"Empathy Transfer"
The ability to make someone else feel what the user feels and vice versa.
two-way street.
...
Also, how high is the possibility that the PLF fed Twice false info in order to stage something that would benefit them, propaganda-wise, against "Pro-Hero" society at large?
Like "Hundreds of heroes attacks hospital, patients injured/killed, all under false pretense of villains being hospitalized there. Death count now reaching..."
And that the Shigaraki they find in that place, is just another Twice-Clone, essentially making all of it a giant set-up.

I had kind of expected Empathy Transfer to be something of Nana's quirk. Smiling seems to be her thing, so i wondered if she smiled, maybe she transferred her inner feelings to reassure people?
As to bones, Kimimaro is an interesting example but a bit too gore-y i think. Something akin to Wolverine seems more likely. Merely hardening his bones seems redundant, since his body will become more resistant to damage with training anyhow.
Supersensing seems likely, but limited future vision is overrated. I didn't like precognition in One Piece (at least, not on someone like Luffy), i don't think it fits Izuku.
Other options could involve the Avengers: Lightning like thor, Phasing like Vision, Hulking out, shooting energy beams...wielding...swords? bows? Wow the creative powers die off fast.
Additionally, Floating is not redundant, but it's powerset is somewhat of limited use. Because he can indeed fly with his Air Force (he even does this in the Endeavor internship), if not for very long. It's a largely undertrained skill and a direction Izuku hasn't really bothered with, but if Bakugo can repurpose his explosions for flight, so can Izuku. It's more that Float allows him to stay in one place without endlessly kicking the air, which has various tactical benefits.
Also I find the odds of this attack in the mountains being a misdirection quite low. The heroes seem at enough of a disadvantage already.

Or you go the route of Animal Man, who can gain power from any nearby animal. Including ones not from Earth. He at one point survived the vacuum of space by copying the powers of nearby Sun-Eaters (giant, um, sun eating aliens).

Disgusted, but not surprisedIn the comics when he was in a bad emotional state he started turning into monsters that didn’t exist (except kitchen sink setting means they probably did exist)
Forever liveblogging the AvengersIn the cartoon he turned into a werebeast of sorts after getting splashed with some weird chemicals that temporarily brought out more savage predatory animal instincts — he even temporarily gave up his vegetarianism and ate meat.

Disgusted, but not surprisedA different version of Garfield turned into a demon when that version of the titans journeyed into Hell.
So far, the only version of Gar who's never become a non earth animal is the Young Justice version, and we don't know if that'll last.
One Strip! One Strip! No, he did that too in YJ. He turned into a Martian Ma'alefa'ak while fighting Granny Goodness.
He can even turn into an animal that has been extensively modified such as Superboy's Wolf.
It seems that as long as he is aware of the existence of an animal, he can turn into it.

Disgusted, but not surprisedThe issue is on its own Zoan just aren't particularly flashy since it all it provides is slashing or biting.
Compared to most other DF's where you can make a multi-technique fighting style due to using the various abilities the power can provide. For instance all of Lucci's attacks come from his martial art with his DF providing nothing besides a strength enhancement.
Seriously one character can turn into a Spinosaurus & after you get past the shock value of "Oh shit its a Spinosaurus" you wonder "Okay can it do anything aside from biting & being big."
And in the case of more myth Zoan's we've gotten a nine-tailed fox that can allow you to shapeshift.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."

I don’t think it’s a good idea to backpedal on the “risk of permanent damage” thing. There are other things besides health risk that make that attitude unhealthy.
