Awkeff gestures to everyone else around her and Viserys. "Does it look like I need to go all-out? Besides, I want to save my energy for Galeem." She draws her Daedric throwing knives.

Hit just keeps throwing punches, warping around the battlefield to avoid being hit by friendly fire.

Keeby switches to STAFF and jabs at the Batter with his staff, which extends out to reach him from afar.

"Point taken. The sooner we eliminate this snowback, though, the sooner we can finally have our shot at Galeem."

Sheathing his sword, Viserys raises his hands as they begin crackling with lightning...

   "So... I'm fighting a nihilistic baseball player with superpowers, donut-shaped minions, and four eyes. Somedays, I miss Ultron."   

Pietro whips up a Chaos Magic replica of Hawkeye's bow, takes careful aim, and begins launching explosive arrows at the Batter's Add-Ons.

"I'm here to put an end to Galeem, not listen to the ramblings of a delusional madman!"

Thor makes a beeline for the Batter, then lunges at his foe before attempting to uppercut him with a strike from Mjolnir.

"Okay, changing the subject, then... after you were freed from Dharkon's control and we struck that unbreakable bargain, you actually seemed genuinely eager about the prospect of fighting alongside me again. Why was that?"

Sombra's blast is deflected back at him and impacts him, knocking him down and stunning him. Due to this, he doesn't see Omega's light, but he also is unable to retaliate.

Rumia takes her own moonlight to the face, but seems less damaged than she is angry. Abandoning any and all idea of turning the other cheek, she leaps through the shadows at Omega, intending to seize it and savage it in a frenzy of shadow claws. Simultaneously, her dark hands surge out of the floor in an attempt to restrain Epsilon as well and prevent it from fleeing.

   "You surprised me during our battle against Count Kevin. It's made me a little curious about you."   , Mara says.    "Even if we were forced to cooperate, just as we are now, we fought together pretty well. I find it intriguing that we did so well despite your hatred for me."   

Epsilon almost gets trapped, but Omega bumps into it to get it out of the way, getting itself pinned while Epsilon escapes both Stark and Rumia's binding attacks, instead dancing around once more, this time strengthening its group's offensive power. It ends up getting hit by one of Ironhide's missiles though, and bounces onto the ground. Alpha manages to evade though.

Epsilon ends up getting hit by Lucina and Samsara's blades, then punched by Goku and blasted by Prime, so it gets sent flying close to the Batter.

Omega starts to blur in Stark's device, and suddenly starts phasing through and attempts to strike at Stark. Which he'll find will do incredible, potentially lethal damage if it hits, because Omega's attack pierces defenses... which means the impact would go to him and not his suit. Throwing it to the side will prevent the attack from hitting though.

If Baldur, Rumia and Laurent go through with their attacks, the former two will be potentially hit by the blur as well, and Stark and Rumia would get engulfed in the flames of Laurent's attack. Regardless, if they still do this, their attacks will hit Omega. The Masked Man also sends a powerful bolt of lightning Omega's way regardless of who could be in the way.

Noire's arrow hits Alpha, stunning it for a moment and allowing Pietro's explosive attacks to hit it multiple times, keeping it in a stunlock for the moment.

Interrupting the Batter's healing attack isn't an option, as it's over the moment he gets out of his position. Still, he's forced to fully defend by blocking Mjolnir and Keeby's Staff with his bat, a feat possible thanks to his buffs. Speaking of his buffs, the Galeem aura around him spikes when Shulk tries to remove his buffs, and nothing happens. Seems like debuffing the Batter would also remove the buffs Galeem gave him, which can't happen as long as Galeem is hsi 'puppeteer'. As such, his buffs cannot be removed.

When Vegeta joins B!Thor though and pressure keeps being put on him by Ringabel and especially by Hit, his footing starts giving away. The other Thor joining in with a strike from Mjolnir at the end makes for enough force to break through his defenses and he suddenly falls over the edge of the stage.

Epsilon flies in after him though, tangling itself around his arm and throwing him back upwards to let him land back on the middle of the stage. Epsilon joins him by his side again, then starts moving strangely, as if enacting something tragic.

