Many TV shows over the years have had either a sequel series that carried on the story in some way or a spin-off that branched it off in some way. Avatar, Ben 10, Dragon Ball, Naruto and Sabrina the Animated Series all got sequel shows, and Hercules: the Legendary Journeys, He-Man (80s version), Jimmy Neutron, Pokemon and Rugrats all got spin-offs (Xena the Warrior Princess, She-Ra: Princess of Power, Planet Sheen, Pokemon Chronicles and All Grown Up). In fact, I recently learned that Gargoyles and Hey Arnold both had a few spin-offs pitched way back when, really good sounding ones too.
The point of this thread is to swap ideas for spinoffs and sequel shows to the ones we already know and like. I'll go first:
1. Generation Ghost - A sequel series to "Danny Phantom" that takes place many years after the original show ended. Danny Phantom is now a world renowned hero and is now the father of three children. The show would focus on these three children and their budding ghost abilities, which they would use to frequently battle a slew of both human and ghostly baddies. The worst of which was Vlad Plasmius' long forgotten adopted daughter who is bent on avenging her family's lost honor. In addition to their Half-Ghost Father and Gothic mother aiding them from time to time, the main trio would also get help from their aunt Jazz, their second cousin Dannielle, and their two godparents, Tucker Foley and Valerie Gray.
2. American Dragon: The Way of the Firebreathers - A Sequel series to "American Dragon: Jake Long" that takes place shortly after the latter ended. It pits Jake against a new threat, gives him a new ally and has him learn the truth about his fire-breathing kind.
3. No Name available yet - Spinoff for "The Life and Times of Juniper Lee" that places the titular character's younger brother and a young witch named Ashley in another dimension ruled by an evil empire.
