Zeref spawns, seemingly at the Wrong moment.
Xveranth also teleports into the city, noting the instabilities within it with distaste.
He then floats towards Zeref.
"Do you know what has happened here?"
He shakes his head, confused.
"No. But I guess that this will end badly for us all."
TOM is bouncing between Portals the whole time "Why are you two here? This place isn't even ready!" He is holding a signboard, a pen and... legos?
Xveranth looks at the... rather unstable city.
"How do we deal with a problem like this?"
He then notices the Old Man, and looks at him.
"Are those... toy blocks?"
Zeref seems to be thinking.
"Hum, this man seemingly knows what's going on."
"This dimension is not safe at the moment!" TOM glares at Xverath and Zeref.
Xveranth lets out a sigh.
"Like I'm not aware of that right now."
He looks around.
"Do you know how to fix this?"
Zeref fold his arms.
"Well. If it kills me... it's not that bad."
Alan flashes into life on top of a building.
"...The hell?"
Xveranth turns to Alan.
"Welcome to the unstable Arena."
He then turns back to the Old Man, waiting for the latter's response.
"I do know how. I am just surprised that SOMEONE opened the access to this dimension before it was ready. >:(" TOM lands on a houses roof and creates four portals: two on the house and one near Xveranth and Zeref each.
"Damn. I'm sure my parents can fix this, just lemme..."
He focuses, and a beam of red hits an unstable building, causing it to glow. It remains unstable, however.
"...No, this is beyond her power, I guess. I'll check with my dad."
Xveranth looks at the Old Man once more, glowing maroon eyes becoming visible.
"Well, tell me how."
He then turns to Alan.
"..."
"My parents are gods, though I only have a measure of their power. Likely to stop me from overthrowing them. I love both of them, though...."
He closes his eyes.

One of the lego pieces shows visible cracks the moment Alans beam hits the house. "We have to find suitable pieces in different dimensions and root them here." TOM stomps on the house. "Like this one here"
The Statue of Liberty floats out of existence behind him.
"I see..."
Xveranth begins to scan the nearby area... trying to find a hole between dimensions.
Kaguya pops up here too, for some reason.
A ice blue ray of light hits the same building as last time, causing it to glow an eerie purple before going back to normal.
"Still a no."
The lego brick shows further cracks. "The problem is that I already have my hands full just stabilizing your existences. I can bind you all here if you want to."
"This... might work."
Xveranth begins to channel a spell, as several of the unstable structures become surrounded in shadows.
He does not turn to the Old Man, although he is clearly listening.
"Then remove the stabilization from me. I can handle myself in these places, thank you very much."

"My parents would make sure I'm stable, so I'm with...hooded guy. Put that power into trying to undo this, maybe?"

The dimmest flicker of light appears in what is a normally empty dimension, and what appears to be a city appears out of thin air.
However, something is terribly wrong with it.
The city's structures seem to warp and change shape at every passing moment, and some spots in the city sink into an endless void of space, along with its edges. The sky is also an endless purple void, with no sun nor stars, although the city is brightly lit despite this.
Perhaps this dimension can be saved?
Now is the time to intervene.
