I hate it when a site I use uploads a chapter that's been already out due to being slow.
Fucking confuses me.
Edit: Yup just checked the site & they uploaded the current chapter right after the previous one. That's a knocker right there.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I will say this, these spoilers always read worse in those text summaries.
Seems like this "Black Whip" is more of a capturing Quirk than a pure combat one (though obviously it has combat applications).
Oh God! Natural light!Reading it I can assume these new powers may be somewhat easier to master if they are less dangerous.
Cause what made OFA tricky to use was the fact it can fuck up Deku’s body if used wrong. Black Whip doesn’t seem like it will cause too much bodily harm.
Considering he had a limited time to talk he prolly figured his name & placement is irrelevant to the explanation.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I mean, it seemed pretty dangerous when it went off without warning, but I suppose that's just because it went off without warning.
Really would have been nice to have learned this dude's name, though.
Oh God! Natural light!Wooow...My brain is blown over the potential with this. (flashbacks to Deku being a good verison of Alex Mercer for some reason), if triggers quirks in synch with his feelings, does that mean there's a possibility there's a healing quirk within OFA somewhere if he ever desires to "save people" dying at his feet? The potential is there...and I can imagine the fanbase go theory crazed on the WMG page once this sinks in with them...
Oh nice, just noticed 213 is out.
It's a shame, I really wanted to know which holder he was. Or at least his name...I guess we have to resort to calling him "that bald Killer B Hellboy guy" for now.
The Black Whip thing looks like a pretty cool quirk and given that there are 6 more for him to find, Deku sounds like he's well on his way to becoming One Kick Man.
And I just noticed: given that the vestige said there were "6 more quirks for Deku to discover", not counting his own Tokyo Ghoul tentacles and the original holder's passing down quirk, that means All Might has to have had a quirk.
Maybe it was the muscle form...? Would be weird to see Deku like that though. I wonder what Nana's was.

Well, that’d be jus’ a waste. Why would ya want to deprive the world of such anomaly as yourself?
It doesn't seem like anything like this ever happened with All Might. And going "he was always using one (and only one) of the predecessors Quirks without realizing it" sounds pretty farfetched.
I kind of wish All Might did have a Quirk now, though, so that Izuku could have something directly from him and only him to use.

So could this mean Deku could, in theory, selectively pass on Quirks contained in OFA but not OFA itself? Like, give the black tentacles to Mirio? Since the original Quirk to pass on quirks would be contained in the core also.
Also, we're back to square one with Quirk mastery. Now he has to learn how to call up each separate Quirk, learn how to use each of them, learn how to rapidly switch between them and determine if using more than one at once is even possible. This could lead to a situation where he learns a "Multifaceted Full Cowling" state where he can use ALL of his quirks at once at a diminished capacity.
Then he's gotta explain to his classmates how he's suddenly got a bunch of radically different new Quirks, or hide it from them. Of course, Bakugo will take it well. Heck, the authorities are probably going to take notice at some point.
Most likely not. This guy said he's going to have six other Quirks from here on out. Not counting the First and All Might, that leaves exactly six predecessors. The First's original Quirk and Stockpiling Quirk merged to form One For All so they probably don't exist independently like the other six apparently do.

Ok, so if Deku doesn't immediately ask All Might what Nana's quirk was after this, he's a dumbass. Forewarned is forearmed.
And honestly a part of me could see Bakugou going Laughing Mad at "Quirkless Deku" gaining Combo Platter Powers.
I hate this development...why not just let him have superstrength and showcase his wits to make the fights interessting...normaly this would be a reason for me to drop the series, but i will give it another arc to convince me otherwise (would be a little unfair if i don´t, as most things had been handled pretty well upto now, but man i hate this...)
Yeah this has the full potential to be where this series jumps the shark. OFA being way too powerful was already the series biggest issue and Horikoshi decides to worsen it by several times? How exactly are Bakugo and Todoroki gonna be credible rivals at this point? Hell, even AFO is gonna need a serious power boost to remain a threat the way this is going.
I've seen a lot of comparisons to Flame of Recca in regards to Midoriya's 6 additional powers.

Edit: Fuck no I screwed up sorry.