Then, all of a sudden, it'll start rushing across the battlefield, trying to ram into as many people as possible. Regardless of who gets hit and who doesn't though, eventually, when Epsilon reaches Bismark, his arms have gone Burnt, and he catches the Add-On in his claws, trying to hold onto him with all his might.

"I-I got one! I got one of them!"

Des, who'd still been going after Alpha, notices that Epsilon is stuck, and goes over to it instead, rushing towards it and slashing the area right above Epsilon with her scythe.

... Nothing seems to happen though, and she looks annoyed.

"Damn it all, these things are immune too!", she growls. However, then she starts to glow a miriad of colors, and she looks at herself in confusion.

"Wait, I feel some kind of power... what's going on?"

Keeby rushes over to Epsilon and tries to wallop it with his staff repeatedly while Bismark has it restrained.

Hit and Awkeff get bowled over by Epsilon's charge. Hit spends his turn on the ground, while Akweff throws a few of her knives at an Add-On - any Add-on, not trying to target one of them in particular.

Goku briefly enters Super Saiyan and prepares a Kamehameha, tossing it at the stunlocked Alpha. Prime joins in, with the two heroes combining their strength to try to hit the deadly being. Needless to say, the result could get messy, especially because Goku attempts to use IT to teleport to it, attempting to squash it like a fly.

Thor blast away with a lightning blast, approaching the batter as he keeps the blast steady and trying to hold him still for the others to land their attacks. If he does approach, he attempts to grab the batter's torso and attempts to brutally hit him with a headbutt, before raising his hammer to attempt to hit him in the eyes, over and over.

Vegeta powers up to Super Saiyan and, figuring that Thor can take it, blast away with a Big Bang attack aimed at the Batter and the godworlder.

You used Super Saiyan first !

Hey, at least I managed to hit my opponent !

Stark attempts to throw Omega to the side and get engulfed in Laurent's attack, his armor allowing him to withstand. Baldur himself gladly take the damage and attempts to crush Omega between his fists, before attempting to knee it over and over.

Vegeta and Goku defend themselves, Ironhide and Prime are barely pushed back and Windblade takes it, but the rest is hit and sent sprawling by the Add-On, threatening to send them off guard. However, when caught, Lucina dashes forth and attempts to precisely slice at Omega.

The final smash ! A fantastic power is at your fingertips, friend !

Rumia does not interrupt her attack for any reason and savagely maims Omega, even if she has to tank through the attacks of her own allies and enemies in the process. Her amulet continues smoldering and a shadow of black feathery wings appears at her back.

Sombra, obviously overwhelmed in this battle, focuses his power primarily on shielding himself from the many attacks unleashed by the Add-Ons. However, seeing the Batter at the edge of the platform, he conjures a glowing golden barrier in front of him in an attempt to simply shove him off the edge.

Viserys unleashes his Lightning Storm at the Batter... leaving him wide open to Epsilon's charge, which lifts him off his feet and throws him to the ground. Snarling, the Nord Dragonborn wastes no time in getting back up, his crossbow at the ready.

Pietro darts to the right, narrowly evading the oncoming Epsilon, then whips up a Chaos Spear and hurls it towards the now-restrained Add-On.

   "Nice catch!"   

Thor raises Mjolnir just in time to block Epsilon, resulting in a Knockback Slide. After a moment, he leaps towards Omega and attempts to nail it with a downward swing of his hammer alongside Lucina's slash.

"If the stakes are high enough, as they currently are with Galeem and Dharkon, I'll take swallowing my pride and cooperating with you over certain oblivion any day. Apologies if you were hoping I'd act more like the so-called brat you always assumed I was," Wanda replies, actually chuckling a little. "And... are you truly curious about me?"

   "... What? Oh, right."   , she says, laughing a little.    "I'm not calling people brats to insult them. I'm calling them brats because they're much younger than I am, and because they behave in such predictable ways that I simply cannot find myself capable of respecting them or treating them like they're an actual threat. Just to inform you, you'll know when my opinion on someone changes when I start calling them by their name more frequently. It means they're earning my respect."   

She chuckles once more.

   "Naturally. I wouldn't bother claiming as such if I didn't."   

Wanda will practically be able to feel Mara's grin.

   "I know about your history with HYDRA and Ultron. Cyber told me about that. His host knows, and anything his host knows, Cyber knows. One thing I'm curious about is why, after all you and your brother have been through, did you choose the side of good over evil?"   

