Well... The fact that it involves Our Avatars Are in a Room Together...
I'd like to say it makes more sense in context, but maybe it makes about the same amount.
TNS has a link to a video in it.
TNS is a quote from the avatar
No, but the title is.
TNS is a character quote.
Well, the song link part itself isn't, but the end of the signature is one of her verbal tics.
TNS contains an external link.
Nope! No links here.
TNS contains the user's name or pronouns, but for a reason other than displaying that information.
TNS is a quote from a song or poem.
Yep. It's the chorus from Engel by Rammstein.
TNS contains a link to youtube.
TNS is longer then the average TV Tropes signature.
Nope, I don't think three words are the average length for a TV Tropes signature.
TNS contains a reference to My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic.
No, it doesn't. It references the fact that in Our Avatars Are in a Room Together Aichi was captured and brainwashed. Since we haven't been able to continue that little plot for a while I haven't been able to use him.
As such I miss him and wanted to use him as an avatar for forum games for a bit.
TNS references something that has happened to the user's avatar in the past.

Nope! It's a quote from Misalliance by George Bernard Shaw. Great play!
TNS is a funny quote from a book or movie.

Sort of, though I'm intentionally butchering it for funsies.
TNS is, by contrast, deadly serious
Very much so. Daybreaker plays for keeps. Even if her laugh is disproportionately silly.
TNS is a name and a link.
Name, yes. Link, no.
TNS looks awful in night mode but fine in normal mode.
TNS is related to My Little Pony.
TNS is not a quote
TNS contains at least one link.
TNS does not have the letters x or u anywhere in it.
Yes and no. It doesn't have an x, but it does have a u.
TNS is a speech excerpt.
A quote (that I just made up on the fly), yes, but a speech excerpt, no.
TNS is supposed to be in colour and/or uses italics/bold/anything like that, but it won't show up due to newer forum limitations.
Yes, actually. It was supposed to be in italics.
TNS contains three words or less.
Nope, four words
TNS contains 10 words or more
Did we just type exactly the same thing?
No. Mine only has four words.
TNS has a word with ten letters in it.

Nope. Closest is "Unregistered" at 12 letters, "Hypercam" at 8.
TNS is an obscure reference to something
Depending on how popular it is.

Not unless a reference to a work-in-progress fanfiction counts.
TNS contains some form of self-promotion, shameless or otherwise.
