For those helping clean up a good idea is to include the link to this thread in the edit reason to direct those who have an issue with what is being done to where it was decided to be changed.
Bad Liar can be saved. The examples seem to be standard format for the most par just needing some basic maintenance. I am tempted to say just rewrite the blurb to be clear and to the point. The joke isn't funny at all and only muddles the trope. The folders definitely get out of hand and are about the same quality of shoe horned gag as the main blurb.

Who watches the watchmen?^ Are you talking about the folders or the page itself? if you think the folders can be saved, go ahead and save them... cause personally i dont think they can.
Just for the record, I vote for scrapping everything on my list except the "Probably Fine" group and Cluster F-Bomb.
Here are some more I found:
I vote keep
- Trrrilling Rrrs
- Spoonerism
- The The Title
- Ye Olde Butcherede Englishe
- Spell My Name with a "The"
- Tradesnark™
I vote scrap
- Vampire Vords -ye gods this one is ztupid
- "Where Are They Now?" Epilogue
- [Verb] This!
- This Is for Emphasis, Bitch!
- Translation Train Wreck
- Symbol Swearing
- To the Batnoun!
- The Treachery of Images

Agreed.
Drill Sergeant Nasty is another that's been annoying me.
Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff.I just stumbled onto For Inconvenience, Press "1", which is a relatively mild example. I didn't see it listed above.
Honestly, I don't think being stupid is that much cause for cleanup. I'm mainly concerned about stuff not being clear.
To the Batnoun! is actually misuse, and could easily be written as a proper joke, funny or not. I'll just do that and see how it works.
This Is for Emphasis, Bitch! isn't that bad, since it's exactly what the trope is. [Verb] This! isn't a verb, but kind of inoffensive.
Vampire Vords could be rewritten properly, since the trope isn't just tacking a V in front of all words instead of whatever letter it is. But anything's better than what it is.
The others can go, though.

Check out my fanfiction!checked through the last of the self demonstrating page list
Definately bad
- Accentuate the Negative
- Insistent Terminology
- I've Got an X, and I'm Not Afraid to Use It!
- My Hovercraft Is Full of Eels- uses the same jokes multiple times, no less
- Motor Mouth- wouldnt be so bad if it just used the regular names...
Borderline
- Back to Front- reversed both the words and the alphabetical order- i think its a little much
- Department of Redundancy Department
- Foreigner for a Day- not confusing, but an odd choice for self demonstration
- Killed Mid-Sentence
- Lost in Transmission
- I Am the Noun
- Significant Anagram
Not nessecarily confusing but dumb
- Opposite Day- just... dumb
- Porky Pig Pronunciation
- Repetitive Audio Glitch
- Rhymes on a Dime- soooo stupid
- Apologises a Lot
- Smurfing
Seems fine
- Bizarro Universe (reverse alphbetical order)
- The Backwards Я
- Out of Order- shuffled folders
- Inherited Illiteracy Title
- Letters 2 Numbers
- Now Do It Again, Backwards
- Pluralses
- One-Liner, Name... One-Liner
- Sdrawkcab Name
I edited Apologises a Lot, since those were just too long and not visible with compact folders, and a little on Insistent Terminology for the same reason. Most of the rest actually passed that test. Otherwise I pretty much agree.
Check out my fanfiction!Glorious Mother Russia has the folder titles in russian. completely unreadable to non-russian speakers. im gonna remove that if no one objects.
I was just reminded of this by running into "Where Are They Now?" Epilogue. Utterly obtuse to a quick readthrough, beats the joke into the ground and then keeps beating until there's nothing left of it but paste, and there's nothing self-demonstrating about the rest of the page. I can't see any possible defense for this.
Somebody reverted Drill Sergeant Nasty about a week ago. Judging by the edit reason, they didn't notice the reason why it was previously changed. Should I just change it back and PM them, or wait for a mod?
Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff.Looks like two tropers have been playing with them for a while, actually. Looks like an innocent mistake. I would revert to the default but add a commented-out note with the same link from your 13 November edit reason. An edit reason is great, but four months from now the edit reason will be lost to the The Fog of Ages with nothing to stop yet another troper from making them self-demonstrating again. A commented-out note will last forever. Well, until a troll vandalizes it or whatever.

I hope I don't sound hostile, but Discar, do you have authority over the Drill Sergeant Nasty page or anything? It seems less "not clear at all" and more "these folder titles annoy me".

verifyvenuzAlso, alternative title names aren't verboten, lack of clarity is. The gag seems to keep the titles clear.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here.I have no problems with "funny" folder titles if they begin with the standard folder name.
Check out my fanfiction!-Raises hand-
The self demonstrating stuff should be kept to a minimum,on Drill Sargent Nasty I can see that it's affecting the page's readability

have a listen and have a link to my discord serverI think we should strike a balance. Self-demonstrating folder titles are fine as long as they...
1. Are not too long.
2. Clearly state what the folder is.
3. Are not five lines of curses and insults like Accentuate the Negative.
After all, it's Clear Concise Witty, not Clear Concise Stop Having Fun.

Good work.
I took care of Colon Cancer, The Case of... (too long), and some gratuitous languages that needed clarifying. And some minor edits on some other pages.
