It seems like there's a lot of synergy on Noire's side. If they could get past the Prince/Soldier awkwardness, I think Zia and Wil would be friends.
Just double-checked. Holy crap, I did not know the half of it.
She has a violin and a guitar with her, he plays violin and the bass. She uses a katana, his usual form for Lunaris is an uchigatana. Neither of them like violence, and they fight to defend others. Also, she has streaks of blue in her hair. While he has nothing that relates directly to that, it scores points.

It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve.I think all of Noire in general is gonna be all buddy buddy.
I really hope I get approved, this RP is making me super excited!
I anticipate much chest thumping about this is negotiations occur.
"We have you outnumbered, outgunned, and outmaneuvered! Why not surrender?!"
"And yet we stand. After all this time, always being outnumbered, we're still here. Because our soldiers are better than yours. Not better armed, armored, or trained, but just better. Because while we've both got ideals to fight for, a nation we love, Noire's soldiers have else. Each other. Yeah, you heard me. Like the magnificent bastards we are, we have weaponized the power of Friendship. And Friendship as fuel for a war machine? That's a renewable resource."
"Pah! You can't stop gunfire with friendship!"
"I don't need to. If you point a gun at any of my friends, I'll take it away from you and jam it down your throat before you can pull the trigger. Why don't you sit down and think about that for a while."

It will be extra awesome if they become buddies once Wil realise Zia's brother has been working in the palacr kitchen and secretly bodyguarding him.

“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”
And the bumpkin... I can't tell if he has anything in common with them. He'll just be the third wheel.
And I don't think Silas' revolver uses friendship as ammunition though.
I think it shoots lasers.
Which hurt more, I think.

Song of the Week: Find You by ZEDDWell, both he and Zia are from traditionalist families and honest.
The lasers are a metaphor for the intensity of our friendship?
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”
Yeah, I guess they have similiar backgrounds.
And... does that mean he shoots friendship lasers?
Metaphorical friendship lasers, I mean?

Song of the Week: Find You by ZEDDWe don't have "taverns."
We have Nightclubs.
We have Strip Joints.
We have houses of Ill Repute (the staff are all former citizens of Blanche fleeing sexual repression).
And we have Four Star restaurants. Just as good as Five Star restaurants, but the waiters aren't stuck up pricks.
It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve. If there isn't at least one pub in Noire territory it's a crime.
EDIT: also, wouldn't mind getting attack orders and strategy for ground soldiers soon...

Ignis, your country bumpkin is so Zia's new friend.
