Mission One - Village Ruins
SIGL's heavy weapons specialist loaded another concussive Dust round into the mortar when the watery portal burbled into view and their aggressor stepped out.
"3 to all points," Geki howled into the comms, kicking up Momotaro back into its kanabo form. "Position compromised, hostile on top of me!"
While he didn't have the size or heft of his legendary ancestor, Geki swung his war club with a veteran's ease, intent on pulping his blue-armored attacker's shoulder. The club's head was glowing a bright amber light with the loaded Earth round.

"Can we however not start a fight?" It was perhaps odd to hear that from a staunch hater of Epsi-er, Shane, but Hope had her reasons.
"Out of two, I'd rather fight Arcana than Epsi... Shane." There was no doubt about it: she could barely bring herself to say his name.

Mission Three-In Position
Grigori was a short distance away from Alfred and the transport. He felt that no matter where they go, it's going to go downhill. Just depends on how fast and what will cause the spark in the powder keg. He drew the pen and paper just in case.

"I treasure every day with you, darling." "No need to be so sappy, love." "You know that's how she is, Nia." - AU!Pyra, Nia, MythraMission 4
Ai looked up at the three towering wyvern mechs. Worry set into her face. Her eyes darted back to the others momentarily, before she took a shaky step forward.
"What Glen means to say is, I already put my weapons away—" She placed her arms on her hips, stubbornly concealing any nervousness brought on by the presence of three giant wyverns. "—and everybody knows in the absence of any small robot spiders I'm the biggest threat here, 'cause I'm basically the next smallest thing. And I'm also just that strong," she said. She puffed out her chest, emphasizing the ridiculousness of her boast. "Plus, it's just polite not to point your dragon guns at cute girls, y'know? What more do you want?"
She crossed her arms.
"For serious, Shane. Did you fight any redheads? Maybe wearing red armor?"
Mission Two – Already, Lucas and Jack are getting bad luck
Crap.
Lucas knew that he was still getting used to his vision. However, he hadn’t realized that it would affect his aim that much.
Guess I’m keeping to melee for this mission, he thought to himself as he switched Frostbite to its chain-scythe mode and followed the others.
Sorry for shitpost.
Mission 1
Medus ended his song and saw the foot coming down towards him. The rocker quickly grappled away, finding the enemy and shooting towards her with another quick grapple, firing off several shots toward her arm as he did so. "Break the fucking gem already! We can't win against that many Grimm!" He yelled to the other students, his semblance ensuring they would be able to hear him
-dramatic music ensues-Red-Eyes Metal Wyverns?
To be perfectly honest, with being stuck in a glorified metal box in the sky, Falken was a bit shaky on his feet getting out. Fresh air and freedom was nice, but with everyone on alert and most racing off already, the green-haired guy glanced up and saw why.
"Huh. Guess they were polite enough to not blast us outta the sky and save it for now. Well then...!"
Stretching his legs, Falken's semblance flared up, feet hovering a few inches above the ground before sprinting off after the others. Even with his late start, the falcon faunus quickly caught up...and rocketed past those who were lagging behind.
THEN he saw the large metal dragons and a nervous wreck standing in front of him. Although with the momentum he'd picked up, skidding to a stop was difficult as those four 'hostiles' drew closer and by the time he had managed that...he was practically staring that Shane guy in the face.
"E...E-Eheheheh...hi."
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day."Hey!" Ayers snapped and snagged Falken back with one hand. He clenched up, let loose several half-formed admonitions and curses, then just closed his eyes, reset his face to neutral, and finally blew a little air out his nose. "Okay. Okay. Falken. Beggin' yer pardon fer that. Stay calm, okay? Ain't nobody wanna escalate, and we don't wanna be freakin' anyone out. Arright?"
The air-head just looked confused, wondering what the heck Ayers was talking about before giving a shrug. "Ain't like it was intentional, boss. And I ain't even worried, so why are ya askin' me to be calm? If anythin', kinda looks like you and everyone else needs to take it easy and relax a little, all of ya, includin' that guy over there." He idly pointed to the nervous Shane.
Falken smiled, resting his arms behind his head. "'Sides, we're just here to talk and try and get answers, right?"
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Mission One
Pius hadn't needed to erect the shield, Ieria could have managed to dodge the razor sharp feathers herself, but even so she nodded and said a word of thanks to her ally before moving out from behind cover and vaulting up to a Nevermore, using the shotguns in her greaves to rapidly ascend and direct herself right into one of the closest ones, immediately setting into it with a series of slashes from her claws.

