I guess I'm kind of used to it because of the Arena. Heck, most of my Ready, Aim, Fire round was in present tense, I think.
Also, I have a habit of including only a single sentence in one paragraph to draw emphasis to it. If I have only one for a character in my post (e.g., some comedic response or what have you), would that go against the rules?
I think he did say he'd make exceptions for dialogue and such, yeah. I forget, is that correct Mancy?
And yeah, in the arena and other such forum games I tend to either use *these thingies* for action, or >this thingy for commands, both of which are different from actual narrative of course, so this is pretty different for me.
Also..... I had something else to say but I forgot.
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartSometimes it seems like a single sentence is all there is to be said. I can't exactly go into Scenery Porn when you control the goddamn scenery.
Also, dialogue is not an exception to the rules. Got it.
Finally, a couple of questions: How much of a Killer Game Master are you going to be? How much warning will we get if our actions are likely to get our characters killed, and how likely is that?
And if our characters do die, what then? Can we bring in someone else, or...?

"We can handle what is true, for we are already living it."Well don't expect reality itself crashing down on you anytime soon. Expect monsters related to the Hydra and Entity in some way. Hydra will usually roar some insults into your ear if you do something that pisses it off. (Which is bad Mmmmkay?) Aaaaaand if your characters die they'll just get booted out. No coming back through the gateseal then.

...except not all of them are heroes.
