In any case High Specs gives him more intelligence than a human so it stands to reason he got a larger brain (and thus, skull. And thus, body) to go along with it.

I think the Christmas and New Year holidays, combined with early scanlations, have messed up the schedule some, ~Titan Jump. If I'm not mistaken, chapter 212 should have been released this week, but we wound up getting it early, on a week when the New Year holiday should've had no chapter at all. As a result, the "no chapter" week got switched to now. Next chapter is scheduled for nextw eek.

I hope Hori is finished moving.

Are we getting a chapter on the 18th? Heard it might be on the 21st or something, doesn't seem to be confirmed though.

Though I'm sure we're going to get some good information, I've been wondering how this is going to feel....worth it? Because I can't help but think that the setup is to make him stronger somehow, but I'm not sure how.

Like, I guess his comfortable limit could increase a bit from 8%, but I don't know if that on it's own would be satisfying in this situation.

Still interesting to think about him getting another powerup/new move after just getting the gloves, and the talk about incorporating the same technology into his iron soles.

In universe it makes sense, but when you remember how poorly used Nejire was, with her and all the other women being just offscreen during the Yakuza arc, it's a little frustrating as well that the next big three will just be three dudes.

I like Ochako's long hair.

It's Shonen manga. For better or worse, its main demographic is young boys.

I mean, it's not that hard to do things with the girls, and I doubt young boys care that much.

Here's some advice: Never expect anything, never hope for anything.

That way you'll be pleasently surprised if it does happen.

I mean, they're clearly the three best students in their year so, yes? Even if I get what point you're trying to make, are you honestly saying you didn't realize that?

The norm for groups of three in shonen is 2 boys and 1 girl. See 90% of the teams in Naruto.

IMO Todoroki wouldn't make it into that group. He's powerful, but not very flexible.

We've seen recently that if his strategy of using overwhelming attacks doesn't work, he's kinda sunk.

That's presumably something he would be able to fix before year three, though.

The issue is I can't really see any of those three not ending up in the big three.

Deku has to be in. He's the MC and future "greatest hero who ever lived"

Todoroki needs to be in because, well, it's Todoroki.

And there's absolutely no way in hell Bakugou would let himself fall behind those two.
