It always seems weird to me when people say characters are "overdue" for screen time, because outside of Izuku and a select few others, most of the class are inherently secondary characters.
As far as your hopes for Class B go, I'd say those things are pretty likely.

True, they're not the main characters, but they're there, and a lot of people take a liking to them. It's only natural that fans want to see them do stuff, especially if they've spent a lot of time in the background.
Oh God! Natural light!Yeah, but that's not the same thing as them being "overdue" for time. They're role is secondary character, and the time spent on them is primarily secondary.
I feel like the only member of the class whose allotted development clashes with their intended role is Ochaco, because she's actually supposed to be a main character. To which this whole thing hopefully helps correct.

Oh, I think "overdue" is just something that people say, honestly - I don't think they literally mean that they're owed anything. Though I will say that since Horikoshi put them in the class, he ought to give them development as well. I don't think the story is better served by having potentially interesting characters that don't get to do much.
I will agree with you on Ochaco.

Oh God! Natural light!Ultimately, writers should focus on writing for the characters they want to focus on. We all hope some of those are our personal favorites, but I don't think it should be begrudged if that's not the case. Especially not with a cast this size.
I imagine that all of them will get their moment of spotlight or two before the series is actually over, but I also think that filling up space, and bouncing off each other to make the class feel real and contribute to the vibe of the series is important.

Random thought about a lesser used character: If Koda were to intern under anyone, I think the Pussycats would be a good fit for him.
They could help with his shyness, and I imagine that Koda will be a hero who specializes in rescuing people out in the forest and mountains and stuff like them. It would probably be the best use for his Quirk.

Not a bad idea.
I had a thought that once they all become Pro-Heroes, Koda sets up shop in a rather quiet location with lots of wilderness. Maybe Hokkaido, or he could always head back home to Iwate, which I understand also has a pretty low population density.

Oh God! Natural light! Also something I heard about Tetsutetsu being "chinchin". Tetsutetsu isn't from a region where people would say that, but Horikoshi himself is.
I've heard that he might insert his regional dialect in other places too, but I don't know what spots those would be.

And Pony can ride on her horns. I thought about that, but I didn't think she'd actually do it.
I guess the real question is did Iida take Kaibara to the jail, or did he just knock him out and turn back? If he took him to jail then A wins, but otherwise this is a draw because no one can fight now.

"If I'm knocked out, my softening quirk will be released as well. I can't leave something behind for others..." I can't see how Ida/Todoroki/Tetsutetsu would be affected, so could that be about Ojiro and Shouji? Like if they were still in the concrete and it hardened around them, Pony wouldn't be able to take them to jail. Though on the other hand, it seems strange that Juzo would leave before he knew Pony was on her way to jail with them.
The teaser comment at the end is confusing me too. "The battle has come to a draw!!?" - like both teams have the same number of people in jail. Or like whoever wrote that comment was making stuff up, I guess.
So I guess Bakugou's team is gonna lose
I mean, surely giving him one good win via teamwork is a good lesson for him to learn?
Bewitching Eyes

I mean, Jiro did get some focus recently, in the culture festival. But I think she's cool and I want to see if she's come up with any more cool moves, so yeah, I hope she does cool stuff.
And while you're probably right that Deku and Ochako will get the majority of Class A's focus...I do hope that Ashido does something cool.