Before the might of both Percival and Oscar, both fronts of Minor Arcana fell back, giving Team FLRR extra room to breath and fight. Meanwhile, a drone watched from a distance, broadcasting the occurrence to the Major Arcana as it was happening. The way they were going as it was, Hermit and Hanged Man would be the first in their way.
Hyper non-specific post, apologies, but between the five/six/seven of them they can beat the rest of the Minor Arcana as cool as possible and start making their way up the volcano.
Allurand and surrounding world loading, 28%...Village
Sechs wheeled around without a moment's notice at Alexia's departure and Geki's transmission, bearing down on both his teammate and aggressor without a moment's hesitation, a silent tongue-in-cheek prayer of dedication to the gods of combat playing on his lips as he did.
[forum cryptid: it/it's]Mission Two
With Percival and Oscar having successfully cleared a path through the Arcana, Rheia decided that it'd probably be better to go back on her word and devastate them as much as possible. What Team FLRR didn't need was 30 Arcana nipping at their backs while they tried to blow up whatever sort of volcanic superweapon they had here.
She moved into one front of Arcana and began dispatching them with extreme efficiency. The first one to fall didn't even get the time to block; the second one, carrying an axe, heaved and swung, trying to chop Rheia away. Of course, he wasn't as fast as Falken and Rheia very much valued dodging; she ducked and weaved under the swings before striking with another blow. She took great pains to make sure it was a hard enough strike to disable, but soft enough to not maim.
Her third target carried a sword, and as she attacked he smartly moved to block. There was a shattering noise as her sword broke, and the Arcana smiled, noticing an opportunity. He raised his sword and brought it down.
Rheia promptly took a step to the left, as another Arcana - having seen Werkzeug's blade break, and having seen the same opening the one she was engaging did - charged in with what looked like an oversized meat cleaver and sliced right. With a single blow, both of the Arcana knocked themselves out, their bodies splaying across the ground as Rheia stared, completely dumbfounded at what had just happened. She expected a dodge, but not to psyche out two enemies at once.
Okay... enough gawking, we're in the middle of a war. Focus.
Rheia constructed a replacement sword blade, turning to watch the rest of the fight.

"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."MISSION TWO
Jack kept his weapon holstered on hsi back, instead focusing on his sheer brute strength and hand to hand skill, ducking under a blow he planted a heavy right hook to the unfortunate man's kidney before elbowing him in the head. He glanced at Rheia, forming a new blad
"Quit gawking! There's fighting to be done!" He spoke as if this was the best day of his life as he barreled into another mook, taking them down and giving them a heavy punch to the side of his head. He stood back up and seemed to make a strategy out of leaping into the biggest clumps of enemies he could find and going crazy.
The Hunter was finally, for one of the first times in a long time, at peace.

Good to be backSIGL
Silvia nodded at Yun's comands and began to shuffle through her arrows. She decided explosive arrows would be the ideal weapon for AOE. She fired two arrows in quick succession to opposite sides of the Grim heard before firing a third charged with lightning Dust up at the Nevermore.

The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Mission 3
Noa clenched her teeth, shooting a glance at Alfred as the seconds ticked by. He was the only one who could actually see what was going on, so he was their eyes. Anticipation roiled through her body, her muscles tensed as if she would burst out and start fighting at any second.
"Come on, come on... When we gonna get ta tha fightin'?"
Mission One
Alexia was in the thick of the fray, slicing at the Grimm where they were concentrated the most but when the woman in armor made her way towards Geki, the princess let out a cry, broke free from her lock with a Beowolf and ran towards them.
Meanwhile, the portal kelt spawning more monsters.
Aquaria easily and almost lazily caught the club with her armored hands, the sapphire glowing brightly.
"Rude." She admonished. "I would have thought you'd be swearing your fealty right now."
Her voice was mocking.
Mission Two
The teams tore through the minor Arcana soldiers, slowly but surely making their way towards the Volcano.
However, at that moment, three figures rushed towards them, at the head of a squad of soldiers.
"Major Arcana, incoming!" Percival announced.
Any of those stationed here except Justice.
Mission Four
"Of course I was attacked by Arcana! That redhead bitch was leading them. I don't know what they want but-!"
However at that moment, Shane's voice was silenced and the metallic wyvern began to fly off to the west. And they could hear distant explosions...
Mission Three
Carol stretched her arms. "They're almost here. We can either go try to talk to them or just go in guns blazing."
"The cargo is our target. Talk or shoot. Your move, boss."
Prepare To Die
Rheia's reverie was broken by Jack's reminder to keep fighting. So she did exactly that. She hacked and swung and cleaved. When her sword blade broke she constructed another one; while Werkzeug was well capable of using less bland weaponry she was trying to ensure the Arcana she was fighting weren't killed, and she couldn't guarantee nonlethal blows with other forms of weapon as well as she could with a bow and a sword.
Progress was slow, and she couldn't tell if it was because the Arcana were putting up a fierce resistance despite their losses or if the adrenaline coursing through her veins was distorting the passage of time. But either way, Percival shouted that Major Arcana were incoming.
The battle seemed to still as Rheia turned to face them, holding her sword fast. She knew not who she was up against, but there were only two outcomes; Rheia would win, or Rheia would die.
To say she had a vested interest in the first outcome was a minor understatement.
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."

Hairy
Deep breath.
"Arcana is targeting you." Hope stated flatly, not at all phased by the incoming reinforcement. "Empress and her cronies were spotted in your vicinity, actively fighting you."
