"I see. Were they all taken out in Galeem's attack?"
It seems so. We've seen their displays and recognized some of our enemies. They were taken away by something else it seems... perhaps that dark being that possessed the Nohrian counterpart of Nia... Samsara.
And... Samsara's... son...
Incorrect. This one hails from a different world. Still, Samsara seemed shook, as well as my daughter.
I wonder... could we... bring him back if we beat him ?
Perhaps. Remember that he is part of the enemy.
Paintra does a solid think.
Emmeryn stares at it and attempts to somehow imitate it, while Miriel looks bemused.
But such talks should be reserved to private matters. Understand it as... carefulness and a desire not to embroil you within our conflict and personal struggles.
Rey leans back in his chair. "Hey guys... what about Tabuu?"
Miriel stares flatly at him, while Emmeryn merely look confused, finishing her meal for the part. She looks a bit puzzled at the straw though.
"Oh, right, it was before your time. Before Galeem strolled into town, the one everyone knew as the being that killed everyone in the World of Trophies was Tabuu."
Paintra slams her hands on the table as she stands up, glaring across the restaurant at Rey. "Why didn't you think to tell us this sooner?"
"Because Tabuu's a spirit under Galeem. I saw it. No reason to worry about him interfering and causing more havoc."
"And what do we do when Tabuu is freed and restored to physical form?"
Rey pops another nugget in his mouth and looks up thoughtfully. "Good question... but hey, if Galeem could make a Spirit of him, he couldn't possibly be a bigger threat. Also, he doesn't do the whole 'spirits' thing, he just turns people into inanimate trophies that can be reanimated by the touch of a living being."
"That's even worse! If he does the kind of mass-scale destruction Galeem did and the fighters are taken out of the Arena to do who-knows-what to them like Galeem presumably did to make them into puppets, who can save them?!"
Could he be possibly destroyed ? Perhaps the... extra-terrestrial above could also deal with him ? I do not think that we should simply let such a man handle the matters but we may not afford to waste our time on him...
Unless, of course, Tabuu is a boss tied to Galeem's barrier. In that case, he may have a certain standing and stronger fighters will take him down. Thus, they may wield the powers or means to neutralize him. We are dealing with a wide universe where beings beyond our current logic dwell, after all.
"Thanos... could work."
"I don't think he's a boss, or else Galeem would've turned his spirit into a physical being the way he did with the Rathalos spirit right next to Tabuu's when I saw them. Still, the moment he's freed from control, he's definitely going to become an unaffiliated party, and we'll have to keep an eye out to make sure he doesn't take advantage of our struggle to sneak in a few kills."
Then perhaps Thanos should be warned and take proper measures. If he uses his... odd... ship to transport him away and take care of him, then perhaps there will be no problems. Of course, he could use him after the fight is over, so it may not be wise to use him.
Sir Thor and Loki seemed... wary...
They called him The Mad Titan. I do not believe that we should rebel but it is unwise to let him handle everything. He could be using this occasion to gather power for himself. After all, if he is caught doing something to empower himsef, he would be able to summon forth valid arguments.
Rey gets up, walks across the establishment, and leans into the table group.
"Don't tell anyone, but Thanos is a fictional character where I'm from. And he, um... he kinda tries to kill half the universe in an effort to appease the physical embodiment of death. And he succeeds in at least one version of events. I'm not saying it's wise to stage a coup, but the moment Galeem and company are dealt with, be ready to get backstabbed."
Miriel and Emmeryn stares flatly, not realizing nor comprehending the mighty scale of Thanos's sheer feat of power... and its reason !
... The Mad Titan. Fitting.
Galeem builds up power, then shoots a fireball somewhere into Cauldros.
Rey hears the rumbling and rushes outside, allowing him to see the fireball being shot.
He runs back in. "HE SPAWNED A BOSS! HE SPAWNED A BOSS!"
Karoly is already charging north towards Cauldros, racing after the fireball to see what it did.
Miriel is strangely casual as she walks outside.
We cannot reach this area in time. Unfortunately, someone else will handle it;
The Zero Armor jetted along the field, following the direction that they'd seen the lasers fire from. A look up at the sky revealed the winged entity locked behind some sort of barrier. Suddenly, it let loose a fireball that soared off.
Zero came to a stop, Scanners indicate the entity has released something powerful to defend it. What do you want to do?
Miles pondered for a moment before turning the Armor to face where the fireball was heading, "I'm not losing anybody else...let's go after it." With their new goal in mind, the Armor carried its crew onwards.
Bowser looks back to Rey.
Bowser: "Eh, you don't say? We should take care of it then, huh?"
Kamek: "Time to shine, sir?"
Sho'Nuff: "Not without me, you ain't!"
X: "Oh, is it that time again?"
Bowser sighs, but eventually relents:
Bowser: "As long as you two can keep up. Anyone else coming?"
He directs this to the rest of the group.
A Time Patroller enters the fray!
He's a Freeza Race one, and his outfit looks like he watched one too many Mission Impossible movie and got inspired.
He ends up near where the fireball landed, but not close enough for him to see anything clearly be affected... yet.
???: "What the HFIL was that? I feel like I should probably investigate."
He flies off to where the fireball landed.

