I hope that I'll scare Gangrel straight.

I'm looking forward to fighting the Einherjar again. The level of power here was astounding...

Lucina nods, but then briefly stops and walk towards Anna and Jake.

Homura Quickly says to Kyoko "My name is Homura Akemi. Maybe I mistook you for someone I knew who also made a contract with the Incubators. Although, that isn't likely." She'd quickly show the soul gem in her left hand to show that she's in the know.

Riki Shrugs, before running off, heading home with his bag of money to his wife and children waiting at home.

Minato Still seems confused at what's happening.

Tournament Aftermath

Azrael grumbles at the whole thing. 5th place kind of made sense, but he had no need for the money...

He took it anyway.

He also notices that certain people are gearing for another fight. That Dark Riku guy did take his fight...

He steels himself, ready for more.

D!Saitama shrugs and gets his money.

Sho'Nuff takes his money and leaves, almost dejected.

Kung Fu Man, still confused, nods at his placement and grabs his money.

X warps his bag over to him.

He taps his ear, talking to someone.

X:    "That "Dark Riku" guy was in the tournament. He has some sort of artifact."   

Sagat's tiger fetches the bag for him and brings it back, him crouching and petting it.

Turles grabs his bag and flies off.

Jedah summons a blood hand to bring over his money.

"I honestly don't give a damn about how 'amazing' it was, Iris. I didn't join this event for something as trivial as fortune or glory."

When Dark Riku decides to select the Egg of Light, Thor immediately brings a sparking Stormbringer to bare, looking about ready for another fight.

"Wow, someone's awfully cavalier about this tournament damn near escalating into an all-out slaughterfest."

Nicole lets out a sigh.

"Sorry, Neuffie, I'm just kinda surprised how quickly this went from a tournament to, well... y'know. I didn't sign up for this because I wanted an excuse to butcher people for fun and play gladiator."

"Oh, that smug son of a..."

Pietro prepares to dash towards Dark Riku, only for Wanda to place a hand on his shoulder.

"Knowing Pseudo, he probably has more than one plan to get the Egg back, Pietro. Attacking right now might get you in trouble with that bodyguard."

Heh, considering that some of the guys there look pretty crazy it was inevitable... beside, hey, everyone was brought back, right?

She shrugs.

If it were a bloodbath I think Green Jr could've easily made it so. Last one standing, no giving up, all that sort of thing. But I guess I get it. I saw it coming as soon as I saw the Saiyans though, those guys are mad.

She taps her own Soul Gem.

"I'm Kyoko Sakura. Madoka told me about you... nice to meetcha?"

Anna and Jake turn to Lucina and smile, with Anna shaking her head.

"Hey, anything's fair game in a tournament. Congratulations with your third place. In a bracket of 36, that's seriously impressive."

She then winks.

"And hey, our prize money means I can lower the prices in my store a bit from now on."

Iris looks confused, then a bit alarmed when she sees the electricity.

"Whoa, hey, Thor. I don't think it's fair to attack the winner of a tournament just because they won. He was a bit extreme in his fighting, yeah, but..."

There it is. The choice Claus, Kumatora and Duster feared.

"The platinum-clad egg. A fine choice. When I found it, I immediately knew of its value.", Green Jr chuckles. "You must have an eye for it too."

He turns to Cyber.

"Let's not keep him waiting then. Have your ally bring us the egg."

"... yes.", Cyber says, clearly not too happy with it either. He contacts Hub, who can be seen on the Egg of Light's crystal now, grabbing it, then teleporting over to Cyber with it.

   "Here it is."   , he says, rather unenthusiastically. Green Jr takes it from him, then hands it to Dark Riku.

"Here you go. The beautiful platinum egg, with a small ring of diamonds near its top, and wings made from a kind of gemstone I don't even recognize. But its white is so pure, it must be a special one."

