Looking at the clans we have... Hyuugas are probably powerful, as they tend to be. Inuzukas are probably middling in clan power, as are Kamizukes. Weather ninja I feel like many people would look down on them a bit. Chiryo's are also "weird" people, kinda like Aburames in canon. Kaminari are probably up with Kamizukes and Inuzukas. Morishige don't even have a real presence in the village. Akemis could be a good clan on the level of Hyuugas, possibly for rivalry reasons. Oh, and Kazans. Yukis are another clan that barely has a village presence. And Shimaji seem really weak from guyshane's description.
So, a possible "power guide" to clan strength could be something like:
Top (honorable and powerful): Hyuugas and Kazans
High (honorable and strong): Tachibana?
Middle (clans that have power similar to Nara, Akamichi, or Yamanaka clans): Kamizuke, Inuzuka, Kaminari
Low (clans that are looked down upon): Chiryo and Yamamoto
N/A (clans that are not a major political force): Yuki, Shimaji, and Morishige
Look good? Suggestions?

Hey look!. Yu-Gi-Oh meets wrasslin'!I'm good with my place on that list, yeah.
My character's the sort who tries to be friendly to everyone, so the other person's response to the bumbling and awkwardness (in personality she's a Ruby Rose expy, if that helps get a sense of what she's like at all) would determine the relationship.
Note for my records, is Saturn still involved?

Yeah they have pseudo similar styles don't they? I could see there being some sort of friendly rivalry dynamic there, now that Sachiko's graduated and is at the level of her team. Helped encourage her when she was still struggling with it and all, so it has hints of the upperclassman dynamic, perhaps?
I'll look through the rest of the apps and make other decisions about relationships soon (as I said already though they'll probably all be fairly similar because of Sachiko's personality).

My ideas for Fuu's relationships:
Haruya Hyuga and Shun Inuzuka- Friendly, and they totally practice their Spin to Deflect Stuff jutsu together (though Haruya doesn't have Rotation). Also, Fuu wants to abuse Haruya's Covert Pervert potential, and her family wants to get something out of her friendship with a Hyuga (plot thread yay?)
Tsurugi Yamamoto- Fuu probably doesn't care too much either way about Tsurugi, unless they're teamed together.
Shihio Chiryo- I can see the Chiryos and the heal-y Kamizukes being friendly, so Fuu probably isn't overly fond of Shihio.
Ippo Kaminari- Fuu's probably indifferent, I guess?
Sachiko Morishige- Lowly clan? Fuu probably tries to avoid her to avoid stirring up too much trouble by associating with people the Kamizuke head doesn't think can offer political power.
Akemi Tachibana- Fuu could totally be friendly-ish rivals, since they're similar in station theoretically, but Akemi doesn't have to deal with being a bastard an Fuu is slightly envious.
Ryzo Shimaji- Fuu probably can't associate much with him, but she's probably (again) envious because he's another "outcast" who's different than the rest of his clan, except HE gets accepted and loved.
Otohime Kazan- Since she's more highly stationed than Fuu, the Kamizuke head probably pesters her to be friendlier, but I can see them being somewhat indifferent? I dunno.
Akisame Yuki- New clan on the block. Fuu might be intrigued by the Ice nature, but probably doesn't know much.
Thoughts?
Hey look!. Yu-Gi-Oh meets wrasslin'!We talked a bit in the Skype chat about Haruya and Otohime either being betrothed or potentially betrothed, given their close age and high clan status. I honestly think that just rumors of a betrothal would be more interesting; that frees the players from having to deal with high-level political intrigue and marriage politics, and also keeps Haruya and Otohime open for other characters to interact with or pursue.
Otohime might also know of the Kaminari, too - maybe the Kazan family head hired them for something nonspecific in the past and she was impressed by their direct approach to demonslaying. I can work on that with Romanian.
^Otohime and Fuu probably know of each other, especially if there are rumors outside the clan about her parentage (or if she's openly known to be a bastard), but given Otohime's dislike of genjutsu, they probably didn't interact much.
Speaking of, how are we going to be handling the differing ages? Are we just saying that 16-19 or so is a close enough range for everyone to be in one genin class, or that the older students either stayed back at the chunin exams or have been chunin for a while?

It's been fun.^^I feel like Fuu's bastardry is an open secret at best. The Kamizuke head openly disdains her and doesn't recognize her in official clan functions, and her chakra is different than most of her clan. So while people who don't listen to rumors/gossip might not know (since for most intents and purposes, she IS treated as a Kamizuke) someone from a higher class family would probably be aware of Fuu's "situation".
Hey look!. Yu-Gi-Oh meets wrasslin'!Okay, so Fuu is teamed with Hattori and Ryzo...
Fuu probably doesn't care for Ryzo, given that he's from a pretty lowly clan (and his chakra nature overpowers hers). Hattori, on the other hand... I can see Fuu having a history of teasing him in a friendly manner about how broody he is and how much he needs to lighten up.
Hey look!. Yu-Gi-Oh meets wrasslin'!
