I mean they were already unveiled at the last Blizzcon and had most of their kit shown so I can see why there was overall less fanfare than for a surprise announcement.
Venture's kit gets compared to the old DPS Doomfist with a heavy emphasis of jumping at other characters and getting passive overshields for it.
It remains to be seen but some parts of the trailer made it look like they can dash in and out of their borrow state back-to-back which I hope has some conditions because otherwise they will just be yet another hypermobile champ only Sombra can counter.

Yes, Venture basically is DPS-friendly Doomfist. I just played them, they're fun but I normally don't like going in close which Venture is more suited for.
Man, this forum thread used to have a lot more activity.
They look like someone I’m gonna suck at playing but delude myself into believing I’m good at them.
Also, yeah you are right. Though a lot of posts have aged either hilariously or horribly.
Love ruins all.Well, that's what happens when Blizzard kills their own games and pisses off their playerbase.
Season 10 update trailer
So do any of you think Mirrorwatch should get their own character page? Just curious.
"I am the Aloof Hermit, the Lord of the Empty Seat. I am the Alpha and the Omega"Unless they actually get some further characterization beyond a few altered lines and skins? Not really.
Maybe just put them under Becoming the Mask if it doesn’t go very far.

Love ruins all.
This is by far their least impressive trailer
Gonna guess it's another sign if how poorly overwatch 2 is doing. If your not getting budgeted time from the cinematics team for your trailer...
