1.It's self-defense, not cold-blooded murder. The dog attacked us first. Big difference there. 2.As far as Raymond's concerned, it's not just a cold-blooded vampire, but vicious rabid one. He's not going to risk both himself and Samson getting killed by what he sees as a dangerous creature. However, as my post would reveal, Raymond's tussled with vampires once or twice; he still doesn't know their weaknesses, but that's because he's never needed to. He tried to use his mind-control powers, but seeing as hypnotism is some vampire's thing, but it didn't work; there was no choice but use the laser. And since his guns probably wouldn't do a thing, that means using the laser.

One hit kill vampire destroying laser does seem a bit broken, regardless of the limited chances to exploit it. Perhaps, since vampirism seems able to mutate, the effectiveness of the laser varies? So some vampires you can end up vaporizing, while others need multiple hits.
"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."Sounds fine to me. Oh yeah, Samson's gauntlet can be charged with magic. Thus his ice attacks and the Devil Blasts in Liliana's backstory. He could probably channel someone else's magic if he makes contact. So a Mind Blast there if we want to defeat the Bosspire with a teamwork thing.
"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."Would it be okay if I made at least two NPCs for each Ward? Oh, speaking of NPCs, are Gods allowed to retain their incestuous origins? Cause I already worked on a mini-sheet for Melione, and it works on the idea that having Zeus twice in her linage resulted in her having a bunch of raw power that kind of drove her insane.
"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."Two NPCs per ward is... excessive. That'd give you 30 NPCs to control, at least, which means you'd effectively have control over as many characters as the entire rest of the players. =/ What do you even need so many NPCs for anyway?
Also, we're not on Earth but an Earth-analog, so being the descendant of the Zeus probably won't work.

I was only planning to actually control one of them, and he's suppose to end up dead after his first event. I'm mainly doing this so Wards with less characters have some NPCs the players can use. Regarding Zeus...
"However, beyond demons there are many inhabitants of other myths, such as from the Egyptian and Greek Pantheon". That's mentioned in the Underland Ward segment, and I figured if Underworld Gods then why not Zeus?
"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."Each of these NPCs, sans the one I specified, are meant for anyone to use. I even designed Starline Melione (who is an actual Greek figure) to encourage people to use radically different portrayals. Besides, I'm only doing this because Silicon Street has mostly been the target of focus, I don't benefit by doing this.
EDIT: Oh yeah, this just got me thinking. Clawthewolf and Peldms63, could I provide an NPC for the ERIU? I was thinking someone who can telekinetically mold non-magical non-living material into a suit for themselves.

"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."I'm sure people are capable of coming up with NP Cs on their own as the need arises.
Well, I admit, I do want to keep making more concepts for this. I was also going to set up each of said NPCs in a way that their character isn't exactly pre-defined (so while a general rundown of their intended personality and bonds/enemies, the specifics can be decided). I just meant this as a gesture of my like for this, and didn't want to offend anybody.
"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."So starting on Sunday morning, I'm going to be on a trip to Switzerland and Italy. I won't be unable to post, but my posts will be during what is likely the middle of the night for everyone else here. Just letting you all know.
“Not a promise, not an oath, or a malediction or a curse. Inevitable." - Taylor HebertWelp, I'm just going assume NPC concepts get dumped in the Signups for daltar to peruse like any other sheet. Anyways, CATS and Taco, I'm curious about your lich & ghoul slaying plan: Will they attack a truly evil individual, or what?
"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."Mattrin has neither the intelligence nor the attention span to bother discriminating between "truly evil" and "not-truly evil" liches, unless the lich's being "good" is somehow spelled out really clearly for him. Other than that there's no "plan" really I'm just going one post at a time.
