Looking at the examples, I think there are two obviously different tropes described in this article.

One is "the title so obviously refers to something else that the fact that it does mean something in the work comes across as pretty farfetched."

See the Nintendo DS examples, or "Wild AR Ms TV" claiming that TV stands for Twilight Venom.

Another is "even though it seems to be a Word Salad Title, Never Trust a Title, or just a metaphoric description, the title actually refers to something in the work", i.e. Silence Of The Lambs referring to the literal silence of the lambs or ef - a fairy tale of the two referring to two cities. This sort of thing is often The Reveal, often with a Title Drop.

Suggestion: Split the article in two.

The second trope is "the name of the work is actually justified in-universe" and remains Justified Title.

The first trope is "the title obviously refers to something else entirely, but is contrived so as to refer to something specific in the story" and will be called, say, Contrived Title.
