BE REDEEMED WITH EVERYONE'S BELOVED FREDDY FAZBEAR! COME FAST, ONCE THE SHOW STARTS YOU'LL HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY FOR ANOTHER CHANCE!"

Vergil is doused in napalm, but he steels his focus in spite of the fact that he is now on fire. I mean, he's a half-demon who's spent plenty of time in Hell, he can probably endure the heat for at least a little while.
He taunts the Karve, twirling Yamato in one hand before pointing it at the ship, then Trick-warps up above it (not directly above it, diagonally) and sends a Judgement Cut down at it.

Doc is riddled with plasma bolts, but withstands them with a downright superhuman durability. As he drops to his knees, Miku materializes in front of him, singing a tone that creates a barrier wall of music notes. It also blocks the hallway, preventing them from just going past the duo.
"Data construct. Anyone got an EMP?"
Upon inspecting around the camp area, Apothea will find a group of Mernos, pterosaur-like winged beasts wearing harnesses tied to a post. The harnesses have rings on the underside and ankles, presumably for holding on to in flight.
Despite being tied down, the Mernos don't appear bothered. They were likely trained as transports.
Funtime Circus - Regular Show
SI!Rey walks out of the tent. Despite knowing he likely wouldn't be able to do anything to help the kids in the worst-case scenario, he showed up anyway and is fully intent on loitering outside.
Erma, Charlie, Akane Hasegawa, Skid, and Pump were already in the tent for the regular showing, and stay in as the adult caretakers leave. Charlie is worried, but keeps her cool.
A man and woman, carrying a pink-haired child,
◊ walk out of the tent.
"Are you all right, Anya? Was there too much noise?"
"A little, but I'm fine now. But, Papa! I wanna see the special show!"
"Papa" blinks in surprise. "Erm..."
He exchanges a glance with "Mama".
"Our little Anya, all alone? Why, if anything happened to her..."
Anya gasps as she hears, I'd burn this place to the ground.
But what she says aloud is, "I don't know how I could live with myself!"
"D-don't worry, Mama! I'll be fine! I'll find some friends to sit with!"
"Well... all right." "Papa" concedes and sets Anya down, letting her run back into the tent, where she ends up seated next to a plush rabbit.
As she waits for the showing to start, she hears the thoughts of the plush. Who does this squirt think she is? Privacy is sacred, brat.
She turns and sees it glaring daggers at her. "EEK!"

"A wizard is never late, nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to."

Watching as Morpho Knight goes up in flames, Thor gladly takes Mjolnir back and nods to Sarah.
"Indeed. I never thought we'd have to do battle with that foe again, let alone on Asgard," he replies. "You fought quite valiantly yourself, Sarah. Perhaps you could join me for a feast to celebrate our victory.."
He takes a quick look around as well, relieved that the damage wasn't as severe as when the Dark Elves had invaded Asgard, before motioning for her to follow him as he descends onto the balcony. Setting both Mjolnir and Stormbringer aside, he turns to see Torunn hurrying over to him.
"Father! Are you and Aunt Sarah okay? What the bloody Hel was that creature?!"
Offering his daughter a reassuring smile, Thor reaches out and tousles her hair.
"We're both fine, Torunn. Sarah and I were merely faced with an old foe that neither of us expected to face again. How that foe could've possibly managed to reach Asgard and evade Heimdall's gaze, though, is beyond me."
