I really wasn't actually expecting anyone to get hurt by the Disruption Grenade, though Cornelius is supposed to be a "villain" who wants to see the fall of Stars. Tossing an active grenade and trying to pass it off as a weapon he stole seems perfectly in character.
"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."No, I highly doubted that was going to happen. If he just wanted to avoid getting hurt, he could of just missed the catch. Pocketing and then throwing it was overly complicated. I just wanted the explosion to be seen and reacted to since it makes a statement about Repulsor/Cornelius (that, despite partaking in fully heroic actions will nonetheless try to injure/kill Stars once the crisis is over). I would of had him actually fight Cen, but I thought a second battle so quickly might of been annoying.

"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."Well, Cornelius isn't done with his thefts for the day and I intend for him to go after a "useless" (as in something that sounds stupid at first, like silencing, that really just needs to be effectively used) artifact. I really liked where our fight was going, and I'm kind of disappointed the background got overwritten with the giant monster battle instead.
"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."He could drop in on Star Fall. Star Fall is just waiting for Throttle to show up anyways.

Saint LaughterHmm, he doesn't have a particular motivation for doing anything 'evil' at the moment. Yet.
Saint Laughter@Daltar: Quick question; was the building that the Kaiju crashed into inhabited? Because, what Raymond's going to do is quickly search around the immediate area for surface thoughts; chances are, someone's going to know if there were people inside the building. If there were no people inside, then Raymond won't have any serious issues with Mattrin, other than giving him a bit of flak for not considering that possibility. But if there were, than Raymond's going to have quite a bit more beef with him.
Just to check before I post, you are aware of the comments made about collateral damage in the setting? I think it was brought up already once.
"However, given the high advances in medicine of all wards, injuries tend to be healed quite quickly and without ill side effects most of the time... plus for some reason, the people of Starline City, even the regular passerby tends to be quite sturdy and resilient... so even though there are fights everywhere, fatalities are in truth quite a rare thing to find... well, outside of the naturally occurring undead and even that can be cured."
From the sign-ups topic. Knocking buildings down is still a Bad Thing because, you know, regular injuries and property damage, but presumably people wouldn't die.

True. However, A)the building still crashed down, and B)even if there's a strong possibility of people not being harmed, there's still a possibility that they could be harmed. Aside from that, Raymond would think that someone who would willingly knock down a building with people inside, even if they are less likely to be harmed than otherwise, is at the least an amoral thug.
Still, you have a point. I've changed 'deaths' to 'injuries', though that doesn't get rid of the issue; as you said, people can still be injured if not killed, and knocking down buildings is still a bad thing.

Is this good, or no?
"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."I just focused on what characters were approved, though I did leave out Rio in response to Gig's post.
Besides that, Undying, what would you think of Cornelius approaching Jacques in disguise as a Star called Telemax to train him?
"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."

Ain't nobody entitled to pull a fast one like that, kkutwar, you can fuck right off if you're gonna play that way.
