It needs to be changed for many of the same reasons as the Double Standard: Rape and Double Standard: Abuse tropes. It's ambiguous as to whether we're merely cataloging instances in which a character or narrative is treating female-on-male stalking as funny, or whether we're actually claiming that this is the case. The trope name needs to indicate the former without implying the latter. Bringing it into line with similar tropes by rendering it as "Double Standard: Stalking, Female On Male" should do the job nicely.
The trope description could use some work as well; "Notice, that female stalker is creepy, too" is a terse and poorly-written excuse for an acknowledgment of the inherent double standard at work.
Finally, the renamed trope will need to be added to the locked Double Standard index.
