I had an idea for a Massive Multiplayer Crossover RP set in a single Shared Universe built on certain works. Different characters from that universe are available, and characters from a work outside the list can be included with the caveat that they're an AU version of the character who lives in this world.

This may be of interest to me, depending on the relevant works! And/or the reason you selected that particular set of works.

[up][up]It's mostly horror and supernatural-themed works and archetypes, to be honest.

The setting is a mostly modern one focused on a sort of Monster Mash Shared Universe with a lot of horror, supernatural, paranormal, and fairy tale archetypes as well as some proper crossovers as well from specific movies, anime, TV shows, and games. I have a general idea of what all I want to include but I might need to do some more specific outlines.

The central plot is focused on a set of lost powerful artifacts.

Would anyone be interested in a horror/survival game?

My goal is to use some ideas from other systems. During game play, you would be told if you were in a 'safe' area or an 'unsafe' area and what the 'danger' is. For a safe area, when your character tries something that needs to be random, you (or I, as GM) will one or more dice. One dice represents a field your character is unskilled in and is unprepared. One dice would be added if it's a field in your character's background, one dice if your character had done something to prepare, and one dice if one or more people is assisting you, for a maximum of four dice possible for a roll. For each die rolls, a 1 - 3 would be un-scored, a 4 or 5 would be one point, and each 6 would be two points. The dice rolled would be added together, the number of points added up, then the 'danger' amount is subtracted.

Below zero (only possible with a danger of 1 or higher) means you failed and have a consequence. Zero means you failed with no consequence. One or more point means you succeeded, and high points means you might get a bonus.

In an unsafe area, the roll is the same except that, if you get less then zero, I would roll a danger die and add that value to the number of points you have. If the total of the danger dice plus your dice is one or more, then you still fail but no risk of immediate character death. Fail and you face a serious consequence, including potential character death.

Story idea: You and your group of friends have a mildly successful online show where you investigate claims of supernatural. So far all your investigations have even either been 'Case closed' (No observed possible supernatural activity) or 'Case open' (possibly supernatural activity but no confirmed activity that had to be the result of supernatural forces). Some, if not all, or your group are 'true believers' and are waiting for a 'Case Confirmed'.

You have been asked to come to Festum's Festival of Frivolities (a traveling carnival) by the owner, Alec Rubrum. He claims that there have been some spooky goings on at the carnivel and he wants you to do an episode on the carnival and the haunted house.

Considering this hasn't started yet...

I'm making an Investigative Horror RP based on an admittedly rather obscure Brian Yuzna horror movie and the basic idea of "teens investigate creepy goings on".

The RP's series of events is going to be based on how the players and their characters respond to events. How your characters handle things could well completely change the way things proceed down the line, for good or for ill. There's a prominent theme of Party Dynamics that will be used, as each character will have their own skills and specialties, as well as backstory factors that can help the overall group.

There is still one spot open in my Postapocalypse/Sci-fi RP, with Power-Armor and Cyberpunk elements.

Anyone who is interested can check it out or simply read through the various lore, me and my players cook up. smile

It's October so I want to play something with a little bit of a supernatural / horror theme but also with room for humor and silliness; so, I decided to draw on a setting that merges the future dystopia of Paranoia with a sprinkling of Cthulhu Mythos for 'Call of Alpha Complex'.

Not gonna lie, I'd like to do an RP with a horror theme as well, most likely focused on the horror movie icons of the 80's OR the classic horror icons like Universal Horror and Hammer Horror

Would anyone be interested in an RP about Game of Thrones / A Song Of Ice and Fire? It'd be an AU using the same basic families, but building up a setting. I am thinking it would be a Discord RP.

[up][up]I'll definitely check it out

[up]Not exactly, but I have considered ideas for RP's set in the medieval era focusing on nobility and the conflicts between feudal dynasties

I've also got an idea for a gangster-themed RP in the vein of Grand Theft Auto or movies like Goodfellas and The Godfather or shows like The Sopranos and Breaking Bad

Anyone up for some D&D?

Preferably with an old-school Sword & Sandal/Sword & Sorcery style setting and maybe some of the old-school rules (or 5E rules with an old-school approach to things)?

[up]Eh, I wasn't planning on using 5th Edition, to be completely honest.

I can use 5th Edition if everyone insists on only using the newest edition, but I was hoping to go with Pathfinder 1st Edition or one of the older editions of D&D since I'm a lot more familiar with them. I do have the 5th Edition rules just in case and can brush up on them if need be though

Plus I didn't really plan on including Warforged as one of the playable races. I'm using a homebrew setting of mine, so it makes sense in context why Warforged would not be playable

Would anyone be interested in a large scale Marvel Superhero RP with numerous settings to play in, all in a custom Marvel world?

Cause if so then shit I got a lot to write for the setting.

I've been thinking of a multifandom roleplay where you just kinda hang out and such. It's basically Tropers: The Series but with multifandom characters. Would anyone be interested in this sort of thing? Might not make it soon, just an idea.
