Intercompany Crossovers

What are your favorite Intercompany Crossover comics?

My top faves are:

1. Batman/Captain America - John Byrne captures perfectly the Silver Age Bats with Cap, and shows that Batman can be awesome without the Darker and Edgier malarky. The ending is perfect too.

2. Superman/Fantastic Four - Love how Supes is The Cape Paragon to even the Marvel Universe. Also, Supes as Galactus' emmisary. Yikes.

3. X Men / NewTeenTitans - Justified by one splash page: "Who DARES summon Dark Phoenix?" "I, Darkseid."

3. JLA Avengers - Nuff said.

4. Both Batman/Spider-Man crossovers. Seriously, those two fit better as a team than any Marvel/DC teamup. Bats is dark and quiet, Spidey is colorful and chatty, but they play well off each other. Too bad the stories are only okay.

5. Batman / The Hulk - Just for its bizarre story, and a predecessor of Emperor Joker.

6. Batman/Grendel - Both of them. Just perfectly written, especially with Bats dealing with a Villain Sue Complete Monster.

I officially have to read Superman/Fantastic Four now.

Occasionally dodgy artwork aside (it was the 90s), the Batman/Judge Dredd crossovers are pretty decent. Especially Die Laughing. Joker as a Dark Judge? Drokk yeah!

(Also they're canon, which is cool).

One of my favourite crossovers was Joker/Mask. I also loved the old 1990s Spawn/Batman crossovers from the 90s.

Supes / FF also has the WAFFiest ending for any DC / Marvel crossover. I won't spoil it for you, but I guarantee you'll say out loud, "D'awwwwwwwwwww..."

Supes / FF is also canon, because Supes has to use Access to get to the Marvel Universe. JLA Avengers is also canon.

Yeah, the DC vs. Marvel Access.

OH, almost forgot - the Superman / Silver Surfer crossover, which is actually the Mr. Mxyptlk / Impossible Man crossover. Love that issue, and especially the ending. Let's just say the crossover shows just how different those two are.
