My only concern with Pulse Bomb, as it exists now, is that is should do much less damage than Meteor Strike because it's essentially a Meteor Strike that sticks to you, that you can't walk/dodge out of and that builds twice as quickly. So either they nerf Pulse's damage or buff Meteor Strike's.
Oh, and I had a hunch and checked...
At launch, Defense Matrix was a click with 3 seconds up time and 10 seconds reload.
That's back when she had a ton of armor (and armor was effective).
She was considered fragile then.
Current version of Matrix is objectively worse with 2 seconds up time and 10 seconds down. The fact they put it on a meter instead of being a click has been rendered moot by the 2 second cooldown on "flashing it" IE, utilizing the metered functionality as intended.
Also she has next to no armor now (and armor has been severely devalued).
D.Va is subject to the opposite of Power Creep. She gets buffed one step forward, then two steps back a couple months later. The only thing she's gained since launch was them lifting the insane restrictions she had on using more than one ability at a time. Her missiles merely added back the damage they nerfed from her guns.
Oh, and her own ult doesn't kill her anymore. I kinda hoped they'd go back to that and make it standard for all heroes; I want to see Winston drop dead of a heart attack from Primal Rage, and see Genji's own limbs fall off as Dragonblade ends.

To be honest, I'm not good enough at the game to say what should and shouldn't be changed. I generally just play in arcade because that's where I get the most fun out of the game. AS long as no one character gets buffed to omnipresence in every match or nerfed to non-existence (has anyone seen Brigitte lately?), I'm happy.
She has a stun, so she is the devil and will remain garbage.
Remember how Hog was thrown to the gutter? He had a stun too. Thankfully he did come back
This video is interesting
It mostly talks about the reveal of 76's sexuality being a cynical move from Blizzard to throw off some heat off their back. But he doesn't really hate the reveal but speculates about the intentions behind it.
Don't get tricked by the summary at the start, it's not your typical "What is the point of sexuality in games" video.
It was just a footnote in a short story about Ana so I am not sure it was about getting heat off anything.
I have my suspicions about the "Blizzard trying to distract from xyz" argument, TBH.
They've not made it a secret that they're including LGBTQ+ characters, and they probably have a plan on how they're releasing the lore (since they're mimicking TF2's pattern of expanding the universe over several years). So they probably only have so muck room to manoeuvrer when any given detail's released.
And as I said several times, after the initial wave of angry, frothing at the mouth homophobes, you get the "I just don't agree" ones, and finally you have the ones who try to concern troll with arguments like this.

And all over something that has had no effect on the game itself other than prompting a new spray for Soldier.
People need to learn that sexuality doesn't define personality, or at least it doesn't have to.
An homosexual man can be grizzled old veteran fighting a war he cannot win alone but he is too stubborn to rest.
If anything, the reveal just made it easier to ship him with Gabe
Just so you know, it's kinda rude to say "homosexual". It used to be a medical term, like transsexual.
I never really liked that argument. I mean I can see what they are saying but considering the timing it still does indeed come across as concern trolling.
Also, while I can criticize Blizzard for their plethora of mistakes they have been making for many years the treatment of the LGBT community so far is not one of the things I am unhappy about.
People have been acting like Blizzard wasn't doing shady and consumer unfriendly stuff before the Diablo Immortal incident. Did everyone suddenly forget that they put lootboxes into Overwatch which is a full priced game? Or the fact they put microtransactions into World of Warcraft out of all games which is one of the small few MM Os that still has a 15 dollar subscription?
Don't even get me started on OWL. Blizzard has done many things wrong, their LGBT stuff isn't one of them.
It honestly annoys the shit out of me that just because Blizzard tried to cater more to a different demographic that that is the straw that broke the camels back. They have been pullling shitty stuff for years and yet no one would do anything about it because a bunch of Blizz fanboys would defend them tooth and nail no matter how shady they were getting before.

Hot damn, I gave the loot boxes a chance to give me the Lu Bu Reaper skin for free before I went and spent gold on it, and it actually happened!
A moment of Wrecking Ball Epic Fail I'm both glad and ashamed I got on Stream:
We are going to Paris peeps!
Crap it's 2CP

Paris and 2CP?
Interest level = zero.
No balances changes either. Not happy.
On the flipside the map is gorgeous and I love the singing omnic woman in one of the spawns, the Cabaret Luna one I think it was
The map has a police station that has a number of omnic criminals displayed. I think the map like King's Row has a thing against omnics.
And of course, Junkrat and Roadhog are also wanted here.
x2 2 capture points.
It seems to have an omnic rights group too though and there is a lot of omnic advertising for the Caberat Luna and areas near there.
Random prediction time: Paris will be the focus of this year's archive events and the mission will be rescuing Amelie Lacroix from Talon.
Even more random prediction: Gerard Lacroix as the next hero.
I kinda want to see Widowmaker pre-Talon days.
There's what seems to be an entrance to am omnic rave near the police station
you can hear the beats near the door
If clues from her chateau are any indication, I think we're gonna find out she was never just an innocent ballerina. At least at any point in her adulthood.

All i have found at her chateu are a message in a computer, some scattered wine bottles and a bunch of cowboys that keep throwing flashbangs at me.
Among other things, her family's patron goddess appears to be Eris, bringer of discord. I think her family has a long tradition of assassinating people for fun and profit.
