All the Mini Dededes are now dead.

Dededestruction

Dedede comes leaping back into the ring, wielding a metallic hammer with a pink-and-white barbershop-striped grip, and a golden hammerhead adorned with stars. He is accompanied by two Combo Dededes (which are like Mini Dededes, but bigger and orange-colored).

   "Oh shi-"   

Dedede uppercuts Nightmare with the starry hammer... instantly vaporizing him. "I. AM. THE KING!"

One Combo Dedede attempts to tackle Sedecco, while the other attempts a Super Dedede Jump on Bazeltyrant's head.

Silent Mire, Primordia

Mezzo is standing around, waiting and hoping that another Dragonfest-goer will show up.

Scout flies in, with Enforcer following behind him.

Scout notices Mezzo.

   "THIS BEING APPERS TO BE A DRACONID, ENFORCER."   

   "… I CAN SEE THAT."   

"Huh. You guys look... creepy. Did you sign up for Dragonfest?"

   "YES. WE WERE THINKING WE IT WOULD BE GOOD FOR US TO MAKE…"   

   "SOCIAL CONNECTIONS, SCOUT."   

   "YES, THOSE."   

"Heh. Nice to meetcha, then. I'm the Robot Master known as Dragon Man, though you can call me Mezzo." He reaches out for a handshake.

Scout recoils.

   "ROBOT?! MACHINE MAN?!?!"   

Enforcer hits him with a Dope Slap.

   "SILENCE, FOOL! I THINK IT SHOULD BE FAIRLY OBVIOUS THAT THIS ENTITY IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE SINGULARITY."   

It extends a talon.

   "I AM ENFORCER, AND MY IDIOT OF AN OTHERSELF IS SCOUT."   

Dragonfest, Silent Mire

Megan put on the Strategist Shades and headed over to the Silent Mire, as she could sense no dragons or dragonkin on the rooftops of NLA just yet. She was surprised to find a few other draconids already getting there. She flared up the color of her scales as she approached, just as a way of confirming that she did indeed have draconic traits, and said, "Heyo, fellow... draconids? Hmm... That greeting doesn't really roll of the tongue, I must say... Anyways, who all is who here? The name's Megan, by the way."

Mezzo shakes hands with Enforcer. "I've a mind of my own, gents. No idea what this 'Singularity' business is. Pretty sure I've fought some kind of mechanical singularity before..." He stops ruminating to wave Megan over, then fully transforms into Dragon Man to confirm that he, too, is draconic in design.

   "YOU SEE, SCOUT? NOT ALL METALS ARE A PART OF THE ABOMINABLE MACHINE."   

   "I STILL DON'T TRUST IT."   

   "FASCINATING."   

Enforcer turns to Megan.

   "I AM ENFORCER, AND THIS IS SCOUT."   

Scout should appear to be similar to the avatar I am actually using, but far lankier and more of a light grey. Enforcer should appear to be similar to a dark dusky gray dinosaur, chunky, lacking wings, and with a relative stub of a tail.

Megan managed to avoid looking unnerved by Enforcer's outward appearance, although internally she was possibly screaming slightly. She looked over at Dragon Man, intrigued by his mechanical nature — it reminder her of a few schemes of her own for later on.

"Good to meet you three, then," she said. She got an idea in her head, and thought for a moment." I wonder if we could get more to show up if we set something small up here... hmm... "

"Set something up?" Domon walks toward Megan. "I might not be a dragon, but I would be willing to spar with some of 'em in my Gundams. What do you say, Megan? Wanna make this swamp a battleground for this 'Dragonfest' thing?"

"Ooh, yeah, I'd be down for that for sure!"

Enforcer looks a little confused.

   "I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT SIGNING THAT… DOCUMENT, MEANT RELINQUISHING THE RIGHT TO ENGAGE IN COMBAT."   

   "I DON'T CARE, ENFORCER. I WANT FOOD. COMBATANTS SOUND LIKE THEY WOULD HIT THE SPOT."   

   "… YOUR SPEED."   

Scout recoils before frowning/pouting.

"Good to see you again, Domon. It's been a while," Megan said, turning to the Gundam Fighter. "We could probably pull that off — we might want to check with that 'Kulve Taroth' who set the thing up, but as long as we stick to KO rules rather than death, we should be good, I would think."

She looked over at Enforcer and Scout, and said, "I think that only applied between fellow dragons and draconids, didn't it?"

Domon snaps his fingers. Shining Gundam, Burning Gundam, and Rising Gundam emerge from underneath the swamp in unison.

Unbeknownst to them, Kulve Taroth is actually watching from a distance with a stupid grin on her face. It's going exactly as I had hoped! she thinks to herself. This "Domon" person's mecha seem like an excellent challenge to get dragons to work together, thus bringing them closer to each other.

   "… NOW THAT YOU MENTION IT, THAT MAY HAVE BEEN."   

   "HAHA! YOU SEE, ENFORCER! WE MAY YET DINE ON MATERIAL FLESH!"   

   "YOU WILL GET KILLED."   

   "NO! I WILL FEAST ON SOMETHING OTHER THAN DEAD BROO AND GRASS!"   

Silent Mire

Megan turned her head slightly, thinking that she smelled... something. Some kind of metal, possibly gold or silver... it must have been her imagination. She turned her attention back to the goings-on in the Silent Mire.

"Good to see your machines are back in shape after the whole Derak incident. I'd be up for a match — I think I might have a few techniques that work well against something like a Gundam."