Epsilon gets whacked multiple times by Keeby, then hit by Pietro's spear, and Alpha gets hit by Awkeff's knives, then blasted by Goku's and Prime's combined attack. It doesn't get squashed, but it does get knocked into the ground quite harshly.

Epsilon doesn't remain restrained for long though, breaking out after a few more seconds, then attempting to ram Bismark, who instinctively leaps out of the way. The Masked Man then flies up to Epsilon and whacks it to the ground with his sword.

Omega gets maimed, then thrown, and hastily rolls away over the ground to avoid Baldur's deadly grasp. It rolls right into Lucina's attack though, and gets smacked at Thor's Mjolnir, ending up buried into the ground alongside the other two.

The Batter gets hit by Thor's lightning, but thanks to all the buffs, he's able to get through this without too much trouble. He does avoid B!Thor's attempt to grab him, but gets blasted by B!Vegeta's Bing Bang attack, actually knocked off his feet this time around. Sombra's barrier then pushes him a little before he gets up and hops over it, only to jump right into Viserys' attack, sending him sliding back a fair amount, dropping his bat in the process.

He quickly picks it back up though and raises it in the air to summon his Add-Ons to his side. All three of them get up and do as such, and position themselves in front of the Batter, who throws up another set of baseballs, then bats them at everyone. They pass through the Add-Ons, their aura powering up with each one, and their power increasing immensely. One hits the Masked Man and he, despite how tough and resilient he is, gets sent hurling back to the other side of the stage.

Des, meanwhile, ponders.

"Final Smash? What's that supposed to-"

Cue her getting hit by one of the baseballs and crashing into the ground as a result. She gets back up rather quickly, teeth gritted and growling.

"NOW you've made me MAD!"

She immediately charges the Batter and his Add-Ons, activating her Final Smash. She slams her scythe into the ground, creating an odd, yet sinister-feeling symbol◊ around the Batter and his Add-Ons. This symbol stuns them in place, and Des, after pulling out her scythe again, starts rushing past them multiple times from different directions, slashing them with it each time she passes them.

She ends off with a swipe that unleashes an energy wave that forces the four of them on the ground, and after this attack, Des lands, breathing heavily.

"Whoa... I don't know what I just did, but it was exhausting..."

Despite how powerful that attack looked though, the Batter, Omega and Epsilon get back up. Alpha does not, however, lying down on the ground in pieces, no longer shining. Omega twirls around it though, and Alpha repairs itself somewhat, regaining a faint glow.

Omega can revive its allies. It's definitely the one that they need to get rid of as soon as possible.

Windblade dodges the baseballs, while Ironhide blasts those that are about to hit his squisher foes and step up to defend them, being actually knocked over, though he gets back up and snorts, in spite of the damage.

Protoforms hit harder than that ! Maybe your attacks will tickle if you put up more of a swing !

Optimus forms a shield to protect himself while everyone else dodge. Noticeably, Thor is hit by some of the balls and slides back, nearly falling over but stepping forward firmly, with a step large enough to shake the platform, grinning savagely in spite of the wounds on his enormous torso. The fighters do notice the revival, and Samsara silently points at Omega, while Goku smirks.

Everyone, hold on !

He dashes forward, while the four enemies are united... and toss in a Solar Flare, attempting to blind and paralyze the Batter (at least). Then, he teleports up and fires an uncharged kamehameha, while Vegeta fires a Galick Gun, Windblade fires several energon blasters, Prime shoots with two guns, Ironhide resumes his artillery fire and Stark fires with a central unibeam.

The smoke is dispelled as Laurent uses Wind to try dispel it while attempting to cause further harm to the fighters, and Xander, Samsara and Lucina clear the distance, slashing at it together while Baldur attempts to uppercut it in the air. Noire shoots an arrow.

Thor, meanwhile, leaps into the air and raises Mjolnir, his eyes glowing as an electric storm builds up around him.

Hit keeps his head down to avoid the Solar Flare, then springs up and tries to use his FighterZ level 3 super on Omega.

Awkeff gets blinded like a big dummy.

Keeby also gets blinded, and his Copy Ability disappears.

