Year is the classic disambiguation, but it's not working that well here. An alternative to the first broadcater might be to use Wallander Lassgard, Wallander Henriksson, and Wallander Branagh, after the lead actor.
I have read most of the books, but it's quite some time ago.
here too. Still need writing volunteers for the Swedish show, film and lit articles. I'd be working on the UK one right now if I didn't need to be studying. I should be studying right now. But I'm not. I'm here. I should really go study. Bye.

I am weird.Well, this is confusing. The SVT production might not go in film.
- "Mördare utan ansikte", 4 episode Mini Series aired on SVT.
- "Hundarna i Riga", movie premiered in theaters.
- "Den vita lejoninnan", movie premiered in theaters.
- "Villospår", Made-for-TV Movie premiered on SVT 1.
- "Den 5:e kvinnan" Made-for-TV Movie premiered on SVT 1.
- "Mannen som log", premiered as a 2 episode Mini Series on SVT 1.
- "Steget efter", movie premiered in theaters.
- "Brandvägg", premiered as a 2 episode Mini Series on SVT 1.
- "Pyramiden", Direct-to-DVD movie.
Go ahead and call it Film. It's the closest thing to covering the mish-mash it is. Out of nine entries, three were theatrical release films, two were Made-For-TV movies and one was a Direct-to DVD film. That's two thirds of them. Calling it a Series would be deceptive, and we don't have a namespace for Mini Series.

The sensible option right now, absent any Swede willing and able to take on the multi-headed hydra, would be to simply create Series.Wallander UK (with Wallander (UK) as a custom title, I think) and leave the Swedish versions in place, or maybe just move that page to Franchise.Wallander.

Series.Wallander currently lists tropes for a horrifying FOUR different works, and is a confusing mess. After discussion in both ask the tropers and the wikitalk forum, it's been decided to hardsplit the page into its four respective parts:
literature.wallander for the book series
film.wallander for the Swedish SVT made-for-tv film series
series.wallandertv4 (working title, would this be better served by naming it with the year or the country/channel?) for the Swedish TV series
series.wallanderbbc (working title, would this be better served by naming it with the year or the country/channel?) for the BBC version.
I'm a huge fan of the BBC Wallander (and it's the only one of these films/books I've seen/read) so I'll be making the BBC Wallander page myself, this weekend probably. We (well I guess I, it just sounds better to say we) need volunteers for the other three pages. I might could cobble together the the article for the Swedish TV show based off the tropes already listed for it, but it'd still need someone who's actually seen it to look it over, and I'm not going to even try to build the literature or Swedish film series pages because I know zip about them. So, who's up to the challenge of helping me split this rather obscure mess of an article?
