Ha! I knew ex-Rare guys like the Playtonic guys wouldn't want to waste any opportunity to middle-finger the jerks who pretty much screwed Rare.
MICROSOFT BROUGHT THIS ON THEMSELVES.

L.O.G. (or a Lawyer-Friendly Cameo of him) will be a boss in the game.
Really, Playtonic will take jabs at Microsoft no matter what, but I kind of funny that they inevitably will given that up to the point at which Microsoft said "stop making your own games" Rare was kind of source of the problem. They admitted as much themselves. Microsoft actually gave them MORE freedom than Nintendo.

They still had a lot of influence over the fall of Rare, seeing how many of their people jumped ship after Rare was bought by Microsoft.
And I don't know about MS giving them more liberty than Nintendo. I mean, the remake of Conker's Bad Fur Day was more censored than the original, for instance.

"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."I really don't see how though.
Nintendo never forced Rare to exclusively make games for an accessory, or censored their games to hell and back. I mean Nintendo was pissed about Conkers Bad Fur Day and gave it next to no advertising, but they still let them publish it.
It's not Ogre, It's Never Ogre. The only time Nintendo really forced Rare to do anything is turn Dinosaur Planet into part of the Star Fox franchise so that Rare has one less thing to take to Microsoft, right?
Well back then I thought it was a dick move, but right now, I'm probably thinking it's a good idea.
P.S. I remember a pic (Safe For Work one) where Krystal is imprisoned in a castle. She's looking at the moon and saying "Please, let me go back to Rare..."

My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!![]()
I read it was because the hero of Dinosaur Planet looked like Fox already.
Got a new update.
Big Bad revealed, a couple of new characters brought up, and more things to be revealed in the coming months.
Capital B? More like Capital Bill Gates, ammirite?

"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."The character that teaches you moves is a snake named Trowzer. I see Playtonic has inherited Rare's trademark subtlety.
You think Playtonic will be evil enough to include something like this?

Unsurprisingly, Playtonic has an axe to grind.