If Rumia didn't have enough of a fixation on obliterating Omega before, she definitely has now. Sidestepping the Batter's projectile in a blur, she takes out a black revolver and fires a black bullet at Omega, detonating in a violent cross-shaped explosion of darkness if it impacts.

Sombra, meanwhile, conjures a spiked platform above Alpha and drops it, attempting to destroy it again before it can recover. In the process, one of the Batter's balls grazes him, ripping through his cape and opening a gash in his side.

FD

Pinkamena and Oswald enter the fray, Oswald spraying Thinner at Omega out of his Keyblade, Royal Masterpiece.

Pinkamena skids past Alpha before pouncing back to the Add-On and attempting to slice it with twin knives.

Lea sees the duo entering, smirking.

Lea: "Hey, it's that guy... Oswald, right?"

Oswald does not respond.

Vegeta-EX fires another Big Bang Cannon.

Bowser fires more flame, attempting to hit the quartet indiscriminately.

Asura attempts to slam Epsilon into the ground, dragging him along the ground before tossing him if it connects.

Seeing as the others appeared to have the Omega issue under control, Viserys moves behind Optimus' shield to avoid the baseballs, then takes careful aim with his crossbow and fires a bolt at the Batter's, well, bat. Afterwards, he notices Awkeff's predicament and Whirlwind Sprints to her side.

Pietro darts about left and right to avoid the flurry of baseballs, until one slams right into his face, knocking him back. Shaking his head as he recovers, he whips up a Chaos Baseball Glove, catches an oncoming ball, and chucks it right back at the Batter.

Despite deflecting as many baseballs as he can, Thor is ultimately staggered by several that find their mark. Glaring, he rockets into the air to join Myth!Thor, as Mjolnir crackles and sparks with lightning.

At Mara's unexpected mention of her and Pietro's past with HYDRA and Ultron, Wanda does everything in her power not to break her meditation despite her surprise. Once she's had a moment to calm herself, she replies.

"We learned what Ultron was truly planning: humankind's extinction. I even saw his vision of it coming to pass..."

A pause, as Wanda recalls what Ultron had told her and Pietro in regards to his goal.

   "There were more than a dozen extinction-level events before even the dinosaurs got theirs! When the Earth starts to... settle, God throws a stone at it. And believe me, He's winding up. We have to evolve. There's no room for... the weak."   

"Pietro and I, we couldn't let something that horrible happen, so... we decided to switch sides, help the Avengers put an end to Ultron's scheme."

Shulk would notice the futility of attacking batter directly, and would start hunting down the omega add on, using shadow eye to lower aggro and attempt at stealth in the crowd. Joker would attempt to cast agidyne on omega, while ringabel would try to use an X-potion to recover...

   "I see."   , she says, sounding like she's thinking something over. Then she chuckles yet again, and what she says next may come as a shock to Wanda.

   "In that case, you made the right decision."   

The Batter is taken by surprise by the Solar Flare, trying to shield his eyes with his arm, but it's a little too late, and he gets blinded. The Add-Ons are unaffected though, and they form a triangle-like formation with one another to act as a shield for the Batter against all attacks aimed at the Batter this round, save for Vegeta-EX's but including the ball Pietro threw back. They block them all, but sustain heavy damage as a result, damage that's visible in the form of cracks. They only survived because of the buffs, and they're close to their demise. The Masked Man had shot lightning at the Batter this round, and as such his attack is blocked.

Omega then gets sprayed on, though appears more confused than hurt. Then it gets pelted by Hit's Level 3 Super attack, getting hit from all sides, after which Rumia's bullet hits it. Notably, the bullet does damage, but the dark explosion does not, its aura shining once more. The fire spell that follows proves to be too much thoughn and it drops to the ground afterwards.

Sombra's attack on Alpha hits, and while it doesn't outright destroy it, the impact damages and stuns it, allowing Pinkamena to deal some great damage with her knives. Bismark then, still somewhat reluctantly due to him being confused by the Batter being his enemy, slashes at Alpha with his Burnt arm claws to bash it back against the ground.

Epsilon gets caught and dragged along like a ragdoll, then tossed against Alpha, falling on the ground as well.

