Selene VS Johann
"Ergh." Johann flinched from the hit to chest before he was pushed back by the force of the blast a couple meters back.
"That semblance of yours is really annoying if I may say so myself." He grunted as he recovered his balance, the prince took aim at Selene, and shot 4 explosive spikes in her direction.
Iris then turns to James.
"U-um...can I invite M-Morgan to have some o-of this ice cream?", she asked.
"Never let anyone tell you that something is impossible." - Monty Oum, 1981-2015"T-thank you, James...", Iris said as she approached her girlfriend.
"J-James made some ice c-cream, Morgan...do you w-want some?", she asked, holding up the bowl.
"Never let anyone tell you that something is impossible." - Monty Oum, 1981-2015Dia turned to James. "Iris makes a great friend, even though she's rather shy."
Dia then remembers Iris' words, something about being bullied as a child, and is slightly lost in thought.
(She had her own childhood hardships like me... I think it's the reason why she's this shy. But why would she be bullied? She's like an angel, I thought she'd get along well.)
Dia doesn't know much about the Human-Faunus racism that happened those days, thanks to living a rather sheltered life.

...ehehCasually nomming on the strawberry flavored ice-cream, James tilted his head slightly as he glanced over at Dia.
"...S-Something on y-your mind...? A-And, um, y-yes, b-but I'm sure w-with her h-having friends, s-she might get a b-bit stronger..."
Idly poking his dessert with a spoon, Croire just stared into the distance. "..."
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Snapping out of his thoughts and getting rather flustered, James flailed for a second before turning to Dia, giving a nervous laugh.
"O-Oh, a-ah, um, n-nothing, really. I-I mean, not w-wrong...c-could a-actually a-ask you i-if something w-was the matter, but..."
He just shook his head, trying to smile.
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Dia replied to the rather flustered James and gestured to calm him down (while trying not to touch him). "I apologize for getting you worked up, James. I was thinking about something that Iris told me."
...ehehDia had heard Zoe's comment and was slightly puzzled. "Oh? You haven't fought the Grimm before?"
(Strange. I wonder how she knows her Semblance if she hasn't even fought and beaten a Grimm before. Had she fought other people?)
She then gave Zoe a reassuring look. "We may be fighting them soon. Maybe during one of Professor Port's classes. They briefed me before I met you guys, heard that he gets students to fight actual Grimm."

...ehehA quick glance over at Zoe just made the human shrug. "B-Before we a-actually passed I-Initiation, there w-were quite a f-few...powerful Grimm, a-actually. I'm s-sure we'll be fighting more s-soon..."
He seemed to nod at Dia, but fold his arms. "W-Well, if it helps m-my friends or p-people who n-need it...I don't mind getting...um, d-dragged into issues..."
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Hearing Zoe's enthusiastic response, Dia told her about her experiences.
"It's fun indeed. I've battled Grimm before, with my mentor helping me. It was both great experience and training."
The green-haired girl then let out a smile.
"I felt that I was finally strong again."
She then turned to James and whispered to him, her face turning into a more concerned look.
"Please don't tell this to Iris... she hinted to me that she was bullied when young. I'm wondering who would do such a terrible thing to her. She's nice and like an angel... she didn't deserve that."
Dia's above Human-Faunus racism, thankfully. Mainly because she doesn't even know about it!

...eheh

Dia gets suddenly pulled towards Fe as the photo shoots. She still keep her rather small smile on her face in the process.
(Oh my, that was rather sudden!)
Dia then takes a look at the picture. Yep, she had been pulled, but it was still a great one.
"Thanks, Iris! It looks great indeed.")