At that moment, Tiamat transported herself (and Logan) to the Mire, a tall staff in her hand. She very much fit the part of a travelling witch. In fact, she seemed shorter than she had as her preferred form. "Well now," she said, her voice higher-pitched than normal as well. "Who have we here? Two daemons, a dragon-blooded, a draconic mechanoid, and a 'Gundam pilot'... most fascinating!"

Megan jumped a bit when Tiamat popped in without so much as a portal or gateway, but calmed down quickly enough. "Well, I'm Megan, that's Mezzo, the Gundam Pilot is Domon, and the two daemons are Enforcer and Scout," she said, none the wiser to the Witch's true nature.

"Ah, very good! You may call me Tia, for now. A pleasure to meet you all."

Domon glares at Tia. "I smell a rat."

"Hey, now. Lay off her."

Domon sighs. "I guess it's nothing. Anyway, the daemons seem to be hungry for 'material flesh.' Are there any wild animals roaming around these parts so I don't have to be eaten?"

Enforcer greets Tiamat. Scout continues being hungry.

   "ANIMALS DO NOT COUNT!"   

   "DO NOT ANTAGONIZE IT."   

   "BUT I HUNGER!"   

   "THEN EAT THE NONSAPIENTS YOU PICKY BASTARD."   

Silent Mire

Tia looked quizzically at Domon, in a kind of endearing way. "I'm sorry if I have gained your distrust so quickly, Ser Domon. I hope I can make it up to you." Internally, of course, Tiamat was being extra-cautious to drop any of detectable attributes to half-dragon levels — magic, health, skill, anything that would give her away. Anyone who knew her well, like Bahamut or Kulve Taroth, would still be able recognize her, however.

Megan looked around, and noticed how completely vacant the area was of fauna. "It's like they all got a memo that a bunch of apex predators would be in one place. I wonder if someone could find some—"

As she spoke, Bahamut, in all his shining, platinum-clad splendor, dropped in at great speed from... somewhere. And he was carrying the bodies of two, very large Grexes that he had slain. "WHAT HO, FELLOW DRAGONS! TIS I, THE KNIGHT IN PLATINUM!", he yelled out, cheerfully, as he landed with a resounding boom.

"Well, I guess that solves the food problem," Megan said. It took her a moment to register that title. "Hold on, The Knight in Platinum...? Lord Bahamut?!"

"Indeed, my good warrior, that is the name I bear," he said. Turning to Tia, he said, "You know, I could swear I know you from somewhere... Hmm... perhaps not. I meet many people on my travels, so perhaps that is how...? Ah, nevermind. I greet you anew all the same."

"No, I do not believe we have met before. Greetings, Ser Bahamut."

Kor deploy a shield to counter the attack, though the sheer numbers eventually break through and drive him backward and break through the shield, damaging him.

He looks at Nightmare's death with interest, content with the knowledge that one of the greater enemies is gone, and promptly spread his hands together before firing a sweeping energy beam across the room, attempting to pretty much target everyone at once.

Xol’gan picked up the gem and looked at Reyna. ”What is this? Why give it to her.” he still looks upset but concerned

"It belongs to an incredibly powerful elder dragon. I... I don't know what's safe and what isn't anymore, and I was hoping that gem would somehow protect her from the elder dragon's ability to drain bioenergy. However, a weapon made using another one of those gems let the dragon drain me, so... maybe I should just have it back."

The infernal roar of the Tempered Deviljho can be heard from afar. Possibly coming from vague Sylvalum.

Ravenous Demon

"Hang on, what is that roar?"

"Sounds like... I dunno, a dragon maybe? Definitely not a friendly kind of dragon."

Kulve Taroth walks toward the group. "Okay, it seems there are two options. You can stay here and spar with Domon, or we can go investigate the source of that roaring."

Dragon Man chooses the latter, and warps out.

Reyna sighs with worry as she pockets the gem. "So, Galileo... I guess you can go free for now. I won't bother hanging around you, because it seems like I just make things worse."

Galileo nudges Reyna's face with its head, trying to console her.

"No, it's fine. Just go."

Galileo looks at Reyna, seemingly actually concerned for its new Trainer for the first time. It reluctantly nods and begins to fly off.

Neuff, Die, Jam, Sees, Isabel, Katre and Deut are gathered in the region of Cauldros, they're all dressed in combat gear, though Deut is away, seemingly monitoring.

The smaller sisters are ganging up on Katre, going at her with speed and fury. That said, she use her superior speed to dodge or deflect their assault, with Neuff and Jam occasionally nearly hitting her. She looks more and more frustrated as she parry their blows but glance at Deut and calm down long enough to repel away most of her sisters.

"You're too unfocused ! You just lunge at the enemy at the same time, you're not fighting together ! Try and combine your abilities !"

The sisters nods and gather, discussing amongst each other as Katre observe. After a while, Jam hurls a wave of fire at Katre, who stand still as the flames rage around her. She is then attacked with an intense water jet, causing vapor to surround her. She smirks but still easily dodge the subsequent waves of attacks, leaping between her sisters casually.

"I have super senses beyond the eyes, you know ?!" yells Katre, punching up at Neuff... and looking surprised when Neuff goes through her instead, vanishing.

"... An hologram !" says Katre, turning around and dispersing the vapor to face the lone Sees, who's charging up a beam attack. Smiling, and not in a nasty way, Katre raise her fist and punch ... only to meet an hard barrier, courtesy of a magnetic shield around Sees. Then, all the remaining sisters leap out of nowhere, dispelling the light-bending tricks on them.

Smiling, Katre says nothing as the sisters unleash a special attack together. Lightning, light, fire, water and dimensional beams meld together and strike away at her, engulfing her under a thunderous wave of raw power.
