Brainwashing is also a possibility, though I would prefer someone who’s more or less willing, but with genuine hang-ups and with a real desire for friendship.
I do like Kaminari for it. The bit where he talks about how cool Stain is could easily be read as an attempt to feel out who might be have similar leanings to him (either for subterfuge, or just a genuine desire to connect with someone over it).

Oh God! Natural light![quoteblock]]Pretty sure Kaminari and Hagakure are still the main suspects. I saw some pretty good write-ups suspecting Present Mic and Tentacole, though.[[/quoteblock]]
Because they were the only ones not in on the Rescue Bakugou plan right? I said the same thing for a long time, but I think someone presented a counter argument to that, though I can't remember what.
That being said, the theory that it's someone who should be Beneath Suspicion as an unwilling traitor via someone seeing through them is valid. It's simply a matter of the method.

One Strip! One Strip! My own pick for traitor is a member of faculty, with possibly Vlad King as the front runner, on the grounds he has enough information to give away (such as the training camp's location) but with an explanation for the gaps (he wouldn't be familiar with, nor have easy access to without arousing suspicion, the quirks of another class' students).
My big fear is our traitor will be exposed as some kind of Remember the New Guy?.
Well, it is one of the more intriguing questions the series had raised. That they haven’t talked more about it is honestly a bit baffling.
Oh God! Natural light!Yea, the fact that people are so intensely focused on that plot point despite the lack of focus it's gotten is kind of absurd lol. It's gotten to the point when people are accusing Hori of forgetting about it for not bringing it up at all.
But the whole "traitor" thing felt more like something the fanbase was more interested in than Hori himself.

How casually are we talking here?
Like Reiner reveals he and Bertholdt are the Armoured and Colossal Titan in the background of another scene type casual?
Edit: Spoilers for Attack on Titan if you've never seen it.

One Strip! One Strip! It would be fitting. It's still pretty hilarious that one of the biggest reveals of that series was done like that.
One Strip! One Strip!Ya know, I just had a thought; Class A's win could have been disrupted massively if somebody on Class B just said a few choice words to Bakugo "You're not as good as Deku".
He would have definitely lapsed back into old habits hearing that shit. I wonder if that will come into play later.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Using I Shall Taunt You on Bakugo strikes me as a potentially very double-edged sword.
The only people who should really try that are those who would actually be able to match him in a fight, or maybe have a trap that they KNOW will contain him. Even then, it would be a gamble.
Oh God! Natural light!![]()

Yeah. In fact, that's the other half of the reason Bakugou pwned Monoma back during the Sports Festival.
Sure, it was also a necessity to get back their headbands, but Monoma going I Shall Taunt You didn't do him any favours.
When Bakugou gets mad, he's dangerous, but when he's mad at someone in particular suddenly all that dangerousness is pointed directly at YOU.
Edit: As ![]()
put it, if you're gonna use that plan, make sure you ain't missing any steps in that plan.

One Strip! One Strip!Well obviously anybody who taunts Bakugo should have a plan to subdue him otherwise that's a really stupid move.
But it's a similar flaw All Might had; All for One was able to taunt him over his master's death which caused All Might to lose his temper and left him open for Af O to give him Game-Breaking Injury.
Actually, it's kind of ironic that for all of the parallels All Might gets with Deku, one of the former's biggest character flaws is shared with Bakugo. I wonder if that was intentional.
And I don't think Bakugo would have had as much trouble with Tetsutetsu, if only for the fact that he was able to beat Kirishima by just wearing his quirk down. Bakugo would just do the same thing here, and he's signicantly more mobile than Tetsutetsu, so he wouldn't be at the same disadvantage Todoroki was.

Hagakure and Uraraka are still my favorite options for this point.
