The fact that Aizawa treats Izuku and Bakugou as equally at fault for their rivalry and their fighting, and equally deserving of punishment, is also really stupid. Why does Izuku want to fight back against Bakugou? Because for almost his entire life, Bakugou has treated him like shit. Why does Bakugou want to fight Izuku? Because he's been standing there, breathing Bakugou's fucking oxygen, and smiling, like a fucking asshole.
Yeah, equal culpability.
My various fanfics.I'm just more baffled that Deku looks up to him lol. Dude has tried to harm him on so many occasions and did nothing but belittle him and Deku is all "you're so awesome Kacchan".
I really do think Deku should have been somewhat more weary with Bakugo. I can't imagine why you would admire someone who made you miserable for so many years.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Deku met him head on to accept his feelings in their later match. It was just as much about himself as it was for meeting Bakugous feelings head on. He wants Bakugou to see himself as an equal.
People underestimate that Deku isn't a saint. Like they glorify his anger towards Todoroki into sainthood during the tourney but he was motivated by anger that Todoroki would hold back when nobody else was. It was just as much about making himself be seen as an equal as it was fixing his daddy issues that hold him back. Same for when he talks back to Endeavor for treating his son like he was his own when he had been meek otherwise, or punching Bakugou in the face for being willing to lose over winning in their match with All Might.
Its more lopsided from Bakugous side though. Like the balance could break on Bakugous side.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Deku's emotions are always expressed such as "He's an asshole/I hate a lot of things about him, but he also has traits I admire."
It's never been "Why can't we just be friends again" or anything like that. Like, he was really hoping they weren't in the same class when the year started, because he didn't want to deal with him anymore.

There's a side chapter where Uraraka calls Bakugou out on his attitude and accuses him of being afraid of Izuku.
Bewitching EyesI'm not saying that Deku is without fault or that he doesn't get angry or have his bad moments. I'm saying that he is at least justified in how he feels and why he has these outbursts, while Bakugou...
Okay, I won't say he doesn't have his problems. He comes from a weird home where his mother basically taught him that you hit people and call them names and say horrible shit if you care about them. He's been coddled and praised all his life and it makes him violently angry at even the assumption of a challenge. I get it, he has issues.
But that doesn't mean he has an excuse.
If you want to punish Izuku for getting into a fight with Bakugou, fine. Yeah, they probably shouldn't have a fist-fight on school grounds. But Bakugou should be punished worse because, well, he's a worse person.
My various fanfics.Deku was also one of the many people who praised him growing up, despite his later aittitude as well. Which in Bakugous mind was him making fun of him after the falling incident.
And Deku could have not fought. He even points this out. The point is he chose to do it for himself as much as it was for meeting Bakugou head on. If he was just defending himself it'd be different. But he decided to fight for the saek of proving himself.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. So we're getting all this before the chapter's even out? Oh the next week is gonna be fun, and by fun I mean This Is Gonna Suck...
I will say that none of the spoilers I've seen have mentioned Awase? I'm guessing he'll at least try something.
Oh God! Natural light!

There's varying levels of bad. Bakugous worse moment was in Middle School, and Endeavors done worse over years. That isnt to say his behavior was good though. And its after entering UA he's been slowly, slowly getting better.
Bakugou himself has felt for others but his own ego, or his refusal to be seen as "weak" means he never shows his concern in a healthy way. From learning Todorokis past and keeping it to himself, and his roundabout ways of showing concern towards Kirishima. He even held himself back when he recalled Todorokis past when dealing with the kids.
