The sharpest of Blades
Her interest sufficiently peaked, the girl leaps straight out of the window, diving towards Muzan. She wears a red dress and a white bonnet, but the most interesting part of her is without a doubt her wings. Are these wings? They look like a pair of metal rods in the vague shape of wings shoved into her back, from which hangs a set of multicolored crystals. They leave a colorful trail in the air as she flies, letting out a volley of raw arcane projectiles at Muzan.
"Mister, you're one of us, right? A devil? I know because you smell like the cakes and the tea Sakuya makes for me and my sis."

Upon seeing the blood bolt heading his way, the son of the lord of Hell brought his blade up, cutting the projectiles in half as they came for him, sending the attack in random directions as he grunted with the effort it took.
"Seems this might be a bit more to chew than I thought."
He thrust his sword up into the air, a yellow bolt of electricity striking it as he held his sword in front of him, running at Muzan, slashing the air and sending bolts of lightning his way
Rimuru
The flying slime opened his palm, his hand turning into a mass of spinning slime, deflecting the bolts away as he looked a little surprised at the power of that kind of effortless attack.
He held his other hand down towards their combined opponent, seeing how many friendly combatants there were, he wouldn’t simply unleash his attack willy nilly.
A very powerful strike emerged from his hand, a constant stream of Darkflame Lightning hurling towards the Demon King
"I am the opposite of Order, she wants to keep you all chained down, I want to do the opposite, I wish to set you all free!"
Light Within Darkness
The axe rakes across Muzan's back, leaving a bloody scar...
which immediately heals up, the flesh reaching out to the Hunter to grab their weapon and throw them aside.
"Silence." Completely ignoring Flandre's inquiry, Muzan creates a wall of flesh and bone from one hand which blocks the vampire girl's projectiles, then he attempts to crush her with it.
The other attacks are similarly ineffective, and he retaliates by dashing from one foe to the next with brutal claw swipes.
"I-it can't be... has this random guy become the Ultimate Thing?" wonders Joseph aloud. He lashes out a hand, and Hermit Purple snakes forth to try and restrain Muzan for a Hamon Overdrive.
Doomguy is knocked back, but he promptly retaliates with a mighty Blood Punch!
"These guys."
Fu pulls up an image of Blue and Cyan

"If the Muses are prototypes, think of them as the... advanced models. I'll handle finding 'em for ya."

For a second, there was no response, but after a few moments, Miles heard the voice of - not Kazami, but one of his packmates, who they may recognize as the other one present during the battle with King D-Mind, Eikumi.
"Cargo bay! Kazami down! Get out!"
Before he could really get a response in, edgewise, there was an explosion, before the line cut off. Though, the gang also had another thing to worry about - footsteps from around the corner, and given that the whole pack was allegedly in the cargo bay, probably not of the friendly kind.
Divine Burden
The Hunter is grabbed and thrown aside, but skillfully land on their feet, though in the process, they're sent skidding backwards further. Uncaring of the healing, since they show no visible reaction, they instead raise to their fist and dig into their coat pockets, pulling a red paper out of their heavy coat. They then proceed to apply it to the axe.
Which set it ablaze of all things, and with that, they're off to fight again, though they do not quite make it yet.

"Hmm?"
Pietro briefly studies the image of Blue and Cyan.
"Don't think I've seen anyone like them before. Man, this whole operation is a really far cry from what I thought we'd have to do."
He nods to Fu.
"Thanks. Anything else I need to know before we get started?"

Zagreus dodged the swipe... Barley, using his Infernal Dash he barley made it clear of the ultra fast claw, wiping sweat off of his brow as he did, the Stygian Blade in his hands disappearing, only to be replaced by Exagryph
, upon this fully loaded hell powered LMG appearing in his hands, he opened fire, unleashing a volley of dark bullets at Muzan.
Rimuru
The slime had not expected Muzan to be able to reach him, and he didn’t expect it to happen with such speed... the claw tore into his gelatinous body, ripping a chunk of it right out of him and sending him hurtling towards the ground, creating a small crater where he landed.
Due to his skills Ignore Pain and Ultraspeed Regeneration however, he was fully formed and back on his feet again in no time, drawing a katana out of its sheath on his back, the blade set ablaze with dark purple fire as he dashed at Muzan, with equal, if not greater speed than the Demon King himself, his sword aiming to try and carve its way through on of his limbs.

