That romance was horrible. It was just Aang being super annoying and pushy, and he never really matured past that in the series. He was really unlikable in how he pursued that.
That really just felt like a romance that happened because male MC/female MC and he wanted it.
Naw see, then it leads to an arc when Bakugo realizes that he doesn't have a girlfriend like Deku and Todoroki do (cuz let's be real, what is Momo if not his girlfriend) and gets hyper competitive about it.
So the arc is just Bakugo trying to woo girls and failing horribly with Kirishima and Kaminari acting his his wingmen.
Bakugo: "IF THOSE JACKASSES CAN GET GIRLFRIENDS, THEN THERE'S NO REASON WHY I CAN'T"

I only really recall him being really pushy about it in one episode, otherwise he mostly kept to himself. I definitely wouldn't call it "terrible" tho.

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Poisoned by Teen Titans Go.
Dating literal poop would be an upgrade for Starfire.
Also Superman and Wonderwoman are still dating in Justice League Action. Well when it was on.
x2 I thought Deku was the girlfriend considering their dynamic

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Though seriously, being really pushing and aggressive was how Bakugo's Mom got his Dad.
Yet for some reason, I can't help but think that wouldn't really fly with Bakugo doing that to a girl...
I don't ship this or anything, but if you have to match Bakugo up with a girl (and let's be honest, it will be a girl if anyone) Tsuyu probably would be the best fit. Not saying I want that to happen, just a musing on how her demeanor could help mellow him out.

Since we're talking about Bakugo ships; hilariously, him and Jirou have been getting a following since the Culture Festival.
Its just funny how Deku and Todoroki have people they're nominally shipped with, but Bakugo doesn't....ya know, not counting Kirishima.
I didn't actually realize how much Bakugo's parents relationship is kind of filled with Unfortunate Implications...yea, it's nowhere near as funny if the genders were reversed.

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.I just find it funny that once again, the "Symbol of Peace" (A budding one) is about going up against a multi-quirk using "villain"(In accordance with the challenge), clad in a fancy suit.
This is basically going to become "One for All vs All for One", only in a much lighter version and this time, it won't be a solo fight, as both combatants got teams to support and help them out.
This fight might actually help provide some serious Character Development in Monoma, since this will give him an ample opportunity to witness the true reason that Class-A is strong, which he seems to have a misunderstanding about.
The true power of Class 1-A is not their individual quirks...but each other.
And with this realization, he might realize the reason of his own weakness as well, since Monoma's quirk is solely depending on others in order to work. But his misguided grudge has effectively alienated him from the rest of the class who thinks he's insane at this point.
Seeing someone like Bakugo being capable of change could spur him into thinking that he can change as well and not be stuck in this pointless madness he has been spouting since the sport festival.
And once everything is said and done, I hope he will mellow out and start over by cultivating healthy relationships with his own class (since he needs support in order to use his quirk fully and trust is one major key factor in a great teamwork) and a healthy rivalry with Class 1-A once the exercise is over.
Returning to the character he was at his very first appearance (and as the author intended him to be from the get-go...).
Deku might be getting another rival in the aftermath of this fight...

...Holy shit, Monoma kind does feel like a mini Af O huh...
Yeah, I don't know who could theoretically be paired with Bakugo. I can't think of any of the class A characters who like him enough to be willing to put up with him except for maybe Kirishima, and he deserves better.
I mean
Kaminari openly considers him a friend, works with him during the license exam, and willingly defends him against Meatball's accusations.
Bewitching Eyes

The relationships ended over a year ago though.
Supes is currently married to Lois Lane & they have a son together.
