I really hope Horikoshi stays away from Time Travel because parsing this is already giving me a headache and this is technically a flashback

Like I said, for this story specifically, it just seems like anything we'd actually time-travel to see in the past could just be shown to Deku via vestiges flashback.
Another reason to hate the whole "Bakugo time-travelled and is one of the past users" thing, is that it would mean that Izuku was literally going to get Bakugo's Quirk, but stronger. I honestly can't think up any reason any one would think that would somehow be good for the story.
Well, unless they were a hardcore Bakugo hater and convinced themselves that would mean that Bakugo could die or otherwise be removed from the story, or something. So, like, still a terrible reason in actuality.
Yeah, I'd rather not drag time travel into this. 90% of the time when time travel is brought into a story that isn't specifically dealing with it, all it does is needlessly complicate things and open up a dozen plot holes for every one that it explains.
Reaction Image RepositoryBecause, as is made clear by his introduction, he's a noob villain (no crimes to his name, and whatnot) who joined up because of Stain.
If he is indeed the missing Todoroki, then it's entirely possible he just signed on because fuck you dad. Like, he's the 'kid who's in way over his head' archtype.

By the way, have Horikoshi pulled any April Fool's jokes yet this year?