Smash!Bowser roams the volcanic landscape, wreathed in the blue aura of Galeem's control.
Karoly touches down in front of him. "Is this it? Seriously? What a bore..."

Miriel and Emmeryn finishes eating and leaves to join the fort.
Sanctuary deploys a large, red marker over Giga Bowser, clearly hinting that he's a big challenge.
The fearsome foursome come into the area, and see... Another Bowser?
Sho'Nuff: "There's two of them?"
Kamek: "Sir, it's... Another you!"
Bowser: "And controlled by Galeem, no less."
X: "It's like looking into a scraggy and gullible mirror."
The Time Patroller also lands in the area.
???: "Wait, seriously? What's so special about this guy?"

The Zero Armor arrived not far from where King Bowser was rampaging and allowed its passengers to disembark, "Thanks for the lift, Zero. Think you'll be ok operating on your own for a while?" Miles asked.
The robot somehow managed to roll his eyelights, I think I'll manage.
"Strange...Bowser's aura feels...off.." Corona remarked, sensing the weird energy given off by his blue aura, "Miles, is Bowser normally this...mindless?"
The human eyed Bowser carefully before shaking his head, "Not exactly. In fact, he can be pretty smart when he wants to be."
"Hey, mister!!" Nebula called out to Karoly, "Do you happen to know what's wrong with him?"
Bowser retracts into his shell and spins over the ground like a horizontal sawblade (Whirling Fortress) through the group. When he comes out of it, he promptly does a mighty dropkick (Side Smash) at his counterpart.
Karoly jumps over Bowser's attacks. "He's a Bowser who was hit by Galeem and made into a puppet! For some reason, this one had a fireball shot at him, which implies he's one of the bosses linked to Galeem's barrier, but I just don't see it." He throws an uncharged Kamehameha at Bowser.
"Someone take me there. I need to take part in this fight!"
Paintra steps outside, then paints up a Landia that springs off the canvas and into 3D.
Rey jumps onto the Landia's back. "Thanks!"
Paintra waves him off as the painted dragon carries him to the distant north...

Boss 1/4: Giga Bowser Strikes!
during the initial attack, Bowser steps back, while the other four fighters jump away from the controlled King.
Afterwards, Bowser attempted to block the strike, smirking.
Bowser: "I never thought I would be one of Galeem's lackeys. I guess I'm wrong in a sense, huh?"
Kamek tosses him the Metal Shroom, and Bowser attempts to blow back his doppelganger and consume.
If he succeeds, he'll turn into Metal Bowser, gaining weight and strength somehow without sacrificing a lot of speed.
???: "Seems like there's two of them! But one of them's on our side?"
"Galeem..." Miles muttered to himself. At least now they had a name to assign to their enemy. Seeing Bowser spin towards them, he gave the order, "Everyone, split up and surround him!!" They all did as requested with each team member taking up a spot around the Koopa King.
"Sister, you're up!" Nebula called as she charged electricity between her hands and began hurling explosive lightning orbs at Bowser. Her sister took in a deep breath and let loose a frigid blizzard.
Miles and Zero looked to each other and nodded before charging their respective attacks. Zero fired off a Photon Beam from his eyes and Miles fired a beam of Pure Ki energy, both of them hoping to aim for Bowser's underbelly.
Bowser is sent flying. He techs off the ground and rolls up to ZERO, attempting to grab the machine and suplex him (Flying Slam).
Karoly laughs as he charges up another blast.
Zero, not known for being a very agile Super Robot, was caught by Bowser's grab and then suplexed hard enough to leave a small crater. As the robot lied open for attack, Miles would summon a bunch of Ki blasts and hurl them at the King's back before conjuring Ki Arms attached to his body and grappling Bowser's tail in the hopes of swinging him around.
A glance behind him showed the sisters were also helping, and with a nod, all three would put their backs into it and try to swing Bowser in a circle repeatedly before launching him into the path of others' attacks.
