Well I think I'm done with Yokai 2 for now. I finished the first one up to the final boss of Infinite Inferno, but I can't be bothered to go any further for now.
I'll probably get ready for Ultra Moon, then come back later to either play as Inaho (or whatever they rename her) or finish the rest of Psychic Specters.
edit: Yo! I just realized, that the credits sequence doesn't have subtitles, but the recordings of the credits from Bonies/Fleshies does. Is there a way to enable subtitles in Psychics?

My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes! Her name's Grace.
Also, is there any word on IDW's Yokai Watch comic series?
The Protomen enhanced my life.I can't find an official source on the "Gracie" name that's currently on TV Tropes, though. When did that happen and what would her surname be?
My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes! It was a leak from the Wibble Wobble mobile game. Inaho's in an upcoming event, and she has a localized name.
EDIT: Actually, according to this reddit post, her name's been localized as "Hailey." Probably as a reference to her love of space.

I actually started the mobile game just to see what's up.
It's mostly Hailey (or Hailey Anne), then there's a tab that says Gracie. Is the latter a typo I guess? Since even the graphics say Hailey.
I'm leaning towards typo they forgot, they have things like "Slymamander" in mission text.
My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes! Are there any new things going on with this franchise, or world of a localization for the third game? It seems like it was REALLY SUPER BIG and then abruptly died off.
The Protomen enhanced my life.I think the mobile game is still going strong? Last time I checked the Yo-Kai Watch Reddit, most of the posts were about the mobile game.
Myself, I still play Yo-Kai Watch 2 quite often.
So, I'm hearing 4 was just announced for the Switch. This is my only source at the moment. If something else pops up later, I'll (or someone else) will post it.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Googling it just brought rumors for now.
The Protomen enhanced my life. From what I'm hearing it's early Famitsu scans.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."I wonder if Yo-Kai Watch 4 will be a Soft Reboot or Spin-Offspring. I don't follow the anime in Japan but (spoilers for the last movie) apparently one of the characters was Katie and Nate's daughter.
Edit: It is a Spin-Offspring based off of Natsume.
I'm almost hoping that they skip localizing Sushi and Tempura and just give us Sukiyaki. We're so behind Japan and Sukiyaki is so superior to the originals.
Honestly, 3 seems hard to translate. How can they explain Nate moving to America if he's supposed to already be in America? They could just skip 3 and it wouldn't hurt the plot.

The fourth game was announced for Winter 2018 for Switch in Japan. It's "a grand journey that goes beyond the time and space of the world the protagonists live in."
The Protomen enhanced my life.I'm expecting December 17th, since that gives it enough time to stay out of both Pokemon and Smash's limelight without launching on Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve (which are both Fridays this year).
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."I'm surprised by how quiet they're keeping with the game. It comes out in a few months but we know nothing besides "Well, it's probably like Shadowside".
I wonder if we'll get 3 here in the west or if we'll skip to 4 since it's on a new system.
Translating the third game sounds like a nightmare. Nate lives in America, yet he's moving from America to America and he doesn't speak the language... Maybe they can pretend it's Texas.
Is Yokai Watch 4 the final title of the sequel? I was going to make a page for the game, but this seems weird. No snappy titles anymore? Is it because there's only one game? It's a shame. I liked the subtitles.
It seems so.
The Protomen enhanced my life.I'm excited for the fourth game but it's still disappointing you can't play as Katie anymore. Katie is Natsume's mother so it shouldn't change the timeline or anything. I've never been particularly fond of playing as Nate. He never striked me as interesting as Katie, plus I like to differentiate between game and anime canon.
Anyone here getting Yo-Kai Watch Blasters in early September? I'm getting "White Dog Squad."

I never beat 2. For those who have played the Japanese version of Blasters, is the gameplay different enough from the main series to make it worth it?
Been playing Yo-Kai Watch Blasters: White Dog, and it's really fun. I'm so happy that online co-op is possible.
I might wait until Christmas to get Blasters. It looks fun but I don't feel like spending $40 on it.
It's so nice to hear the original voice actors again, though.
I don't know why, but every time I hear Whisped Cream laugh, I think of Ursula.
I wonder if Pandanoko is Streetpass-only in Blasters. If so, it's going to suck trying to get it; I never get Streetpasses where I live anymore, now that Nintendo Zone doesn't seem to be working anymore.
I managed to beat the Bonus Boss Kat Kraydel in the Divine Paradise. Some people say that the Bonus Boss of Gera Gera Land is the toughest boss of the game, but I still think Kat Kraydel is much tougher.
And I still need to fight her again for her rare drop...