At this point the Batter regains his eyesight, and, while he cannot deflect Vegeta-EX's Big Bang Cannon in time, he can leap backwards again to barely dodge it. The flames do hit him once again, stunning him for a moment.

When his eyesight fully returns, he sees, to his notable shock, that the three Add-Ons crack and shatter. Only the Batter is left now, but judging by him remaining calm, it's safe to say that the battle isn't won yet.

   "My holy trinity fell to you? ... You are tenacious. I have no choice now. I will use the gift I was granted by my new puppeteer."   

He spreads his arms, and Galeem's aura starts to shine, taking on the form of angelic wings. The Batter floats up a little bit, after which an aura orb is fired from him at the ground.

Said orb shudders once, then suddenly unleashes an immensely powerful, circular wave. It's incredibly hard to avoid, has great knockback, and it'll deal incredible damage that'll make the Batter's previous attacks look like playfighting. All in all, those hit by this attack have an incredibly high chance of being knocked off of the stage.

The Masked Man and Bismark both get hit, and while the Masked Man manages to barely stay on the stage thanks to his jetpack, it looks like Bismark tumbles over the side...

Keeby gets sent flying off the stage like a ping-pong ball.

He hits some invisible threshold in the void around them and dissociates at the atomic level in the span of a millisecond, causing a column of yellow-colored energy to violently erupt from the 'blast zone' in the direction of the platform. There is no time for pain, realization, or fear. In an instant, he has been 'KO'd'.

If a character dies in a non-blast-zone-related way, they simply keel over, then after about a second, the same dissolving-into-atoms-with-explosive-force thing happens, only the explosion is in all directions at once instead of being in the shape of a column pointed towards the stage. Also the explosions are not dangerous to other fighters.

Also, I highly recommend that the players using a large number of characters allow some of them to die here to clear up room. Respawning is still in effect here, although you don't get to respawn anywhere that would allow you to rejoin the fight or talk to the people still waiting in group 2.

Awkeff gasps in shock and simply moves as close as she can to center stage before it hits her, too, thankfully not sending her off the stage.

Hit's eyes widen in surprise. He vanishes through the rings, then tries to use Time-Skip and his inherent flight to save anyone who plummets underneath the stage as opposed to flying into the top or sides.

Shulk, having a vision of the attack beforehand, would put up a monado shield, but would look in horror as it only protects him. Ringabel, fully healed, and relatively close to batter for the most part, would take a good hit, but would stay standing... Joker on the other hand... let's just say that the batter got a home run.

Ironhide is hit hard enough to get sent flying, and his size works against him this time. Baldur also get knocked away, and Iron Man is sent flying and is eliminated as well.

Prime digs his feet in, plant his sword, stab his shield into the ground and is still blow backward, catching unto the surface of the ring and grabbing the edge of the arena, catching Samsara, Noire and Xander after holding unto them.

Windblade is hit and sees Vegeta getting sent away as well. Putting his safety above hers, she blast him with her propulsors, dooming herself but blasting him unto the stage.

Laurent is less lucky and Lucina, who's also hanging, has to grab him, struggling and holding unto dear life as she has to deal with the backlash of the attack and Laurent's weight. Noticing her plight, Prime puts the fighters back and begins to head for them, though he might not reach them in time !

Goku's hit but is able to use Super Saiyan Blue in time, triggering enough power to escape his fate. He notices that Thor is struggling, being strong enough to match the off-wave but still getting overwhelmed. Powering up, he grabs unto the Thors and IT out, saving them from it !

Godworld Thor, however, doesn't thank him yet, heading for the batter like a missile, glowering with power.

Sombra sees it coming just in time and decides that now would be a good time to make use of Master Hand's little gift. A rainbow aura surrounds him, followed by a flash of light.

CASTLING KING

A golden construct of light surrounds Sombra, forming a shape similar to the fanciful towers of Canterlot Castle◊, with Sombra himself assuming a commanding position in the central tower. Completely impregnable to hostile attacks, this mighty fortress weathers the Batter's wave of destruction without a scratch, as golden constructs of unicorn guards start firing concussive beams similar to Sombra's own at the Batter from the ramparts.

The golden castle will remain standing for a short while, protecting Sombra and firing at the Batter. Additionally, while attacks cannot penetrate the walls, allies can enter without any problem to also enjoy the protection, something Rumia manages to take advantage of to take cover from the wave of ruin.

