Leesarix sprouts a pair of bony wings and rockets up into the air to avoid the attacks. He divebombs at Ludwig with a full-body tackle!

Ludwig meet the tackle with one of his own, even swinging his sword forward so as to have it impact with his foe!

Leesarix curls up on impact, straining against Ludwig's sword until his arms and legs morph into bestial claws, pushing through with brute force as he (ironically) becomes more and more monstrous!

Ludwig keeps pushing, but Leesarix's power hold up long enough that he successfully push back the swordsman, who decides to go all out upon seeing his foe's repeated power-ups.

He stand straight and then raise his sword above his misshapen head, grasping it with his two hands...

Leesarix stares up with wild eyes, briefly brought back to his senses (what little he has) by the sword's light. He raises an arm to shield his face.

He's going to need to do more than that, because Ludwig raise his sword and... slash, he swing it, hurling a colossal Ao E attack in front of him. The regular attack, a potent wave, is already nightmarishly powerful, but the edges are flames that will catch Leesarix and burn him in holy fire if he mess up, perhaps causing more damage over time than the main attack!

Though Ludwig apparently need some time to adjust himself after firing it. it's decently short, though, and having cleaved a huge hole in front of himself means that Leesarix would first need to get past it to hit him.

Leesarix's shield of holy light defends him from the flame, but is broken, causing him to still be buffeted back by the sword wave.

He lands on all fours and pulls himself forward in a mighty lunge, leaping at Ludwig with a flurry of slashes!

Ludwig is taken by surprise, and is sliced apart, enduring many potent injuries. However, he doesn't succumb to beasthood again in the face of such an assault, and instead swing his sword to try to cleave Leesarix in half, apparently refusing to give up that easily.

Leesarix bears a shocked expression as he is split in half, but he morphs into shadows and swirls back together, good as new.

   "Die honorably."   

He raises up his sword, and the blade shatters, exposing a blade made of raw chaotic elemental energy. He brings it down in a single vicious swipe, and produces an explosion of fire, ice, lightning, earth, plant matter, and various energies like those of life and death.

Ludwig close his good eye and allows himself to be torn apart by the attack. There's nothing left of him, besides a puddle of gore... and his sword, now normal-sized.

Interesting.

Leesarix slowly reverts to his normal form. He holds out a hand and moves the earth to bury Ludwig's remains, planting the sword as a grave marker before walking away.

After sheathing his own sword, he looks into his hands, seeing visions brought on by his White Magic.

   "The angel and demon..."   

His eyes glow magenta, and he takes flight.

The Ragged Flagon

Megan breathed steadily, doing her best to keep her head level and cool — namely, by trying to find seat as calmly as possible. This was surprisingly difficult due to the wall of sniper rifles currently aimed at her.

"Seriously?" she questioned aloud. "I'm not some kind of mythic monster. You only really need one of those to take me down."

She didn't expect a reply, and so she simply sat, hands folded in her lap, as she waited for the thief of the hour to appear.

Whiterun

"Hmm... maybe. I'll have to ask the one that I know if there are other pronunciations for his name as well, I suppose. This is a terribly confusing place — but I'm glad to have met a fellow fighter familiar with Pokemon, even if you aren't someone from my realm. Well met, Gohan."

DNP!Gohan

He sticks out a hand for a shake.

"I've actually seen a few other trainers and Pokémon around here. I know at least that there's a girl named Reyna, and this unidentified Dragon-type I found a while back."

Rocky settles onto their hindquarters.

"I'm not actually... from a world with Pokémon? I sort of dropped into one and had a little while to get situated, before being dumped out again in here."

The rifles don't do anything, until Lupin steps out, Megan's notes in hand.

"So, ya came. Let's negotiate, shall we?"

Astil

A big techno-sword with a triangular blade comes flying at the Zombie, spinning in place with a trail of fire to try and slash and burn.

In the same instant the hunter flicked the safety, Zombie rose a hand into the air, creating a two-block tall pillar of wood◊. Once he was about to counter, however, the random blade slammed into the blocky undead's side.

Zombie was sent flying through the air in a comical fashion, landing into the water. Although it didn't seem to do much, as the Zombie stood right back up materializing a sword◊ from nothing.

The sword flies into the hand of a red-clad girl◊ who jumps to catch it and hovers onto the scene. She does a twirling flourish.

