In almost every single WMG I have read, someone has either put "(character) is a Time Lord" or some other thing referencing that damn show. (It actually annoys me to no end.) There must be a secret army - or coven, on a smaller scale - of Whovians, dedicated to going through each and every WMG and inserting some reference to their beloved franchise.
