The comparison seems a bit silly since 64 is basically a remake of the SNES one anyway, but considering that every conversation about Star Fox is always centered around 64 and it being the best one, I'd say it's the most iconic of the two.
As someone who somehow didn't have an N64 growing up but started with an SNES, I'm probably in the minority of Star Fox SNES fans. I didn't even play Star Fox 64 until the 3DS remake.
The first 3 Dragon Quest game are coming to the Switch in English. At least in Asia.
Also, Sakurai drove Toby Fox home.

I'll skip GX's shitposts.
The DQ news is also in that video.
Yeah it's... just factually untrue that the SNES version of Star Fox is the more iconic one.
At least SNES has the most iconic Corneria.
So what SNES games should we expect to see?
As far as first-party Nintendo titles go, the only major omissions at the moment are the Donkey Kong Country trilogy, Super Mario RPG, Kirby Super Star, Super Punch-Out!!, and EarthBound. Maybe Japan will get Fire Emblems 3-5 as well. I wouldn't be surprised to see Mega Man X and Street Fighter II at some point too.

I'm always begging for a release of Super Mario All-Stars. Even if the original NES games are also on the market.
Because I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else, starwars.com confirms that Jedi Academy is also coming to Switch in early 2020.
Harvest Moon would be nice. Anything besides the "normal" SNES roster is fine. Nintendo always rereleases the same titles over and over, which gets old. It's like why I can't get interested in Sega Genesis compilations/rereleases because everyone contains the same Altered Beast, Sonic 1, etc that's been on every other rerelease of the last 20 years.
Apparently Nintendo is going to start releasing SNES and NES games whenever they feel like it rather than on a fixed schedule.
A promo manga for Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town features Ruby from Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life in her original design. Some fans are speculating an AWL remake is coming out this gen.
Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but Gust (you know, the Atelier and Ar tonelico drvs) are working on a Fairy Tail game for PS 4, Steam, and Switch. All we got was a reveal trailer on Thursday, along with a 2020 release date and a promise of more details sometime during TGS.

That sounds like a game that should've come out anywhere from 3-5 years ago.
Likely. I mean, currently I don't know if they've even revealed if it's going to be an original story, or adapting (part of) the manga. All I can tell from the trailer and tweet is that Natsu and Lucy will be major characters, Ezra, Gray, and Wendy will likely also be party members (after all, it's a Gust title, not an Omega Force one, so it's likely going to be closer to a classic RPG than an action game), and, oh yeah, since the tweet comes from Koei Tecmo US, and the trailer in said tweet is in English, it's likely getting an English version.
Speaking of that tweet, here it is:
So we currently have 3 major MIA games right now: Bayonetta 3, Metroid Prime 4, and Shin Megami Tensei V.
3... 4... 5... weird.

Half-Life 6 confirmed.
Pikmin 4 as well, assuming Hey! Pikmin was not it.
I really hope it was not it.
lol half life
I've been assuming that it was this whole time. Is there reason to believe it's not?
According to the Pikmin Wiki:
As of July, 2016, the game remains in development; according to Miyamoto, the game has not always been a high priority within Nintendo. It is most likely going to be on the Nintendo Switch.
On June 2017, Miyamoto confirmed that Pikmin 4 is in fact still in development by the Pikmin team, which also means that it is not the same thing as Hey! Pikmin.
So some company made a new Joy-Con called the Split Pad Pro. It's basically a huge pair of Joy-Con.

But with no NFC support, no wireless, no gyro, and no HD rumble, it's not that useful.

Some time ago I got a very cheap accessory ($15) called the GoPlay GripStand that basically gives you controller thighs in handheld that you snap on. It's probably a much better investment than this.