"I didn't expect to run into someone from Smash outside of it!" she remarks.

Commander Yammark

Commander Yammark does an embarrassing crash-landing in front of the zombie and the red-haired girl. In hindsight, she should have watched where she was looking. Then again, an airhead like her shouldn't be able to process a thought that complicated.

Gregoria also arrives at the place of the zombie, the girl and Yammark.

The Hunter

He was not at all surprised at the help that he was now receiving. Although Zombie was rather confusing. It seemed very unnatural, as if it wasn't even a living thing. Lacking anything in the way of life that he had seen everywhere.

He simply pulled the Mosin-Nagant off of his shoulder again, taking aim and letting loose another powerful shot.

The sniper bullet imbeds itself into the zombie's chest, the punch of the bullet having minimal impact on Zombie's very straight stance. The undead shifted its head to face the Hunter, another croaky moan exiting from the creature.

In the zombie's other hand, a pickaxe◊ materializes. Zombie begins to move fluidly, faster than before, quickly closing the distance between it and the hunter.

It swings its sword with precision toward the Hunter, whilst throwing its pickaxe as a projectile toward the red-clad woman. Once the pickaxe is released from the zombie's hand, however, a fishing rod materializes, the creature thrusting out the line to catch the hilt of the pickaxe.

If the pickaxe manages to land a blow upon the red-clad woman, she should have no time to grab it, allowing the fishing rod to pull the pickaxe back to the creature.

The pickaxe digs into the girl's shoulder. "Ouch!"

Awww, did baby get a booboo? Let me handle this...

She suddenly transforms into a white-clad blonde◊, and her sword changes accordingly.

She charges at the Zombie, performing a rapid barrage of vanishing dash-slices.

Oh no.

That was her. Well, it was her. Time travel? No, that wasn't how her world worked... that was most certainly a different her than... well, her. If it weren't, she would have DEFINITELY remembered this happening before. Wait, what was that about Smash?

Angel had arrived at the scene a bit... late, all things considered. Of course, she kept herself out of sight, noticing... er, herself, long before anyone else would notice her. But she couldn't just show up nonchalantly going hey it's me you from the future in your ascended form you don't know about yet. She imagined that wouldn't go very well.

Ah, but, the solution was simple! In a dim burst of red and gold, Angel split in two, Pyra and Mythra... separate, not occupying one body... or making up one person, for that matter.

Hesitantly, Pyra stepped forward, running into... battle? She wasn't actually sure who was in the right here, it's never best to assume who your enemy is, but...

Well, everyone, herself included, was fighting the zombie, so it was fairly reasonable to assume that was the enemy.

"Will-o'-the-wisp!" She shouted, unleashing a barrage of 16 homing fireballs from her sword. The target, of course, was the zombie.

   I'll help you! FIVE-LEGGED PILEDRIVER!!!   

Gregoria dashes towards the zombie and spins over a leg, throwing punches and kicks.

Zombie Fight

Commander Yammark slowly got up and dusted herself off, casually observing the others pick on the zombie. Come to think about it, she will help kill that rotting fleshbag as well. Undead prejudice needs to stop at some point.

In any case, she sends a pair of dragonfly drones to pick off the zombie at her leisure. No sense in doing all of the fighting if everyone is going to whittle it down.

The Ragged Flagon — Battle of Wits, VS. Lupin III

"Well then — let's not waste any time. You, quite clearly, have something of mine that I'd like back — and I see you've brought it as well, smart man. You seem like you've done this gig enough to know that here's an easy way, and there's a very hard and painful way. The choice is in your hands as to which of those this turns in to."

Megan kept her tone neutral, doing her damnedest to not give away any emotions, nor any intention. She wanted to be as icy and professional as possible for this — though, she wasn't never quite the best at this.

Whiterun

"Oh...? That is most curious indeed. I shall have to keep an eye out for these fellow trainers, though... do they also fight alongside their pokemon, to your knowledge, or...?"

She paused for a moment, judging Sun's hand for a brief span, and reciprocated the shake.

"Maybe that's a silly question — I just... struggle to imagine how such a partnership would come about. And... unknown dragon-type you say? Oh, right, and uh... Any idea where Reyna hangs out? My... erm... my apologies, for the barrage of questions."