Kumatora looks to have the same reaction as Thor, despite the fact that, unlike Thor, she wouldn't even stand a chance against Dark Riku's fast, powerful attacks. She's too defensively frail to take those.

Claus is the one filling Iris' role in this instance, trying to keep Kumatora calm. Duster, though, has a weirdly thoughtful expression on his face.

Varik, being completely removed from this subject, straps his shield on his back, sheathes his sword, and grabs his bag, planning to leave the area soon.

"Oh, you...!" Callis clenches her fists.

Dark Riku takes the Egg of Light with both hands. Already a Dark Corridor is opening up behind him.

   "Dunno why so many people seemed to want this, but it's mine now. If you want it, we'll have to... nnnnnnnnnnnegotiate. Seeya."   

He disappears into the darkness.

GE!Morpho Knight takes his money and flies off. Kenshiro silently growls before turning and walking away.

Saitama is gone. When did he leave?

Domon seems to be lost in some form of trance.

Solstheim

Vahasia might look almost like an ashy, armor-covered zombie, if it weren't for the fact that she still had the very much alive trait of needing to stop and rest from her walking. Even the forsaken champions of betrayer-gods suffer from sore feet, it seems. She did not seem to notice Trellis yet...

With a fierce yell, Thor slams his axe into the ground.

"That is why I joined this damned tournament, Iris! To keep what that bastard won away from his ilk! And now he's going to use it for Odin knows what kind of sinister purpose..."

"I know, but still... it wasn't quite what I was expecting when I decided to join," Nicole replies. "But you're right, things could've gone a helluva lot worse."

The Maximoffs simply depart from the premises.

A grunt can be heard near Vahasia, and if she looks up, she'll see a woman clad in a heavy black cloak, with dark sunglasses, peering at her while wiping some blood mouth away her mouth.

Trellis stumbles upon Vahasia.

"... Does everyone here possess the qualities of a dead person or am I going insane?"

Iris looks confused.

"... that ornament egg he won? That's what you wanted?"

She crosses her arms for a moment.

"Well, he said he's up for negotiation. How about we try that? I'll come with you if you want."

Anna and Jake bid the Sheperds goodbye for now as well. As they leave, so does the still-hidden Morgan, not wanting to be noticed by them.

Varik, too, makes his departure. Actually feeling a bit invigorated for once, he's considering treating himself to a first class meal without involving alcohol.

Inside Pseudo's base, the titular character is already thinking of ways to find, approach and talk to Dark Riku. He briefly considers asking Ken Tahn to steal it, but...

Well, if he gets caught, then they'll have lost an asset for the infiltration mission. No, he can't risk that.

Claus manages to calm Kumatora down a bit. When they see Thor and are about to approach him though, Lucas suddenly taps on Claus' shoulder.

"Can we talk for a moment? ... in private?", he asks Claus, to the surprise of all three of them. He looks at Kumatora and Duster, who both encourage him to go with Lucas, so Claus nods to Lucas.

As the two of them walk a bit of a distance away, Kumatora and Duster approach Thor.

"I see we feel the same way.", Kumatora says when they're near.

Familiar and Unfamiliar

Homura, having gone through the process of people she knows not knowing her enough times to get used to it, simply nods, saying "It's a pleasure to meet you too."

Minato, in the meanwhile, heads back to the dorms.

Frontier Village

Riki, after finishing some very important paperwork, and exchanges of money, returns home with a significant portion of his prize remaining, Opening the door to his little house in the great tree, saying "Oka! Littlepons! Riki is home!" A Pink female noppon, and Eleven little noppon children rush over to the door, with cries of "Daddypon's Home!" "Did Daddypon Bring food?" "We Hungry..." and more coming from the littlepons. Riki simply smiles, saying "Riki has food handled, don't worry,Littlepons!" The pink noppon, looking at riki, says "Riki, Oka is confused, Did Riki have to borrow more monies? Is Debt worse?"

