Just loving all the world building that came in this chapter.
Mutant discrimination, hint of another country's policy, Spinner backstory and character, and now the doctor....
Wonder where Spinner is from?
For a whole country that discriminates against mutants, it makes a valuable point and question. (Also, racists always find a way to fester and thrive, no matter the circumstances it seems.)
He seems more like a vigilante than an actual villain at this point...
There is. Though if that does end up being the case I'll genuinely wonder if that was the plan all along or if Horikoshi heard about the theory and decided to make it Ascended Fanon.

Christ, that was unexpectedly dark. The LOV casually murdering their way through a KKK-equivalent was not something I thought Horikoshi might do. Talk about Asshole Victim though.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Well, that was fun. It's kinda refreshing to see the villains having to work as hard as the heroes to accomplish their goals rather than just being powerful and threatening by default.
Reaction Image RepositoryI admit, that is refreshing.
And this was an interesting chapter, especially Spinner's part.
One Strip! One Strip!League of Villains: We're evil, not racists.
Also Jesus Compress's powers are brutal.
Does anyone actually read these? The entire beginning of this entire chapter was brutal, the League slaughtered a gang/cult of people. It is nice to see the Villains be dangerous and brutal though.
Also, Spinner should be glad Shiggy has undergone some development, otherwise that little "lifting the boss by his shirt and scream at him" maneuver would have ended in pain and dust.

So what was the consensus, is the doctor same guy as moustache doctor guy?
