There always are weapons from legend. Excalibur, Muramasa, Masamune... Though all three of them are swords. The Lucky Hammer? Sun Wukong's Staff? Mjölnir?

I'm trying to think of a cool original weapon, but nothing interesting is coming to mind, other than a spear that controls ice. I'd need some more time to think of something actually interesting.

What do you say about items that turn people into something else permanently? Jo Jo's Bizarre Adventure has a mask that turns people into vampires (and a race of super-beings into the ultimate being).

Sorry, ZBSE. You might want to wait, because several hundred Nazeem's are currently armed with miniguns.

@Zbse: I don't really have enough time for a boss battle, but you can bring a boss in if you want to.

@Victin: Mjolnir wouldn't be able to get lifted by anyone who isn't a hero, so that'd be a bit unfair. Plus, I doubt that Green Jr. is heroic enough to even bring it to the Arena. Son Wukong's Staff, however, is interesting. What powers does it have?

Weapons that change someone into something else aren't such a good idea. Because their effect is basically an auto hit, or else a failure, and then the weapons would be useless.

I'm thinking of bringing in Mu or Miho when the current stuff ends. Depends on what's going on.

Sorry I took so long to respond, I was trying to make something and failed horribly.

Anyway,

  • Thunder God's Magic Mirrors
    • This set of ten(ish) mirrors was said to have once belonged to a storm god, who used them to reflect lightning all across the sky. No one knows if this is true, and nobody can check unless they have sufficiently strong lightning powers.... Anyway, the majority of the mirrors are normal (albeit indestructible). Except three(ish). One has the ability to turn into a large broadsword, while another can function as a shield with magic reflecting properties. (Note that the magic reflection only applies to the shield, not the whole person). The third(ish) is actually split in two; the first half is a hand mirror, and the second is a dangle earring. This mirror allows for two way conversations and the hand mirror can view anything reflected in the earring. The other seven mirrors are of varying sizes, with the largest being about the size of a full body mirror.

I realized after rereading this that it sounds kind of ridiculous, but eh, worth a shot.

@Daydre: Ten mirrors is a bit much. But the three special ones are really interesting. They could be used as a set that has to be won.

I think I'll add those three as one weapon.

@Psyco: It can shrink and grow back again to its original size/weight, that is, almost 8 tons. And we can always lift Mjölnir's enchantment that only "worthy" people are allowed to wield it. It could be a parallel's universe version of Mjölnir.

Alright then. I'll add that one too.

#817: Jun 5th 2015 at 5:19:31 PM

Here's the list I made. Only the first place has been determined as of yet, the others I'll rank later.

TOURNAMENT PRICES:

First Place: Blade of the Archfiend: The inscription on the blade’s surface is written in divine characters that are incomprehensible to humans. One interpretation of its meaning reads: “Praise be the order brought forth from the very edge of chaos.” The Blade of the Archfiend has been passed down through the generations to the most ruthless and powerful members of the Black Spider Clan and was the favored weapon of their leader, the Ninja Overlord Genshin. The magic in the sword reacts to the wielder's power, causing orange sparks to run down the blade and increase it's power. If it's wielded with a divine weapon, it's power and the wielder's is unsurpassed.

Adamantium Gauntlets: Two large gloves made of that metal, while it's useless at a distance, they can take a lot of hit and strike extreemly hard, allowing for mages to fend off aggressors at CQC and for physical types to strike harder. They are pretty slow and heavy though, so one need to be strong to correctly us them. And sometime, defending oneself from an attack with sufficient knockback will result in the fist hitting the part of the body it was supposed to protect.

Breaker: Originally a greatsword with a blade made from dark iron, it's now-shattered state still has the power of several spells in it, which have the chance of activating in a combat situation. Such as: Firestorm: Blasts out a swirling blaze from the end to burn opponents. Shadowfall: Allows the user to sink into the shadows and become temporarily invisible, unless a large amount of light is shined on them. Frostlich: Leeches off of enemy vitality while slowly freezing them, in the form of a beam of ice magic. Gaia's Wrath: Raises up sharp spires of earth to impale enemies. The sword, if properly enchanted, can be made to compensate new spells as well. One last thing, though. There's a small chance that the spells will backfire in the user's face.

Aghahim’s Scepter: One Aghanim's Scepter grants a total of 390 health, 0.3 health regeneration, 1.4 armor, 10 attack speed, 280 mana, 0.4 mana regeneration and 10 attack damage.

The Last Word: A damn powerful Hand Cannon, unrealistically accurate when fired from the hip. Stronger at closer range, and enormous impact power.

Saxxy: A statue that turns whatever it hits into solid Australium, temporary.

Thunder God’s Magic Mirrors: One has the ability to turn into a large broadsword, while another can function as a shield with magic reflecting properties. (Note that the magic reflection only applies to the shield, not the whole person). The third(ish) is actually split in two; the first half is a hand mirror, and the second is a dangle earring. This mirror allows for two way conversations and the hand mirror can view anything reflected in the earring.

Parallel Mjolnir: Exactly like the real one, but can be lifted by anyone.

Saxxy with two X's. Also, The Last Word can hit at fair distances, but it's effective range is closer than most.

I propose another one.

Berseker Badge.

A simple, pink badge the size of a clenched fist. However, when worn in battle, the user will become stronger as he wounds the enemy and receive wounds himself. The bonus lay in the augmented offense and speed.

However, it makes the wounds worse and anyone who wear it will have a tiny bloodlust, if they're "sane" at the beginning, and will try to win at all cost, even if they have to die with the target.

@Psyco: You forgot Aghanim's Scepter's most useful ability: Ultimate Upgrade. Its other stats aren't actually that good, when compared to other items. Also, if Parallel Mjölnir is anything like Dota 2's, it can create a shield of electricity around someone that casts chain lightning at enemies that attack the protected target.

@Inceptiond: Edited.

@Victin: There's no real reason for it to upgrade here though, as those boosts are probably more effective here than in its home series..

@Bolded: I like that weapon. I'll add it.

@Psyco: Well, it could simply increase any natural ability the user already has. In the game, Upgrades can range from increasing the numbers of your ultimate, giving you a new ability, making your existing abilities work differently and adding a completely new effect to your ultimate. There's no reason to put Aghanim's Scepter in the prize list if it isn't doing what it was made for.

Also, I remembered two swords from Adventure Time that could be interesting: a four-dimensional sword, and a shark sword.

@Inception: It would eventually become overpowered if it kept getting upgraded though.

Also, that 4D Sword looks interesting. What can it do?

It cut through a black-hole originated out of a 4D Bubble (and was destroyed in the process), and it has a 3D Shadow.

Also, whomever wins that Aghanim's Scepter, I'll link them to the wiki page so they are aware of the Scepter can do. Then I'll throw a lot of characters at them, because they want the Scepter all to themselves tongue

EDIT: [up]The Real You, season 2.