Tears of joy begin to form in Riki's little eyes, as Riki says "Oka, Riki has news. Riki... Riki paid off debt. All Debt. And, Riki has more monies, enough for Oka, Riki, Littlepons, Littlepons littlepons, and even Littlepons littlepons Littlepons! Riki Is not heropon for Nothing!" Riki opens the bag, showing the Grand amount of gold to his family, as they all look, tears of joy forming. Riki soon gets covered in his family, all of them attempting to hug The Noppon dad who fought for his family. Riki simply laughs, saying "Get off Riki, please! Riki needs to buy food now! Riki, littlepons, and Oka Will never go hungry again!"

And, that Night, Riki's family had a grand feast, and held a toast to their Heropon.

(Riki's Tenderness)

"It's not some random ornament, it's a powerful artifact capable of tampering with people's memories," Thor replies. "And since a demon used it to do exactly that ages ago, I would rather it didn't fall into the hands of another bastard like Set or Thanos."

He picks up Stormbringer.

"Now, I already know exactly how to negotiate with him: if he hands over the egg, I won't kick his arrogant arse!"

"I think I might know how to make up for that."

Nicole puts an arm around Neuff.

"You and me go out for drinks, just like I promised before the tournament. We can catch up, fill each other in on things we oughta know about..."

Solstheim

Vahasia removed her helmet, which vanished into the ether as she threw it aside. Her black hair waved in the cold northern breeze, as she looked between the elf and the vampire-ish individual.

   "   I... don't believe I've seen either of you until now. I assure you though that I'm quite alive, just... lost, I suppose."   "   

Neuff nods and Thundercrusher retract back into a small shape.

Alright then. Guess we can use our money for that!

Trellis folds his arms. "Aren't we all lost in this place?"

   She's evil. They're evil. Both of them are evil!

She observes them both and wonder on what to call the man. Better not mention clans in the open just in case. Dahlila leans back against a rock and folds her arms, grinning a little.

   I'm never lost. I just slowly get where I'm going.    She insists.    If you wanna keep up the philosophy.   

   Nice medieval get-up too.

Now that she understands the severity of the situation, Iris looks a lot less laidback about it.

"Ah... I get it now."

Then, however, she suddenly looks stern and shakes her head.

"Well, if you want to get back something that you've lost, which, trust me, I know that feeling, you cannot go ahead with it while your emotions are on a rampage. You have to calm down and think things through. Threats are a good way to screw up negotiations, especially with a person who, from what I just saw, can teleport. Then, once you calm down, we can go see some of your friends, and we'll try to think of a plan to go about this. Maybe it can be just bought from him, or maybe, if we do him a favor, he'll be willing to give us the egg."

Kumatora and Duster, not having met Iris before, look at the both of them as they're talking.

"... is this a bad time?", Duster asks, which causes Iris to look at them.

Lucas, meanwhile, seems to be saying something to Claus a small distance away from the arena.

Green Jr and Comacho, meanwhile, are warped away with Hub so that they can get the rest of the gold and treasure they brought ready to take back to their world.

"Sooo... you're from the same place that Madoka was from, right? Holy Terra? ... Uh, fuck, 'Earth'."

"The one with all the other versions of me and Miki and Lady Inquisitor Tomoe?"

Once he's had a moment to calm down, Thor simply nods to Iris.

"...You're right, Iris. A diplomatic approach might be our wisest course of action here," he says, offering her a slight smile. "Provided he doesn't attempt to double-cross us or force us to do something monstrous, of course."

Then he glances at Duster and Kumatora.

"I... suppose we could probably discuss this later."

Nicole playfully tousles Neuff's hair, grinning.

"Hell yeah to that! Whenever you're ready, girl, just teleport us away!"

She chuckles lightly.

"God, I almost forgot how friggin' cute you are."

Homura tilts her head, before saying "I know Madoka, Miki, And Tomoe, and, Yes, I'm from earth. But, Inquisitor Tomoe? What do you mean by Inquisitor?" She appears to be more than slightly confused.
