- Toga in her middle school days before she murdered her first crush.

I mean technically we've seen Natsuo once in the anime as a kid.

Never realized; but Shoto and Fuyumi are the only ones who have Endeavor's hair color incidentally

Toga's stuff doesn't come till the Meta arc, and Shirakumo doesn't even appear physically in the main story till the most recent chapters. Are they actually gonna try and cover the Meta arc too? I don't think we have enough episodes!

Wow, Gentle flew completely past my radar the first time I saw this ED.
And then on the second viewing, I stopped, paused, and gazed at the pictures for a moment.
Thinking "Hey, wait a minute here...(staring)... I recognize that teapot!"
Looks like we now can get an estimate on when he got his taste for tea there.

Hawks's childhood picture was just depressing. You have all the other heroes having fun at school and here is a small child being drilled.

Sooo reason why all heroes disappeared was that they are ALL part of this operation? 
Shirakumo appeared physically this very episode.

Whoever put Toga together with Skeptic in that tag-team must have been out of their minds! Unless the assurance to Skeptic that he now has any opportunity to kill her if things goes down might have been the only condition for him to keep her close as a co-operative in the PLF.
That said...
I feel so bad for Twice. I mean, the guy clearly isn't made to handle that much responsibility he now got...
In a way, it makes him adorable, but in another, pitiful.
I mean he is basically their "Zerg"-unit after all...
Even so...
I really hope Hawks doesn't try and assassinate him just to eliminate the zerg rush "Poor Man's Parade" from the PLF's capacity once the heroes move in. That would just be too cruel to Twice.
Natsuo did too, as a kid. I've been assuming he dyes the red in his hair. Toya seems to be the only child with naturally one tone hair.

Okay the OP does not show the left side of Endeavor's face.
Now it could mean the Pro Hero arc or just a little call forward for next season.
I guess it depends on long the Festival takes. Shouto & Bakugo's exam should end next episode, leaving 8 episodes left in the season.

It's looking like they're gonna squeeze in the Endeavor vs Nomu fight in at the end of the cour. Hopefully they won't have to rush anything to do that.

Well its a short arc at least so its not like there's too much material to worry about.
Hopefully though since we only have 2 fights for the rest of the season, they can squeeze in some good animation for each of them.

Wow they really put in a lot of info in that ED. Yeah Gentle one kinda caught me off-guard too, I didn't recognize him right away. Recognizing La Brava and Toga pictured in the same shot made me go 'Wait then that might be...' and go back to see that it's Gentle and Takeshita.
Aaand Hawks' photo is depressing, oof. Not that I think PSC treated him especially horribly a la Todoroki household (like some people are quick to assume), but damn he gets this picture as a little kid training in a very impersonal setting surrounded by suit-clad adults, while everybody else including villains are sharing pieces of their fun childhood/adolescent memories. What the hell, does he not HAVE those kind of memories at all?
Given that his wish is for a society that doesn't need heroes simply because he wants some time to relax, the implication is that he does not.

Guy was basically railroaded into being a Pro Hero from a young age.
It is ironic that the Pro Hero he most respects, Endeavor, did the same thing to his own kid.
