I honestly don’t really want an Echo Pass.
Probably because as I’ve mentioned I do get bored with Ultimate often so I don’t think I want the dlc to continue for years.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!An extension of the World of Light would get me back into the game (with the added spirits and fighters put in). Or an adventure mode that's more similar to Melee's (with obstacle courses and cannon fodder mooks rather than proper fighters). So far I have zero interest in any of the DLC fighters.
I actually tend to go back to Ultimate around when DLC drops, but honestly I think my boredom comes from the fact that Ultimate is all my friends really want to play.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!I just want them to
A. put the classic arcade mode back in
B. Allow you to play through each fighter's path with every other fighter. I can't imagine it would have a high effort/content ratio to implement that.
Reaction Image RepositoryWould be cool to be able to pick what Classic Mode route you want to tackle.
Might be too complex to try at the moment, but the ability to create and share your own spirit battles online would be pretty cool.
Still waiting for a Legion of Losers movie...As for the second one, I agree, especially since you can already play any path with any fighter—as Player 2 in co-op mode.
In theory, that would be cool. In practice I foresee 90% of the battles being stuff like "You're extra light, start the battle with 900% damage, everything is lava, and it's constantly raining Bob-ombs. Knock out 3 Giant Metal Bowsers within 30 seconds."
Reaction Image RepositoryBring it on.
Maybe they could do something like Super Mario Maker and require that the uploader beats the Spirit battle before accepting it.
Ukrainian Red CrossKingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning is coming to the Switch on March 16th, with the DLC included. Plus, the physical cartridge will have the full game on it, no downloads required.
This is not the greatest signature in the world, no... this is just a tribute.RE: Smash Classic mode: while I do like the idea of fighters having Classic runs tuned to their character, I do miss just plowing through randomly generated CPU battles and Target Bonus Rounds, all climaxed with the pounding of a giant sentient hand. What would they even call such a mode? Original Classic Mode?
Anyway...
SNK vs. Capcom: The Match of the Millennium has been rated for Switch in Korea!
Probably the next in SNK's Neo Geo Pocket Color Selection title?
Been playing Cyber Shadow today and its been an excellent experience thus far. Feels like a classic Ninja Gaiden game but much more and with a few other elements from various NES action games sprinkled in.
Still waiting for a Legion of Losers movie...Oh that's nice.
Always like to see new special controllers.
I hope they bring out another this year with the various anniversary events.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Nintendo now fully owns Astral Chain. It sounds like they bought Platinum's half of the IP rights.
Interesting that Nintendo felt the need to buy it. I should really get back to playing it.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?I wonder if this means they have another company in mind to develop it, or if they're still going to hire Platinum to develop it again, just this time as a kind of outsourcing similar to Luigi's Mansion 3.

"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."3DS is officially in the dust.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences. Here's an interesting thing: Nintendo is predicting the Switch will outsell the GBA before the end of the FY in March.
GBA sold 81.51 million
Revised prediction is 26.5
This FY sales is at 24.1
Predicted sales at end of FY 82.37
Based on sales patterns, I wouldn't be surprised if it's already outsold the GBA.
I misread the 26.5 M sales as being for next year, but you actually meant FY 2020-1. Still, if the Switch continues to sell as well as it has been (and there's no reason to think it won't), it will probably outsell the Wii by the end of FY 2021-2.

Ukrainian Red CrossSince the HD Zeldas are the only real reasons to own a Wii U, do they rely too much on the game pad to work as Switch ports?
Wind Waker more than Twilight Princess, but given they both originated on consoles that had no Game Pad (two in TP's case) they'd be easy fits for Switch.
And yeah its basically those two and Xenoblade X as far as the last noteworthy holdouts from the Wii U.
Still waiting for a Legion of Losers movie...
I wouldn't mind expansions on things that had to be cut due to time restraits on the original release, as long as its fairly priced. Or doing this instead of a re-release of the whole game a year later like the Kingdom Hearts Final Mix editions.
I'd be perfectly fine if they extended Ultimate's life cycle for years with just echo fighters.