Nagato enters the fray properly now, jumping up and firing a barrage of particle cutters in an attempt to cripple Muzan.

She fires one, two, three incredibly fast and sharp lacerations.

The wall of flesh and blood overtakes the devil girl, and it seems like she's in no position to dodge when-
"kyuu~!"
Flandre clenches her fist, and the wall bursts like an overly ripe fruit, splattering bits of blood and gore everywhere. Through this rain of horror, Flandre comes bursting forward, brandishing a gnarled staff shaped like a devil's tail.
Taboo 「Lävatein」
The tip of the staff bursts into flames and extends outwards, creating a gigantic flaming blade. With a big overhead swing, Flandre attempts to bring it down with massive force upon Muzan's head, fiercely enough to scatter small fireballs from the impact point!
"You shouldn't be so angry. This is why you ended up in such a bad situation, you know? Nobody likes a rude and impolite person, right? Everybody knows that."

Muzan receives many injuries, but all of them heal instantaneously, and Joseph's Hamon does nothing to him. The most damaging thing seems to be Flandre's Lävatein, which splits him clean in half - and he just schworps back together immediately. He plants his hands in the ground, and spikes of blood spring up all over the place.
Doomguy jumps over the spikes and switches to his rocket launcher, beginning to lock on to Muzan...
"He really is the Ultimate Thing!" Joseph uses Hermit Purple to grapple onto the side of the Bee and Barb, pulling himself to safety. He tries to get Flandre out of the way as well, though she may have an averse reaction to touching his Stand because of its link with Hamon.
And then Goemon
◊ jumps into the fray, delivering a flurry of wild slashes with enough power to dice Muzan to pieces!
"Hmmmm..." Fu scratches his chin.
"Nah."

"Alright, then let me ask you something. Have you seen a symbol that looks like a crossed-out eye anywhere?" Pietro inquires. "According to Rin, that's Polyphemus' symbol. You probably already guessed this, but me and a few friends are planning on tracking him down and getting some payback for her."
Divine Burden
The Hunter begins to roll spam their way to greatness, being apparently quite proficient at dodging since they're able to reach Muzan in time. That they could display such agility is astounding in itself, but Muzan may be more concerned with the oncoming blazing axe that they aim to smack into his neck, perhaps testing to see if he can die if decapitated;
At worst, the flames will quickly cauterize the wound. Not that it stops them from taking a few more swings at the body regardless of success, especially if there's success.

Another very close dodge, his Infernal Dash just barley carrying him out of the way of the Blood Spike. He opened up Exagryph, empty shells pouring out of the gun as more ammo magically appeared in the weapon, these ones glowing an icy blue.
When he opened fire this time, he was empowered with the Boon of Demeter, his shots having the effect of a spreading ice, hopefully coating the Demon King in ice so thick it would slow him down.
Rimuru
The slime instantly reacted to all of the spikes, cutting them down as they came up around him, the fire of his sword making it quite easy. Although the fact that his strikes on Muzan didn’t affect the demon very much was concerning...
Rimuru channeled Darkflare Lightning in his empty hand, aiming it directly for Muzan, taking a deep breath, and letting it loose. The combination of intense heat from the fire and intense electricity hopefully hurting the Demon King, and if not, stunning him would be great.

"Okay, now there's something of a lead. You know where these drones were, and if any of them might still be there?" Pietro asks. "Maybe even where in the Arena they came from?"

Nagato dashes around the spikes of blood, keeping her distance to not interfere with the more melee-oriented fighters.
She raises a hand and tries to squish Muzan into the ground using a form of telekinesis.
"Analysis... bad."
And then, who but Daisuke Jigen
should show up with Goemon, fanning the hammer to fire a bullet squarely at each of the many parts that Muzan is about to be separated into?
"Heh! Nice one, Goemon!"

The Hunter wordlessly acknowledge each of the incoming participants, but seems to only do so to know how much of a threat they are. After they demonstrate their opposition to Muzan, they decide to attack in perhaps the most straight-forward manner possible, running at Muzan at high speed while dragging their axe behind them, sparks flickering behind them to accompany the movement.
Then, they attempt to drive the blade into Muzan's back. If this succeeds, they then try to rip it out by taking two steps backwards, quickly rolling away from any attack made by their allies.
