Ravage stares at the screaming illiterate human for about 1.74 minutes before making up its mind. He shifts his head slowly back to the blue holographic figure of Atlas and dryly asks "So...where did you propose we should set out to, again?" It seems for now, Ravage is dropping the previous subject for the sake of playing nice with everyone there...or for potentially finding a chance to get as far away from the screaming mind-numbing organic as possible. It's hard to tell which of the two is the primary motivator due to the lack of emoting visible with that mechanical cat face, really. Although given Ravage's intense glare, he's obviously only delaying the inevitable grilling of the artificial intelligence for a much later date.

Speaking to Seth and Ravage (not that anyone else couldn't hear it), the Atlas restated its objective. "Stanistan is approximately 200 kilometres away. To anyone that would be a hour-long trip, but to you all? It shouldn't really take longer than approximately five minutes. As for our first real objective, it is in another star system; while there is a jump gate that can take us there, it is a multi-hour trip to get to the jump gate and then to the star system."
If Alex was wearing a HUD he would also see the blue humanoid image. "Oh! Apologies, I didn't see you there. Fast recap; my name is the Atlas, you seem to have gotten lost along with the rest of these people, and I can help you get back home provided you work with me."

"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Welcome to the Sparefish - Yoko Kanno
"I'm as intimately acquainted with my bird as you are with your equipment."
Said one of those who'd recently awakened, a wiry and dusky-skinned man of short brown hair. He was clad in a rumpled grey-and-blue flight suit while he held his boots in his left hand. There was a strange accent in the last word, like an orphaned punchline.
Blinking owlishly, he smacked his lips as he scratched at the rear of his suit, making the blue winged-circle insignia on his right shoulder flap with the motion.
"None of you look like my trainees and this place does not smell like Hiigara... It smells better."

"Ooooh. So your body is technically speaking a Flightframe like the ones A.I.s use in the UCSF," Silas noted. It kind of did look like a Flightframe body, impressive.
"The United Space Colony Federation, The Goal of Humanity is to colonize Space and unite. Frames are robotic bodies AI programs use to interact with the physical world. I'm running a station myself on the edge of the 7th Solar system we have gra-" it suddenly occurred to Silas that he was experiencing FIRST CONTACT! He could tell at least 2 aliens were here! Kirby and the odd glowing being that he swear seemed familiar.
"Sorry for spacing out," he said returning to reality, "Just realized this is first contact!"
"Silas Grant. Space Engineer."

"To answer your question; yes. We are most definitely people. Though in a loose sense. Some of us might just be disembodied voices guided by Fleet Command."
The man in the grey-and-blue flight suit straightened his garments. It made him look only slightly less rumpled. Instead, he made his way over to the most familiar-looking ship of the row.
In fact, it looked too familiar. He stood there blinking at it before cursing softly, going to run his hands over its hull.
"Name of S'jet," he breathed, running his worn hands over the steel. "It can't be. They said you were too damaged. You could never fly again, after the Bridge of Sighs."
"Name of S'jet!" Azad, Flight Leader and Veteran of the Homeworld War, cursed louder as his hands traced the stylized insignia of a hooded figure on the Blade's hull. "It's you! Revenant 9, back from the dead!" The dusky-skinned pilot gave a crow of laughter and sobs that lost itself into the sky.

Adrian looked over the assembled pilots, his T-shaped visor taking in all of those who had assembled. They seemed to come from all walks of life, and some were even aliens. They'd definitely get stares - aliens weren't common in Macrocosm (unless you were, in which case, he supposed humans were aliens from their perspective), but as everyone talked he stood off to the side.
Turning over to Silas, he nodded. "Yeah. Not the best flier out there, but I can make way."
The Atlas, in the meanwhile, decided to acknowledge Seth. "Give them a moment. Some of them still need to adjust - and I believe one in particular needs some time to himself." She attempted to point towards the Manaani pilot, with some degree of success.
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Azad coughed and straightened his flight suit again. Now he looked less rumpled and slept in. His fingers now traced over old wounds upon his beloved fighter's exterior.
"I apologize," he whispered in response to the other pilot's concern. "I have been overwhelmed by old memories. I will compose myself better."
He turned to Silas and straightened. In an old gesture, he spread his palms over his chest to mirror the symbol on his shoulder and on the Blade's right side.
"Flight Leader Azad, of kiith Manaan, of the planet Hiigara."
Coming from a fleet composed of the many disparate elements of Kharak, the outstretched hand gestures were nothing new, especially to Azad of the well-travelled Manaan. He gave Silas, Seth, and Alex firm, if somewhat formal, handshakes, noting the calluses on the palms of all three.
"If you will excuse me now, 9 and I needs get reacquainted," he turned and made for the cockipit, shimmying into the seat with the ease of a man coming home.
The field was now growling or humming with the sound of so many engines restarting, like predators waking in the sun.