"Shor's bones..."

Thinking quickly, Viserys follows Awkeff's lead, narrowly avoiding a fatal ring-out.

   "Oh, shi-!"   

The wave slams into Pietro, launching him towards the edge of the ring. Not especially keen on dying, he whips up a Chaos Pickaxe and slams it into the ground just before he can be KO'd.

Thanks to Goku's timely intervention, Thor is saved from being wiped out. After nodding to the Saiyan, he hurries over to the struggling Lucina and Laurent, then attempts to pull them back onto the platform.

"By Odin's beard... are you two alright?"

"...What. I-Is this your unorthodox sense of humor at play again, Mara, or do you honestly believe that we made the right choice by turning against Ultron?"

   "You and your brother were handed a choice and made it based on what you believed to be best, not just for the humans, but also for yourselves, despite what may have happened before. It's this type of genuine conviction that I can agree with."   , Mara says.

   "Those warriors of mine you saw... they had this kind of conviction too when they were alive. It's why I accepted their challenge for single combat to begin with. I'm sure you've noticed that I don't simply honor the battle requests of all of my enemies. Believe it or not, but I have standards of my own. I have standards for my enemies, and standards for my children."   

Through doing this, Hit might notice that Bismark is hanging onto the edge of the stage, his Burnt claws allowing him to maintain his grip, though he won't hold on forever.

The Batter, meanwhile, starts to show more emotion, glaring at the survivors now.

   "How are you still standing?"   

He starts batting Sombra's beams away, though exhaustion is starting to set in, and he's become too slow, even with the earlier buff, to keep doing this. As a result, the rest of the beams hit him, making him stagger, and allowing Godworld!Thor to rush into him, sending him hurling back onto the stage and greatly damaging his bat, it barely holding itself together in one piece. He gets back up, significantly more slowly, and digs through his pockets, but doesn't seem to find anything.

   "That's right... I'm out of Zacharie's tickets... I was about to get more when those beams..."   , he mutters to himself, then stops as realization sets in. He has no healing items, his own healing moves won't heal him enough to make him last much longer, and without his Add-Ons, if he's defeated, the battle is over. And in his current condition...

   "... "   

He says nothing as he grasps his bat tight, and gets in his fighting position. He knows he has lost, but he's unwilling to give up his holy mission. Even his own life means nothing in comparison.

Hit tries to pull Bismark up onto the stage.

Awkeff takes a deep breath. "Yol... Toor Shul!" She unleashes a burst of flame in the Batter's direction.

Godworld!Thor grimaces and rushes Batter, before attempting to give him a vicious pummeling, attempting to hit him over and over again, with vicious headbutts, throws, punches, and uppercuts. He's clearly pissed at the loss of life of his allies and the betrayal.

FOUL WENCH ! YOU DESIRED TO CREATE A WORLD WHERE NO LIFE CAN SPAWN ! YOU LACK THE MORAL OF A PURIFIER ! YET YOU ARE TOO WEAK TO BE AN ANNIHILATOR ! BUT I, A GOD THAT YOU DEFIED, SHALL GRANT YOU THE MERIT OF HAVING A TITLE ! THE COWARD ! he says, going at it.

Lucina and Laurent are helped up, and both look grateful, as Optimus Prime gets up as well. The group approach the batter while Goku and Vegeta looks. Goku winces but Vegeta scoffs.

Good. He stood in our way.

"You... still? Really? Even after this, you're still going to do this?" Sombra asks in an exasperated tone, gritting his teeth in frustration as the Batter chooses to stand his ground despite clearly having run out of tricks. "Look around you! Hasn't there been enough slaughter already?! It's never going to be enough for you, is it... not until nothing is left." He closes his eyes in resignation as the castle guardians fire their last beams at the Batter, and then the whole thing fades away into nothingness.

Rumia, meanwhile, surveys the devastation that has been wrought by the Batter with a heavy heart and notices Bismark's precarious position. As much as she'd love to administer the Savior's divine justice to the Batter now that he seems to be weakened, compassion wins over as she rushes to offer her aid to her fellow creature of shadows, attempting to grab Bismark's hands and get him back to firm ground together with Hit.
