I recently made a young character with Green Thumb (Plant Manipulator/Generation) powers for a superhero setting. He is a Tragic Villain in the style of Carrie (he looks visibly inhuman and always has looked like that but he still tried to treat others well before he snapped).

TNP made a villainous Original Character.
